Townhome holiday rentals in Orange County

Very clear and concise instructions on how and where to check in plus the staff at check in were very friendly and helpful. For our specific needs, there was an arranged shuttle to take us where we needed to go. Place was very clean, had everything we needed and we felt very safe in the complex. When coming back to Orlando, we will definitely look to book at Vista Cay again!

Pam’s place was exactly as described. We had everything we needed. They even left a note and a tin of cookies! There was a concierge pack with a few laundry pods, dishwasher pods, and cleaning supplies. I had a few questions for Pam during our stay about the checkout instructions and wondering if I should leave behind unopened extras for the cleaning staff. She responded immediately and was very friendly! This location is very walkable to the convention center. We were there for a volleyball tournament. My teenage children had plenty of space to spread out with bathrooms in each bedroom suite. I 100% recommend Pam‘s place. We loved it and if we participate in the same tournament next year, we will definitely do it again! We have stayed at this community four times now and I think this was our favorite. Thanks Pam!!!!!

Would absolutely stay here again!! Thais was responsive and very helpful with any questions we had. The townhouse had plenty of room for our mom group to spread out while in town for dance nationals. Safe, clean and quiet location!

Denver was such a great host! He was friendly, responsive, and very accommodating - all the important things to be! The place was clean and we had a comfortable stay. We were right around the corner from the conference center for the event we were registered for but noticed how close we were to the many SW Orlando attractions. We were happy with the place and recommend booking staying a stay with Denver.

Great place to stay. Central to many conference centres and activities. Lots of space and clean. Only 3 issues we had was: #1 - the lack of toilet paper, dishwasher, laundry soap and garbage bags- did not expect to have only 1-2 of each. #2 - main floor bedroom tv did not have sound at all. 2nd floor living room tv, can only use the tv buttons to turn on/off and sound. #3 - having to use the nearby property for swimming pool as ours was under construction. Otherwise, no issues and when we return to Orlando, we will be making another reservation at this location. Thank you!

Great place within walking distance to a conference I attended with coworkers. Everyone had their own space. Would stay here again.

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely spectacular. From the very first moment, we felt at home. The rooms were extremely spacious, comfortable, and perfectly clean. Every detail was well taken care of, making our experience even more enjoyable. The location was ideal, and communication with the host was excellent at all times. Great place and great host. We had an issue the first day with the plumbing and our host got it fixed the next day. Would definitely come back in the future.

Definitely living up to the "Good Vibes" title, Dania's place has a lot of fun decor and makes for a great spot to either work from home or take cute at-home-brunch photos. It was a perfect place for a stay-cation because of its centralized location and close proximity to good restaurants.

Staying at this town home was so comfortable, it made me feel very homey. Gina the host had everything in it's place and easy to communicate with. I would use her home again if available.

Beautiful, spacious, clean, with garage. A good value. Short drive to Park Avenue restaurants and shops. Not an area where you can just go out the door for a run or a nice walk. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Wonderful location in a quiet, private, and quaint gated community. Townhouse was exactly as described, easy to access, and relaxing. House was very clean and tidy, all 2.5 bathrooms were sanitized and very clean. TV’s in both bedrooms and in living room. Couldn’t ask for more. Angelina was a dream host, very cordial, flexible, and unequivocally quick to respond. If we’re ever in the Orlando area again, we’ll be booking this one again.

Uliana place had everything we needed, even a microwave cover which I rarely see in places now. She was very responsive, and communicated and responded well when there was any slight thing that needed attention. Her place is well kept and has everything you need. Was very close to downtown where my job was so everything worked well.

We loved our stay here. The place was so clean with everything we needed - plenty of space and bedrooms. Kitchen was a great gathering place over dinner for our family. Location is near everything you would need - Target, Starbucks etc. We will definitely be back. Thanks for taking such great care of us!

This is the second time we have stayed at this location. It didn't disappoint. Phillip makes sure to have all of the needed amenities on hand. It's a quaint easily accessible home that is conveniently located near Winter Park, Maitland, and Altamonte Springs. Parking is never an issue. I'm very happy with our stay.

The place was great. It was as described. 3 floors-1 bedroom:bath on first level, then the living,kitchen area and a half bath on 2nd floor. The furniture is not comfortable at all. Probably our 1 and only complaint. 3rd floor had king bed and bath and another bedroom with a twin and a bunk bed and its own bathroom. I stayed in the king bed and it was phenomenally comfortable. Made me want to get the mattress myself. Tons of pillows-it was great. We brought toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags as the place only comes with a 1-2 day supply. I also recommend bringing hand soap, we had to go out to purchase it. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, silverware, cups, glasses. Air fryer, toaster, and a dual coffee maker and k-cup. Overall, I highly recommend this unit. It was very nice. We would stay there again but after all the construction on Universal Blvd. That was very noisy through the day. Not the hosts fault.
