Place was great! Lots of space, close to supermarket, resort pool. Super easy access to theme parks. Would absolutely stay again.

Brandon’s place was perfect for our family. We particularly enjoyed the lanai. We spent quite a bit of time out there unless the neighbors were in the hot tub right next door. Brandon thought of everything we could possibly need for an enjoyable stay. It is rare to find so many things in an AirBnb from pots, pans, utensils, to hair dryers in each bathroom plus tv’s in all the rooms. The proximity to all the parks and restaurants for on this community is also a plus. The only slight negative is the closeness in proximity to the other units. If the people renting the next unit over are in their hot tub late, you will hear the full conversation.

Roy was a great host. He allowed us to check in early and was very accommodating. The place was a nice fit for our two families of 4. We enjoyed eating out on the deck. The pool looked nice although we didn't have time to try it.

Great house! It was perfect for us. It’s a nice gated community with a pool on site. I appreciate how clean the house was.

We had a wonderful time at the house. It was a gated community so we felt very safe. We enjoyed walking around the resort in the evening looking at Christmas lights 🎄. The private pool was wonderful. We were there the end of December so we paid the extra fee to have it heated. It was so worth it! The house was clean and free of clutter. It had all the dishes and pots/pans we needed as we enjoy cooking. The 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms worked perfectly for our family. The house was close to the Disney parks, grocery stores and restaurants. My son used the gym at the resort. We also enjoyed the resort pool and hot tub. It was a quiet and peaceful location. We highly recommend the home and would stay again.

Great, quiet location with a 5 minute or less walk to the beach. Very clean and spacious. The host is very thoughtful in the items that she has at the home. Two adults and 3 kids on this vacation and we had plenty of room. Will definitely be back.

We had a mini family reunion of just my kids and the grandkids. It provided great location to stores, restaurants and mall. It was also close to my other kids homes

Great place for our family and our dog. The place was very comfortable and well designed. The host was extremely nice and responsive. The property is a short walk to a private beach during low tides. There’s also a beautiful path that leads to a dock overlooking the Sarasota bay. We would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable family getaway on Longboat Key

Vanessa’s place was amazing as always. Location is very convenient and close to historic downtown. The house is cozy and has a large backyard. Really enjoyed our stay.

Great space! Nicely equipped kitchen. Modern yet comfortable furniture. The back yard space was our favorite! The ceiling fan on the lanai was surprisingly refreshing on the hotter days. And the furniture was so comfy for relaxing/ napping. Nice towels! Appreciate the high quality TP ( thank you!). Loved having the washer/ dryer, it helped us to pack super light! We found an easy route to walk to the Riverwalk and to Heights Open Market, two of our favorite spots. We came for the NCAA women's basketball tournament ( our team won, GO HUSKIES), and found this rental was perfect for our needs! Thank you!!!!

The townhouse was as advertised and a very good deal at the price. It was a short walk to the beach and felt safe. We would gladly stay there again if given the chance.

One of our favorite Airbnbs of all time! The front porch is a great spot for coffee, afternoon chats, and just enjoying the breeze. we loved opening the blinds for all the natural light. it's walkable to coffee shops & restaurants (try Brunch Haus!!) plus the beach is literally across the street. it was the perfect size for our family, pet-friendly, and has comfortable beds. When we had questions, responses came quickly. Our kids said they never want to stay anywhere else when we visit family in Jacksonville!

This is my second time stating in this condo. Great location, short walk to the beach. I would recommend it!

Beautiful townhouse. Although we didn’t get to spend much time in the house, I’d definitely book this place again. Lots to do close by. Many different food options close by. FSU campus so close. Great location.
