Apartment holiday rentals in Pacific Beach

Enjoyed my two night stay here. The apartment is bigger than pics let on. Nice sized tv and a great big kitchen to cook in. Also a nice shower. Overall highly recommend.

This was our 2nd stay in the last two months and will be staying here again in the future. Great location, clean and the kitchen is well appointed. It’s perfectly sized for me, my wife and 1 yr old son and reasonably priced. Richard is a very accommodating host and is on top of it. We look forward to our next visit. Thank you, Richard.

This is such a fantastic location! You can see the bay from the patio & so close to the beach!! We walked or Ubered everywhere… which was cheap 🙂 Lots of natural light with all the windows & the temp inside was perfect with the fans provided. Love the live plants inside too 🪴 .. so homey, comfy & clean. We had such a great time 🌊☀️🏖️

Just stayed for the night before going to the Tijuana airport. Second time staying at this apartment. Safe, very close to the border, very nice place.

Amazing location, right on the beachfront and so beautiful. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Definitely a worthwhile stay.

Great location in La Jolla. Walking distance to everything you need. Host was very communicative when you needed help. I’d stay again if I’m in the area.

The spot was a little difficult to find but was very helpful and a nice private placement. The neighbors did get a little noisy from time to time but other than that the house was perfect for a nice little spot to stay.

We loved Kevin's place. It was well kept, matched the description perfectly and worked great for our stay.

Excellent property and stay. There was a little issue with the heat but we made it work. Everything is comfortable and nice. The neighborhood is nicely secluded and within walking distance to some great restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.

Such a lovely and comfortable apartment. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs, we cooked several meals. The neighborhood is pleasant and quiet. Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. About 30 mins to san diego downtown and airport. Similar price to a hotel room and 4x the space. The shower is grand! Hosts were lovely. Thank you John and Laura.

My partner and I felt right at home staying here. The atmosphere of the area and the place alone was comforting and peaceful, felt right at home. Loved the big TVs! After a long drive to SD, this was the perfect place to end up for our stay.

Fatima was incredibly helpful and accommodating and helped make sure we had the perfect spot for my group to get ready for my wedding.

The place is as shown in the photos, close to the whole place smells a limp. Everything is spotless. I highly recommend this place!

Place is as described, the lights do flicker in the bathroom so you kind of have to mess around with the settings and there’s no heating system so you have portable heaters to lean on. But, overall I think this stay was great (even with the little hiccups). It’s close to Gaslamp Quarter, Balboa Park and the commute to La Jolla and further out wasn’t bad at all from here. (Plus, who doesn’t like free parking?) 👍🏼

Location is absolutely perfect, right between the bay and the ocean with lots of restaurants and shops right down the street. Despite being close to so much activity it also feels very private, with an excellent hot tub. The shower was also hot with great pressure. The mattress was a bit firmer than we are used to, and the kitchen supplies are a bit minimal, but everything was fine overall.

Excellent host and overall a great experience. Clean unit and in an awesome location of town. Would definitely stay here again next time I’m back in SD.

Great location. It's near a surfer beach, but if you're comfy with the ocean, it's a great hang. Also, within about 10m of the main La Jolla Beach which is superb. Cy has all your needs for a great beach stay: boogie board, umbrella, towels, chairs, sand mat, toys. Close location to some decent food. Cy communicates quickly and thoroughly, but otherwise stays out of your way. Place was very clean with a cool shower head. Neighbors in the apartment were very friendly as well. Would absolutely recommend for a beach stay.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The host was communicative and easy to reach, and the neighborhood was quite well-stocked with restaurants and coffee, along with being a quick jaunt over to the beach. One note - only try to park in the designated spots if you truly have a compact car; our minivan was a very tight squeeze!

After searching many rentals on various sites, we chose Melissa's place because: 1. It looked spotless. And it was. Very clean, very neat. 2. It looked modern, new and uncluttered. And it was. Many of the kitchen utensils, pans, even the stove looked like they had never been used. The many windows brightened up the entire living area. Here are other things we liked: The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was modern with a great shower. The building and neighborhood were safe. Parking in the secure garage was a plus. We were close to just about everything we wanted to do on our vacation. Lots of good coffee and eating places within walking distance of the condo. When we had a concern, she was quick to respond. We loved our week at Melissa's and would stay again.

Enjoyed our stay. Close to the zoo/park and short drive to downtown or the beach. Place was comfortable. Enjoyed the hot tub and laundry was convenient. It is close to the highway and airport so there is noise. You can also occasionally hear people walking or water running through the pipes. There was a white noise machine which was nice. If your looking for quiet this might not be it. But if city noise doesn't bother you this place is great!

Ricardo was a great host. The place feels like a private sanctuary. You have a gated parking spot, another gated entrance to the patio area. It is ultra safe in a great neighborhood. The outdoor kitchen and patio jacuzzi area are amazing. The bedroom is spacious with a king bed and a couch. The bathroom inside has an amazing rain shower and full tub. Overall the place is a great value and is the perfect romantic getaway for a couple. I would high recommend.

I had a great stay at this property. The hosts were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The bathroom was spotless, reflecting the overall cleanliness of the entire house. The outdoor area, complete with a jacuzzi, was a delightful addition, offering a perfect spot to relax. Having the convenience of parking my car inside the property was also an added bonus. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
