Great place for the price! Clean rooms, bathrooms, and fresh clean linens. The floor to ceiling windows give an awesome view of the surroundings in the city.

Breath taking views of the ocean. Amazing private beach, pools and hottub. Walkable to great restaurants. We’re definitely coming back.

LOCATION!! The view of this condo is incredible! We LOVED waking up in the morning to the sounds of the ocean crashing against the beach. Drinking our coffee on the deck looking at the people walking on the beach was the most relaxing way to start our days! The condo itself is exactly as Tamara describes and more...lovely, clean, spacious, had anything we needed during our stay, walkable to restaurants/bars/coffee, etc. We were thrilled with this find on AirBNB and would happily stay here again!! For sure recommend it to anyone visiting the San Diego area!! Thank you, Tamara!

This studio is fantastic. The photos do not do the location justice--it is VERY close to the beach. Any closer, and you'd be a house on the boardwalk with little privacy. I appreciated the details that Ginger has put into this studio--everything is labeled so you won't be wondering where anything is and she provides lots of extra that made for a stress free trip. We traveled with our 1.5 year old and loved that a pack-n-play, high chair, and children's kitchenware was provided! There's also toys appropriate for toddlers through older kids (adult boardgames too). The bunk room doesn't have a door (but this is a studio after all), but we brought a sound machine with us and there is a hallway pocket door to keep noise separate. Check out Ginger's suggestions located in the studio via a convenient map or the link she sends beforehand. Thank you for a great stay, Ginger!

The location of this apartment cannot be beat! It's a couple of blocks away from the beach and around the corner from a very cute commercial street filled with good restaurants. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures, and Niloo was incredibly flexible and accommodating regarding check in and check out. My only complaint is that sound proofing in the building could be better. Otherwise, a delightful stay!

My bf, baby and I had a much needed mini getaway and Budd & Matt’s place was absolutely perfect!! They were so sweet and welcoming, really thoughtful with every detail, went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The location was amazing, close to the beach, shops and the place had a gorgeous view! The bed was super comfy, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Thank you!

This is a very spacious, tastefully appointed condo in a nice oceanfront complex. The kids spent hours in the heated pool and the beach accessories (chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, coolers, towels, etc) made days at the beach a breeze!

Nicholas’s apartment was the perfect find for my Southwrn California getaway. The apartment was spacious, clean and very comfortable, and the view of the ocean from the pool was just what I had hoped for! A perfect spot to relax during the day and watch the sunset in the evening. Great restaurants and shops in walking distance, free parking, gracious staff - all around perfect!

Great stay! Condo was perfect for our family. Layout of the condo was great for family time and felt very spacious. Stephanie was a wonderful host and provided lots of information on things to do, restaurants, grocery stores,etc. Condo was stocked with linens, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, paper towels, pods for washing clothes and for the dishwasher, coffee pods, tea bags, spices, etc. The heated pool and hot tub were great and the beach was not crowded and very convenient to the condo. Very responsive and easy to contact. Especially with the owner's onsite assistant. If you love the ocean this if for you! With the door open you can hear the soothing sound of waves throughout the unit. The view through the sliding door is nothing but ocean as far as the eye can see. Sunsets galore. With the windows closed it is peaceful and quiet. The beach was clean and family friendly. I recommend this unit. I also recommend the Brigantine restaurant just a couple blocks away.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and serene location. The house was as described and even better and the hosts were incredibly kind and responsive, they even brought us the best Chicken soup. Unforgettable stay. Hoping to come back in the future. Love , Latossia and Raphael

We had a great time at Denise's place! Condo was stocked with everything we needed and a lot we forgot to bring. Very clean and exactly as described. Walking distance to a great park with pickleball and tennis courts, an off leash dog park and multiple soccer fields. Short walk to a quiet beach. Great views...the best location in the development with both bay and ocean views.!

great location with a beautiful view! parking was surprisingly easy to find while we were there. martha was friendly and checked in when weather was bad to make sure we were okay, which was very nice. overall a wonderful stay!

We loved the condo - the view was amazing! It has a large living area and super comfortable couch. The large ocean front bedroom was great - we listened to the waves all night. First time to Solana Beach - liked being able to walk to restaurants (Rustic Root), farmers market, and the dog beach. The kitchen had everything we needed. Richard called us to make sure we were able to get in. The condo has electric mobile heaters - it was a bit cold/rainy for a few days, but we were able to get the area warm. We would come back!

This beach house was wonderful. It was very accessible to all areas- food, bars, entertainment. You can walk to Belmont in 7 min or go to the R in PB with a 6 minute Uber ride. The house has all great amenities. They had bikes and water equipment to use. There are 2 parking garages so it helps with big groups. Along with that, the beds are comfortable and clean! I would stay again in a heartbeat.

We stayed at Maria's place with our two 14- and 11-year-old kids for a week and had a perfect vacation. Maria had great recommendations and clear instructions on where to park and enter. We loved walking to Rosemont Cafe and the beach, and our favorite local dinners were at The Promiscuous Fork, The Taco Stand, and El Pescador. Beds and linens were very comfortable, and the patio was peaceful and private. Highly recommended!

This was our families first time renting a beach front home. It was worth every penny. Beach was not crowded, beautiful view from inside and outside of home. Felt safe taking a late night stroll on beach! A lot of cute coffee shops around, bike rentals, little shops and restraunts. My only complain is that we could not stay longer!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in San Diego. The location is unbeatable right on the beach with good views. There are tons of great food places within a 5-minute walk, which made it super convenient. The host was fantastic, responding quickly to any questions and even recommending some awesome food spots. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing beach getaway.

Mike was awesome. My family and I are from near Pasadena CA. Mike was awesome in making us feel welcomed in lieu of the unfortunate fires in LA county. His house was beautiful. The view of the ocean was exactly what we wanted. As a plus, the spot was near a brewery (walking distance) where they had amazing coffee and food. We were also about 20 mins from downtown, and a short drive to nearby stores like Costco and Target. Thanks Mike for everything!

Aric's place was as advertised and fantastic. Very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Literally less than a one minute walk to gorgeous Mission Beach. Aric was very responsive as well. Would definitely recommend it!

Absolutely incredible! I was a little bit hesitant with the price, but it was absolutely worth every penny the house was perfect. All the details are thought through. It was super clean. The host was always very responsive and helpful. The view was in credible I couldn’t ask for better vacation. Definitely will be back
