Joe & Hope are wonderful, communicative hosts. Their bungalow is a true old Florida experience right on the river within walking and driving distance of everything in Bradenton. Worked perfectly for our visit to see family.

The easiest 5* review to write. Mimi’s place is fully refurbished, bright, modern and fully equipped. It is super clean, has the comfiest beds, well equipped kitchen, beach equipment, a dock with light/water hose and a patio with gas bbq, table, chairs and sun-beds. The location is great, on the water for boating & fishing, dolphin spotting, has floodlit tennis and pickle ball courts round the corner and a public boat ramp next to them too. The stunning beach is a short walk through to the opposite side of the island and Mimi has provided a trolley cart to use. We have had a great time made all the better by staying here.

Colleen’s place was just as advertised and fit our group of 7 adults comfortably! She was great at communicating and responding immediately. Colleen was very accommodating throughout our stay. When she was made aware of a broken beach chair, she had 2 more mailed to the house that week! Her place has everything you need especially when traveling from afar; beach chairs, cooler, wagon, etc. There are multiple good places to eat and get drinks as well as convenience stores close by. Other shops and entertainment are a quick drive or Trolley ride. Would highly recommend her place!

From booking to checking out; our host was very helpful and friendly. The place was super clean and everything in the home looked just like the pictures. It was a nice peaceful and beautiful place to stay at and relax. Would highly recommend staying at this Airbnb if you’re around in the area of Bradenton.!!

A tropical oasis awaits you! Our trip to Calico was amazing, from start to finish! Given the recent hurricanes, we were unsure how AMI was going to look. The community is well on its way to getting back to normal and so are many of our favorite places around AMI, LBK and Sarasota who have re-opened and are welcoming guests! The nearby Holmes Beach (1 block from Calico) looks great and we were able to enjoy beautiful walks on the beach, while dipping our toes in the pristine water. Céline helped make our family feel right at home, with incredible ammenities and tending to our every need! She didn't miss a beat, helping to organize our crib delivery for our two children, and was extremely responsive to our every request with extreme professionalism. We especially loved having our own private pool, which was immacuately maintained. The entire rental is beutifully furnished and extremely clean. I highly recommend a stay at Calico and look forward to returning on future trips!

The condo on Windsong Ln is in the sweet spot between the road and the Gulf . No need to cross any roads to get to the beach. The dead end lane assures no through traffic. The wraparound porch was awesome. Rarely a time when there wasn’t beautiful sunshine to absorb. I’ve never stayed in a place that was so well provisioned.

We had a wonderful stay with nice walks, an easy stroll to the beach, grilling by the pool, board games at night.

Beachside Management listed a wonderful place! The inside, pool and walkability (to the beach) made the stay worth it. We ran into car issues and were able to stay an additional night. PROS: 3 minute walk to the beach Beach has private bar The pool was clean 2 bathrooms (one inside master) Sanitized bathrooms w/proof of cleanliness Management team offered texting/calling CONS: Brother had roaches in his room Not too many walkable restaurants/bars Aside from the two cons, this is WORTH the stay! Excited to stay here again!! 🫶🏼

This gem of a spot has always been on our radar when we would walk by, but it was always booked! Lucky for us we snatched it when it became available for our time frame. Barb was wonderful, responsive and the spot met our every expectation. I'm a big "vista" person and this location cannot be beat to view the sunsets. We travel here often and I so hope it will be available when we come back next year

Great location. 15-20 mins from Anna Maria island. 5 min walk to Robinson Preserve. Backyard pool was very pretty, private, and water was always a good temperature. Michal provided all you need for going to the beach which was awesome (chairs, towels, umbrellas) and even 3 bikes! Bring bug spray as there were some mosquitoes in the back. Michal provided some citronella candles which helped as well.

Very spacious mid century modern home in beautiful lake filled neighborhood. Great walking and close to entrance to Legacy Trail. Centrally located and 10-15 minutes to beaches , museums and downtown. Great setup if you need to work with fully equipped office and fully equipped kitchen. Lots of room for extended family to visit. Very prompt communication from hosts for any questions. Sonos system is throughout for music lovers! We enjoyed our stay!

What a beautiful home and neighborhood. It was perfect for our needs. The pool was a huge plus and we swam every day.

My boyfriend and I were extremely pleased with this location. It had everything we needed and more. We always took the Frog Hop to and from the village. The access to the pool and beach was an easy walk. The beach was not crowded and was the perfect distance away from the main crowd. If I ever travel back to Siesta Key, I will absolutely be staying in the same location.

I had an amazing stay at Bonnie’s house! From the moment I first contacted her it was a great experience. The house is absolutely gorgeous, spacious and has anything and everything you could possibly need. The outdoor area with the pool was really beautiful with comfortable furniture and nice lighting for the evenings. The interior of the home is beautifully furnished, comfortable and has a lot of special touches. You can tell a lot of thought was put into creating both the indoor and outdoor spaces and their surroundings. I can’t wait to be able to visit the area again and stay at Bonnie’s place. Nice surprise was no neighbors because subdivision not fully developed yet. Very quiet, beautiful on the canal. With our kayaks we were mobile out onto the river for fishing and nature. Loved it.

This villa was very quiet and private. The view of the surrounding area from the lanai was especially enjoyable. It is just a short walk to the pool and to the outdoor grills. The circle is a great place to get a walk in anytime, day or night. The neighborhood is quiet and has a very safe and friendly feel. Clara went out of her way to help when called upon.

Even though we had to endure a hurricane, we had a great family reunion. Aneta’s place was excellent and we will certainly be back.

This place was beautiful. Very close to the pool and not a far walk to the beach. Frog hoppers can take you right into the village where there are many shops and restaurants. Super close to the Stickney bridge which was helpful for the nearby Publix. Our dishwasher didn't have power the first time we tried to use it. Management came right out to look at it. They were very prompt. After talking with other residents at the pool, we found at there was a switch on the wall that powered it! Just a silly switch! I would definitely stay there again. This was such a well needed relaxing trip.
