Unsere stilvolle Einliegerwohnung wurde in 2023 komplett neu-saniert und befindet sich in einem Einfamilienhaus in Aalen-Wasseralfingen. Das moderne 54qm große Apartment verfügt über einen Wohn-Essbereich mit integrierter Küche, Schlafzimmer, Badezimmer sowie separatem Eingang und Terrasse. Die Lage am Braunenberg lädt zum Wandern und Radfahren ein. Das Freibad befindet sich in nächster Nähe und in nur 15 min Fußweg kann man den Tiefen Stollen (Besucherbergwerk und Heilstollen) erreichen.

Very nice 90 sqm holiday apartment with 2 bedrooms

Our spacious and bright apartment is located in the middle of the Welland on the outskirts of Dewangen. Conveniently located on the A7 (Westhausen exit) between Aalen (7 km), Ellwangen (22 km) and Schwäbisch Gmünd (25 km), you have the opportunity to various excursion destinations: Tiefer Stollen Aalen, Schloss Fachsenfeld, Limes-Thermen Aalen, Geopark Schwäbische Alb, etc. Numerous cycling and hiking trails also invite you to interesting hikes and long bike rides.

Fantastic apartment best location

Enjoy your stay in this quiet and centrally located place. The apartment is located with a separate apartment entrance in our modern residential building in the best location. The city center can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. The B 29 to Stuttgart as well as the B 19 to OberkochenHeidenheim close by. The factory bus to the Zeiss company is only about 200 meters away. The apartment is equipped above average, in winter the underfloor heating is wonderfully warm.

Holliday Appartment - Eigenhof 1 - Germany

The private courtyard is close to Schwäbisch Gmünd, the oldest stauferstadt. Many historical sights in Rems- and Kochertal can be reached quickly. The absolutely quiet location on the edge of the Swabian-Francian Forest nature park ensures relaxation. If you want to do sports, you can let off steam directly from the house into the forest and meadows. We are looking forward to families with children, couples, solo adventurers and business travelers.

Cozy rustic room to turn off

The apartment is on the edge of Nattheim, not very far from the edge of the forest and from the skylight, you can see very nicely over Nattheim. The apartment is very cozy, rustically furnished and you immediately feel comfortable. The apartment is in a private house on the upper very large floor, which is only needed for guests and has a very nice bathroom with rainforest shower (pictures to follow). Perfect to unwind and unwind...

Our cottage is located on the outskirts / edge of the forest / dead end. Since 2010, the municipality of Abtsgmünd has been a state-recognized resort that meets climatic and Lufthygian requirements. Lots of hiking bike tours in the area. Abtsgmünd is located on Bundesstraße 19 in the Kochertal between Aalen and Schwäbisch Hall. Close to shopping , Pitches in front of and next to the house.
