Great place! Super clean and quiet. Location was perfect and had plenty of space. Highly recommend.

This is a wonderful place to stay if you are visiting Disney parks or just spending time in Orlando. It is an extremely clean, spacious, and well-appointed townhouse. The clubhouse has extra amenities. which we weren't able to use because of our busy schedule, but we'll definitely consider returning next time we are in Orlando. We highly recommend Brandon's place - !

Roy was very responsive and helpful. He showed up immediately when we had a problem with the internet router and it was fixed right away. The gated community helped us feel secure. we will stay there again!!

The organization was very prompt and followed through on a problem we had with booking and didn't give up until I was satisfied. I was impressed. The apt was as expected, very clean and entry was very well explained and easy. The beds were comfortable. We come to visit our son so we will be back.

We thank Dan for letting us stay at the property in late January. Was a great get away from the cold. Everything is relatively close by and was easy to get to. Our in laws stopped to say hello on their way to Naples and asked what kind of deal we had to make to get Dans property! Fun times with the family.

Quick walk to the public beach access! Beautiful less crowded area of the beach. Place was plenty big enough for our crew of 6, we had the entire unit. Lots of stairs this would be the only con if you have bad knees lol would definitely book again! 3 separate bedroom spaces with 3 separate bathrooms was helpful with a group. Everything we needed to cook full meals during our stay.

Paula's place is perfect for a large group or mutil-family stay. It's budget-conscious and no frills, with the terrific benefit of being walkable to Downtown Delray...so no worries about finding parking, or having an extra drink....just enjoy the walk. This was a key feature for our stay. South Swinton Street is also gentrifying as Delray Beach becomes more and more the place to be.

Simone’s place was lovely: Pristine condition, great views from every room, and walking distance to Little Harbor’s beach area. Check-in was easy—there was a bottle of wine upon arrival. The primary bedroom was very comfortable—the bed slept well and it was nice to have coffee from the balcony while watching the sunrise. 10/10 recommend!

Great, quiet location with a 5 minute or less walk to the beach. Very clean and spacious. The host is very thoughtful in the items that she has at the home. Two adults and 3 kids on this vacation and we had plenty of room. Will definitely be back.

Second time at Laura's place it was even better than the first time. Great place to enjoy and unwind in a fantastic setting, very peaceful. Great new bathrooms, beautiful! Enjoyed every minute and will definitely be back again. Laura is super quick in replying to my messages.

Clean, well stocked and comfortable place to stay. The furnace worked great during the cold snap we had to keep us comfy. It had everything we needed to enjoy our family visit.

The home is beautiful and central to the Tampa area. It was clean, had a nice scent, and the beds were firm and comfortable. There’s a little bit of road noise but nothing a little white noise wasn’t able to take care of. Would absolutely stay again!

Julio's home had everything we needed and more for our short 2 night stay. Convenient location and for being a college town, surprisingly peaceful. He was quick to respond to any questions and gives detailed instructions for checking in and out. Everything in the kitchen was organized and easy to find. My kids especially loved that our fur babies had their own little space under the stairs. We would definitely book again ❤️

We spent a lovely week at Katherine's condo. The condo was very clean, well appointed, with beautiful coastal artwork throughout. Located on a quiet street, one block off of Flagler Avenue, and a short walk to the beach. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of bed linens, blankets and towels were provided. The upstairs deck was perfect for sunbathing or just relaxing after a day out and about. The rain shower head was wonderful; shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were supplied. Fully stocked kitchen; dish detergent and cleaning supplies. There's a washer and dryer in the garage, and laundry detergent was provided. Katherine thoughtfully provided beach supplies; umbrellas, beach towels, chairs, and best of all, a beach cart. Katherine was always available to answer questions; very friendly and accomodating. I highly recommend this condo and would not hesitate to book again next time I return to New Smyrna.
