Robert and Krista's duplex was great for our family. We had plenty of space. The backyard was so relaxing. We enjoyed the pool, and both units had many games for family time. We could eat all together outside at the table and gather around the fire pit. It was a vacation before the vacation and we enjoyed every minute. Robert was the perfect host.

Nice semi luxury villa. Good location between Everglades and downtown Miami. Short drive to super market and restaurants.

From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the stunning location, breathtaking views, and the warm hospitality. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect, offering great local recommendations and making check-in seamless. Das Haus entsprach der Beschreibung. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Fußläufig war ein Supermarkt und mehrere Lokale erreichbar. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Miami und waren sehr zufrieden.

Ushey was very kind and answered all questions immediately!!! House was as pictured and was very accommodating on short notice. Home was clean and wide open spaces for plenty of room for our little one to play. Pool was a nice bonus after long days at the ball field. Definitely recommend this place for families.

Our family enjoyed the space available in this home. We used the outdoor kitchen primarily and we used the pool everyday. The host was gracious enough to buy groceries for us to have upon arrival since we were arriving on Christmas day and stores would not be open. We also had a mix up at the car rental agency and there were absolutely no rental cars available so I asked Maydel if she had suggestions. She put me in contact with a local who rented cars and we were able to secure a vehicle! Very happy with our stay and our trip! Great communication with both hosts throughout the process.

Fantastic home with a fantastic host. Daniel was very responsive (down to the minute) and very accommodating. The home was spotless, large and open, with a beautiful backyard/patio/pool area. The home fit 11 of us very comfortably. We would highly recommend this place, and host to all ages. Thanks Daniel!

The team that manages the rental is very responsive and always available. The neighborhood seemed friendly and safe. Would definitely recommend this house to others!

Great place with lots to do for families with kids! Just as depicted in the photos. Located directly off of two very busy streets, but the backyard is very secluded.

Location, location, location!!! Quick walk to Clam Pass and Seagate Beach. Home was in peaceful and safe area. Pool was great, and heated. Home was a little dated, but felt comfortable, and like home quickly. Had some beach chairs, coolers and large canopy if needed for shade. Host was very responsive about any issues that arose. Would definitely stay at Ashley’s home again.

We stayed for 3+ weeks over Christmas and NYE in Niki’s Naples villa. The house, the lanai and the garden provide a Florida home away from home - it’s tidy and spacious, yet cosy and homey. Walking, cycling, driving and parking inside the Briarwood gated community feels so safe. Our favourites: 1. The villa’s layout with high floor-to-ceiling height, four bedrooms, three baths and the living room, kitchen and lanai at its heart. 2. Fishing in the canal just behind the house. 3. Briarwood’s well kept, pleasant neighbourhood with nice sunny walks and bike rides, pickleball courts, basketball and more. Lastly, Niki was a great host and made our stay a breeze by being service minded, accessible and professional. Niki made our booking and our stay run smoothly.

This is a very comfortable property. Good location to several town centers and the neighborhood recreation center. The owners were very responsive, always within minutes of my inquiry. A very nice outside area and a heated pool that was used every day. I would be happy to stay there again.

My family and I had a great stay in this home. It was beautiful and very accommodating for all ages. We especially loved the game room and pool/hot tub. Luis was responsive and very helpful. He even provided pool floats for us to use! He is an amazing host . You won't regret staying here! We can't wait to come back!
