You can count on Mr. Enes, no matter what, for a short and long time. The location of the neighborhood was super easy to get to everywhere. You will feel at home. It was quite clean in terms of cleanliness.

The apartment is in an amazing location, not only close to Taksim but also with its own unique charm. It’s conveniently situated next to restaurants, markets, parking spots, and more. The area is quiet in the evenings yet very lively during the day, offering a safe neighborhood and a friendly atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Apartment in a very good location, between Taksim Square and the bosphorus. It's really clean, there's everything you need to cook. There are restaurants all over the neighborhood and a small supermarket. Far from the hustle and bustle, it allows you to rest in peace after a day of walking. The tram, buses and metro are a 10/15 min walk. You can get everywhere on foot too, just get some good walking shoes! Hassan is responsive, available and does everything to make our stay easy and enjoyable. Very friendly, he answered all our questions, never bothered! See you soon in Chaa Allah!

I'm so glad you're staying. Everything was as pictured and described. Very small but convenient apartment. Every part of the apartment was clean. Every detail was considered and had everything needed. The library in the house was also a nice detail for me. There was no noise or noise in the building, neighbors. That was a plus for me. There was a little smell at the entrance to the apartment building from the outside, but Mr. Batuhan said he would take care of this. Mr. Batuhan has been a caring and helpful host from the first moment to the last. I would say it is a fully available apartment in terms of price/service. When I come to Istanbul, it will be one of the apartments I will consider staying again.

Great location and space for a few days stay. Lots of restaurants around and walkable distance to the ferry. The place is clean and comfortable, has everything you need. The bed is comfortable (only one tiny wish - small soft pillows would be a great addition). The kitchen has everything to cook a quick meal. Thank you Mehmet, for the support and quick responses!

We had a wonderful stay at Subhan's Airbnb in Istanbul! The apartment was very clean, fully equipped with all the basics like towels, toilet paper, Hair dryer, and kitchen tools. Located right next to the first stop of tramway T5 (Alıbeyköy Cep Otogarı), it was super easy to start our trips with available seats. The great appliances, including three Bosch air conditioners, made our summer stay very comfortable. Checking in was simple with the front desk giving us the keys quickly, and we enjoyed easy access to the swimming pool. The balcony offers a beautiful view, perfect for relaxing. An added plus was the supermarket right under the building—it had everything, from fruits and vegetables at good prices, and felt so safe that I could send my 9-year-old son to shop by himself. Highly recommend this place for a worry-free and enjoyable experience!

Cem (a very talented musician) and his family (somehow all of them seem to be artists of some kind and their art is everywhere in, on, and around this building) are super kind and welcoming, and they are preserving this architectural gem of a building form the 1960ties against all odds and without government support! Staying at this historic building with lots of original features, helps them to do so and surely will make you part of an ever growing group of people who love this place where you feel like time travelling and being at a cosy home away from home. The location is fantastic, stores and restaurants are to be found just around the corner, as well as taxi stands and bus stations. It's only a few steps to the wonderful Fehnerbace park and marina and you can walk, run, or dance along the beautiful green shorelines all the way to Moda park to the right or via Caddebostan to Suadiye and all the way to Bostanci (there you can ride on an old school flying chain chair carrousel).
