The lodge is beautiful lots of space and the garden is set up perfectly for relaxing in a peaceful environment. Would highly recommend.

We had a lovely couple of days away. Wanted to give my daughter a break from revision stress and we all had a great time. The hot tub was very popular. Would definitely think about returning

Just returned from an amazing weekend stay for my wife’s birthday with close family. From booking to arrival Kate was extremely helpful and accommodating. The house was very well equipped and looked just like the photos. The welcome hamper was a nice touch and everyone enjoyed the hot tub. Thanks again. We spent a lovely extended weekend at the barn visiting our family in Norfolk. The barn was clean, warm and comfortable and had everything that we needed. Jill and Phil were friendly and welcoming and check-in and check-out were easy. The super-king sized bed was comfy and the hot tub was an added bonus after a busy couple of days with the grandchildren.

Beautiful cottage , location is only a couple of minutes walk to the beach and pub. Hot tub is amazing. We couldn’t fault anything, the property extremely clean and such a gorgeous characteristic cottage. We would highly recommend this place to anyone and would definitely stay here again

We stayed here for 4 nights with 5 adults. The house was plenty big for us all. Very modern kitchen and bathroom - all appliances worked really well and the kitchen was well stocked. The neighborhood was quiet. Steve and Maureen were such wonderful hosts. Steve showed us around when we arrived and was available for questions but also gave us privacy during our stay. We enjoyed the garden and hot tub. Highly recommend!

Our host reached out to check in on our arrival, making sure we were settled and knew how to use the amenities, including the hot tub. There were five of us, and the space was perfect for both cooking and relaxing. We were also given great recommendations for the local beach and a good chippy, plus the beach itself was lovely and sandy. The property is about a 30-40 minute drive from the city center but is surrounded by smaller towns, perfect for supporting local business at the Christmas markets or seal watching. I'd definitely return—it's in a great location with a lovely host.

A beautiful cottage in the perfect location. 20-30 mins from every major place you could want to go. Cosy and homely with a lovely sunny garden. Private and secure, a real Norfolk countryside stay! We loved our stay, everything we needed was provided and Scott gave us all the information we needed to allow easy check in. We can’t wait to come back again, hopefully for longer next time. A beautiful home in the perfect location. Super cosy with everything you need. We loved the wood burner! Perfect for a big family or get together with friends, having two bathrooms was super handy. Oh also loved having two lots of stairs. Local chippy was excellent, all cooked to order and the pub was the hub of the village. The beach is absolutely beautiful and right on your doorstep. Will definitely come back.

Wonderful Cabin accommodation for our last minute, short stay. Set rurally with good parking, beautiful views, every detail covered and very comfortable. We will be booking again. Thank you Debbie, Dick and Digger dog!

A well appointed, charming, cosy, well equipped and comfortable chalet very close to beaches and cliff top walks. We were winter visitors and so didn’t use the garden but certainly would on a return visit in warmer weather. We appreciated the delicious cake and pressé on arrival. Thank you Charlotte

Just loved everything about this little place. The property was spacious yet cosy. Everything anyone could need was provided and parking just outside the door was so convenient.

We had a great stay here. It had everything we could need and Michelle even left some Easter treats and decorations out, which we really appreciated. she clearly put some thought into our stay and personalised it just for us. Michelle was extremely helpful and gave us some top notch recommendations. We can't wait to come back!

Lovely place the setting was gorgeous we all had a fabulous time thankyou so much for mum& dads hamper that you left us ! The hot tub was just right all in all was a lovely break for us all & the dogs loved it aswell!

We had a great stay at Steve’s place, it was exactly what we wanted.

Perfect location. Really comfortable space. Everything we needed. Fab having access to the swimming pool. It wasn't busy, so we had relative flexibility to use the pool at the times we wished. Easy access to local places to visit for a great holiday including long walks on beautiful beaches. Would recommend!

The Kingfisher house is clean, neat and tidy and suited our needs perfectly. Being opposite the Goat Shed is a very good selling point, with its excellent choice of goods and great food to eat. The location is very central Norfolk, meaning you have plenty of options to visit lots of the Norfolk sights. The use of the pool and tennis courts at the nearby golf resort is an added bonus. Night time is very quiet so we all managed to get some well earned rest.

Nice and clean caravan with probably the best instructions and communication i've ever experienced on airbnb. The caravan itself was nice and the addition of heaters in all room ensured it was not too cold.

Had a wonderful stay at Waterside, it was exactly what we were hoping for. Lorna & Dean have the balance right between hosting and letting their guests get on with it! Thank you both for letting us stay in your beautiful house... M&A.

I hadn’t been to this part of Norfolk before so was delighted to arrive and find this surprisingly spacious caravan with deck on one of the best spots in this relatively small holiday park. It’s not like the big commercial parks or some smaller ones we have been to where all the caravans are the same. I don’t think there are any two the same here and made me quite nostalgic! This park has a quiet, laid back, friendly atmosphere of its own. Pleasant walk to the beach but there’s free parking down there too if you have stacks of gear like us. Caravan very clean and comfy, everything you need and surprisingly good amount of storage to keep things tidy. Deck an absolute godsend with the dog (everyone here seems to have a dog)! Good value for quality accommodation in peak season and ideally located for visiting around Norfolk. Would definitely consider booking again - teenage son says he would and everyone knows how difficult they are to please! On that note, excellent 4G signal for mobile WiFi too.
