Apartment holiday rentals in Palermo

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. Was a lovely place to call home for the week. Beautiful views on the sun terrace and very spacious, clean rooms. Very quiet yet centrally located apartment, with all the sights of Palermo within walking distance. The apartment is very fully equipped with everything you might need. The only downside is, as often in Italy, the very cramped shower cabin. But I'm sure I'll be back.

My daughter, her little dog Obi and I spent a wonderful month at Giaia's house. She is a wonderful hostess, always attentive and gave us some delicious lemons from her house. As we went with Obi, she had food and dishes for him, plus a little gift. The apartment is very well located, you can walk to the main places of interest in the city of Palermo. There is a supermarket nearby and restaurants. When we return to Palermo we hope to stay in this beautiful apartment. Thank you very much Giaia!!!!

We spent a couple of days in Palermo and this accommodation was a great choice for its strategic location, on the edge of Via Maqueda and a short walk from the Quattro Canti. Well-decorated and thoughtful apartment, equipped with all the necessary amenities (also audio guides that can be activated with apps, as well as a very useful multimedia information panel). Quiet, despite the location, also because on the third floor. Communication with Salvo was simple and useful, as was the instructions for self check-in and car parking in the garage just minutes away. We will be back, the next time it happens in beautiful Palermo. Cristian& family

Giulia is a welcoming and very helpful host. Her apartment is impeccable and fully matches the description published on the site. It is a strategic location for visiting the city of Palermo starting with the Royal Palace.

Federico's place is a gem in the middle of Palermo, next to the cathedral and with private parking. He has been attentive at all times and the accommodation has all the needs that a family may have. Definitely a success.

Great place to stay in Palermo. Very clean, all needed amenities are present, good temperature compared to the outside heat, warm welcome by the host, and close to the centre of the old city (15-20 min walk).

The apartment is in a quiet area, a short walk from the metro that takes you to the center in 15 minutes. For us, a very convenient location 10 minutes from the climbing walls. Clean, sunny apartment, for any problem (which did not occur) Nicola is always available, excellent value for money... I recommend it.

A great place to stay and explore Palermo. Both the apartment and city were amazing. Loved relaxing on the lovely terrace. Vittorio was great with his daily recommendations.

We highly recommend to stay in the appartement of Francesca. The beautiful appartement is very spacious with a private balcony with lots of plants. Francesca is also super friendly and very fast in responding. Her son, arranged our transport from and to the airport and that was also very pleasant as he was super friendly and very punctual on time. The appartement is in the old town, close to good restaurants, museums, nice bars,… We had a great stay there for 4 nights and we would highly recommend the place!

Comfortable apartment and exquisite hospitality! The house has complete amenities, including a first aid kit in the bathroom. We enjoyed the fruit and sweets found on arrival and the almond pastries on departure. Above all, Antonella has always been responsive to small problems that we solved without any particular inconvenience. Only negative note: the apartment is on the second floor without an elevator and the particularly steep stairs made it tiring to carry luggage. In general we are very satisfied and recommend the property to those who want to visit Palermo and its surroundings on foot.

Communication went smoothly. The apartment is within walking distance of all the sights and restaurant. It's clean. Only small thing is that the immediate area is a bit run down just like the entrance.

This place is such a gem! It’s super convenient with plenty of space for two. The location is amazing and the unit having an quick access to the train was a huge plus. Thank you for everything, we will be back!

A beautiful oasis of calm in Palermo. Great apartment in a historic building within walking distance of the old area of the city and many of the main attractions. The apartment is very comfortable and spacious and well equipped. Communication with Davide was easy and we appreciated his flexibility around checking in. We had a fantastic time and would visit again.

Very nice rental, very well furnished! Beautiful terrace, beautiful balcony view of the pool and garden. Everything is conducive to relaxation. Impeccable cleanliness is noteworthy. The large swimming pool and surroundings are superb. Our kids spent hours enjoying and playing it. The night lighting is very nice. The owners are very welcoming, pleasant and caring. The rental is well placed for beautiful sightseeing. We recommend this house. We had an excellent stay. Everything was perfect for us.

I can’t say enough nice things. First of all, Daniela is such a gem! She offered rides for very reasonable prices, gave us brief tours of the areas we were in which were super helpful, and always responsive. Her place was just outside of the noisier areas, but walking distance to the restaurants and beaches. 15 minutes walk to the beach, or you can wait for the local buses if you prefer not to walk. The space was spacious and the bed was so comfortable!! After traveling for a couple weeks, the good nights of sleep were needed. Great trip & stay, and hope to return someday :)

What a special place! Historical, modern, spacious, very clean, well appointed, and just beautiful. We walked everywhere...to all the markets, restaurants, museums, and the botanical gardens. It was hard to leave. We hope to be back sometime soon. When we had a small problem with the lock (most likely user error), Angelo came over at nearly midnight to help us out. We can recommend this unit to everyone, including couples traveling together and families - truly spectacular!

Rosalia homestay was such a beautiful property with a brilliant host. Couldn’t recommend enough. The views are incredible. Not far from cinisi and Terrasini both great little towns to have a look around. Brilliant beaches and viewpoints just a walk away from the property. Thanks for a great stay Mara :)

Dorotea and her husband are very pleasant hosts, available and have good tips. They contributed to the success of our stay. The accommodation is very clean and functional, the outdoor setting with the pool is really nice. We recommend these hosts without hesitation.

Maximilian greeted us on arrival and give us a tour of the place including anything important we needed to know. His apartment was perfect for what we needed and the pool/garden area was beautiful. Max had bikes that we could use which were excellent for getting down to the sea front of Mondello in a matter of minutes! We would absolutely return to Mondello and would definitely choose to stay here again!

Wonderful vista, stunning sunsets, really comfortable beds, and Vincenzo was an absolute delight.
