Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Ortaca

From our first to last communication, Josh (Paresh) was the perfect gentleman. The villa is beautifully decorated and very clean. It has all of the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. A home from home. The grounds are very nicely maintained and the swimming pool was very clean too. Thank you Josh and Suki, we've recommended you to our family and friends.

A really nice house in a very good location. The house is exceptionally beautiful and lovingly furnished. It doesn't look like a typical cottage. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back. Everything was very clean and communication easy and fast. A real 5-star home!

We really enjoyed the holiday in the villa. We will be happy to come back! A few minor renovations should be done. The driveway is a bit adventurous because it's so steep, but after a few trips it doesn't stand out anymore. The environment is totally beautiful, a rental car is recommended, so you can quickly get to Dalaman, Ortaca and all the beautiful beaches in the area.

Ali was a fantastic host to us. He was a great help with our check in and leaving. The apartment was spacious. clean, well-equipped, and very affordable. Highly recommended!

We instantly felt welcomed and at home. Zeynep and her partner Burak were exceptional hosts, very helpful and eager to please. They were always on hand to help whenever the need arose. The cute house is beautifully decorated with top quality furnishings. There is a huge garden which is delightful with evening lights and the most wonderfully scented roses I've ever come across. We took an evening stroll around the area and came across some cute farm animals. In the morning you can watch the sun rise whilst listening to birdsong. We appreciated this unique opportunity to live amongst the orange groves and would definitely stay again.

Mr Huseyin and his family are wonderful hosts. Communication is great, they are friendly, kind and extremely welcoming. Check in/out by Dale on behalf of the host was smooth and easy. The Villa is an amazing place to have a relaxing stay. Clean, spacious, homely, great facilities, as described and as the photo's clearly show. The location of the Villa is quiet and private but only a short walk into the centre of Dalyan and the many shops, bars and restaurants. The host cleans the pool and gardens everyday which are immaculately maintained with fruit trees, plants and flowers. I stayed with my Mum and Daughter, we had a fantastic holiday. This is a special place to stay and come home to after a day of trips or sightseeing, made particularly memorable by the hospitality of the host and his family. The saying 'we arrived as guests but left as friends' has never been more true. I would highly recommend Villa Pedaliza and will be booking again on my next visit to this beautiful area.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this place! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. What really stood out, though, was the incredible hospitality of the host - Ms. Müjgan. My flight was unexpectedly delayed, and the host graciously allowed me to stay later without any additional charge, which was a huge relief. This kind of flexibility and kindness made my experience even more enjoyable. I can’t recommend this place enough—perfect location, excellent communication, and outstanding service. I’ll definitely be back!

I rented an airbnb house for the first time and went scared, but Mr. Anil was always attentive. She responded instantly to every question I asked and lacked. The villa is as described and shown in the photos. We stayed in 2 family villas with 3 children and it was very comfortable. We were especially happy that the pool was cleaned every day. In terms of location, grocery stores can be reached on foot in a magnificent place. You can walk. You can find beautiful places to buy souvenirs. I would like to thank Mr. Anil for his interest. If I were to go again, I would prefer the same place again. ☺️

Ali's accommodation was perfect for us spending a couple of days in Dalyan after attending a wedding in southern Turkey. The listing accurately describes the accommodation, very clean and well appointed. Lovely pool and bbq. Ali is great, very responsive and hospitable. We stayed in his nearby mintaapart for the day after checking out which was ideal for us having an evening flight.
