Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Palmer Lake

Beautiful home and great host, lovely place and location to spend the Holidays with Family. Love the multi-floor and open layout of the house and the kids absolutely loved the Movie Room. Beautiful scenery and peaceful neighborhood with local walking trails and parks nearby. Highly recommended and we enjoyed everything!

The place was really nice. Loved the fireplace and like everyone else says, the toilets. Now i have to save up to get thw wife one lol. We had a little issue with the hot tub as the previous guests didn't close it when finished so it lost temperature. It was out of their control but they offered the tub next door because it was unoccupied that night. Janet was really responsive and still is the day after we already left. She really cares that we had a nice stay! Will definitely recommend and return.

we loved our stay here, it was nice and cozy and comfortable. So cool to be able to walk to the garden of the gods. also very close to old colorado springs. Great spot!

Absolutely gorgeous house, awesome kitchen. Property was amazing for hiking and seeing the wildlife up close. Theater room was perfect for relaxing after long day in the snow!

The place was great! We brought our dog and he enjoyed the backyard and the nearby trail! The hot tub was nice, hot, and clean functioned great! After we figured out the projector we had great cozy nights in the den! Overall beautiful place to stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at Brooks's place. Our previous accomodation's septic had frozen during the arctic blast, and we were left looking for a last minute place to stay near 10 o clock at night. We reached out to see if check in would still be available so late, and had warm and welcoming response right away. The home was impeccably clean upon arrival and was thoughtfully put together (even including a baby gate for safety to place on the base of the stairs for little ones). This listing was a dream, especially the views overlooking the city, and we would definitely book again!

Amazing property if your looking to get away. No neighbors or traffic. The only noise was from cows, elk, coyotes and owls.

The stay was fantastic. The host was very responsive, kind, and flexible. The house was amazing, with lots of space for spread out during cold days and it was right by a nice park with trails. The views were incredible and the hot tub was perfectly situated for relaxing while enjoying the scenery. The kitchen was awesome, and very well stocked including having multiple ovens. We hope to stay here again when we visit Colorado from here on out!

Great place to stay, I had 15 family members and everyone had their own space. Yes it is haunted…Perfect location tons to do. The ghosts are a little noisy at night but friendly. Great place I will rent again.

What a wonderful place to stay! The house accommodated my group of 20 perfectly. So many different rooms and nooks for people to hang out in! Also loved the open layout and massive windows with a GORGEOUS view. Great communication from Emma and Chad. Many in my group said they would like to come back there! Thank you!

We were a party of 11, ages 7-78, coming together for the Holidays. We had plenty of space in the house and never felt like we were on top of each other. Kaitlyn was in contact regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. She was very responsive to questions and worked to quickly resolve any concerns. We walked around the neighborhood. There was plenty to do in the area. We drove to Garden of the Gods, Red Rocks, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Manitou, and Old Colorado City. We will plan to rent the house again the next time we get together in the area.

We had a great time at Barry and Karen's cabin. It was a quiet relaxing weekend in the mountains which is just what we wanted. The hot tub and grill were the cherry on top to our weekend away. We are excited to return in the future.

Love where this is - high altitude serenity, beautiful mature pines all around, and the hot tub was placed intelligently where the setting afternoon sun is behind the trees and not in your eyes while soaking. It was nice finding pancake batter left behind by a previous guest - my wife was craving pancakes! There was even a couple of choices of syrup. We were even able to watch the Super Bowl without paying extra on the Roku Tubi channel without a lot of hassle. A very nice relaxing stay in a beautiful part of the world.

This place was just what I hoped it would be. We woke up every morning with the sun rising over the mountains. Beautiful views all around.

Beautiful place to stay! The biggest thing that stood out for me was the responsiveness of the host! House was amazing and had everything we needed! If I had to say one negative thing about it, it would have been above the stove there is a light that is dirty with dust and some dead bugs. Nothing we could not have taken care of! Overall great stay and look forward to coming back someday! Thank you!

We really enjoyed our anniversary stay! The location is quiet, beautiful, and full of wildlife. The hot tub on a 25 degree night was amazing. It was a perfectly relaxing, cozy stay.

Marlena’s place was so beautiful and peaceful to stay at! I planned a surprise trip for my boyfriend and she was able to decorate the house for me which I truly appreciated! We enjoyed our trip and plan to come back again!

Place was great, fit all 8 of us easily. Everything was clean and host was very responsive for the couple of questions that came up. Wood burning stove kept the whole place warm and was one of the highlights for us, a long with the hotub. Also had some deer visitors our first night, right up to the kitchen windows. Would stay again.
