House was meticulously kept, host was communicative & friendly & the location was ideal

Loved staying in this beautiful older house in a classic neighborhood. The flat was very comfortable; it was charming and an easy 15-20 minute walk from restaurants, Duke campus, and shops. The host responded promptly when a question did come up. Hoping to stay there again on our next visit to Durham.

Allen is a great host and made sure we had everything we needed. This is a great location and includes a one car garage (which was great as it snowed while we were here). I like that that the kitchen and living room are on the first floor and bedrooms are upstairs. This is a very quiet neighborhood.

I enjoyed my stay and had no issues.

We were three sets of couples came to NC for one of our best friends son memorial service. Our stay was wonderful. Samuel home made us feel right at home.Bedding was super clean and very comfortable. Made such a big difference to me. Kitchen was great with nice dishes. Pantry was stock with lots of basic items and ingredients. Towels were nice and clean. There’s nothing we could have asked to enjoy our stay. As much as we were so sad after the memorial service, once we arrived at Samuel residence it felt right us feel right at home. Samuel thank you so very much for sharing your beautiful home with us.

I’ve stayed here several times and it’s always a great experience. The place is super clean. The kitchen is well stocked, making it easy to cook meals, and the location is perfect—close to major highways and in a safe area, so I felt comfortable taking walks around the neighborhood. Susan and Rob are amazing hosts—they’re always quick to respond if I have any questions, and they make sure you have everything you need for a smooth stay. One of my favorite places to stay. Highly recommend!

Great unit, I'd stay here again in a heartbeat. Not walkable to amenities, because of the way Durham is laid out, but its a very short drive to the grocery store, the Duke Campus, a place to eat. It's in a beautiful, wooded condo complex, and very nearby is Sandy Creek running trail and forest preserve, which is great if you're a runner. The bed was very comfortable, the room was spotless, it had fridge and microwave, a desk to work remotely and high speed Wifi that's better than that at my office. You can keep your room locked when you leave, if you wish. I came in super late the first night and had to leave super early the third day, but they hosts were very Ok with me needing to come and go at weird hours. The neighborhood was super quiet.

Rachel is the perfect hostess, extremely friendly and helpful . Her home throughout is immaculately clean, bedroom was very spacious , very nicely done and had a very comfortable mattress . Easy parking infront of the house. Quiet neighborhood. Rachel was always very quick to respond to any texts .

Aj was an attentive and respectful host. He always responded to my messages quickly and resolved any issues promptly. I’m very satisfied with my stay at this Airbnb.

Super close to downtown Carrboro, which is where we spent most of our time. Beds were super comfortable and Dale was very helpful and communicative. Would definitely stay again.

Megan was a super host indeed. She was absolutely amazing. Her two little dogs are adorable. This was a wonderful stay. Super comfortable bed and very clean surroundings. She is very kind. Our four nights here were perfect. We loved the quiet location and proximity to walking paths. The view out the kitchen window is of a small manicured lake— serene and peaceful. Inside, the roomy home everything is exceptionally clean and comfortable. Linens and furniture are of high quality, with comfortable beds. The townhouse is at end of the block and we had no noise from neighbors. I have only positive things to report and we hope to return next year.

Beautiful home with everything we needed. Location was great. Would definitely stay here again. Only cons: Parking was tight for two cars in the back and the locks were a little tricky to operate.

We have stayed in many Airbnbs, but this one was excellent. We felt like we were at home. We had everything we needed and more. House was very clean and I didn’t have to do a thing. We will be staying here a lot more this year when we come to visit family. After driving for 11 1/2 hours from Indiana, it was a nice surprise to find a bottle of wine waiting for us. Excellent hosts!

This place is named appropriately!! It is truly a retreat. Kelly and Jason are fantastic host! Communication great, extra snacks and bathroom items… like the forgotten toothbrush! The beds very comfortable, the towels extra nice! The location is very easy to get to and from. We were traveling all over the Raleigh/Chapel Hill area. After a very busy day it was such a treat to come back to this perfect quiet haven for rest and relaxation. We would definitely stay here again! ~ Joan

This townhouse is just what we were looking for.

We had a great stay Adam and Maxwell‘s place! It was super convenient to so many things, had everything we needed and very comfortable beds! The hosts were super accommodating, friendly and responsive to all of our questions and needs and were great about extending our stay due to a snowstorm back home canceling flights. We would highly recommend this place to anyone staying in the Raleigh area. It is very close to the airport with everything you need within walking distance, it was great!

We visit Raleigh often to visit family. This home is our new favorite😃. The kitchen is stocked with everything we could ever need. The furnishings throughout the house were beautiful. It was also spotless, kudos to the cleaning staff. The location is perfect, going for a walk around (when the weather cooperated), was safe and very pleasant. We appreciated the coffee provided, and shampoo/ conditioner in the showers. Jillian and Cameron checked in with us regularly. Highly recommend staying here, we were very happy with the accommodations 😃
