Rosana’s place is a hidden gem north of Jaco! We needed a place to stay close to San Jose for our last night in Costa Rica and we were blown away by the place we found. We really wish we could’ve stayed longer. Her home was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our stay. It’s conveniently located to Jaco and Carara National Park. The ocean, valley and mountain views from the private decks were beyond outstanding. It was a very short walk to a local beach. If you like to bird watch, this is the place to stay! The morning visit from the scarlet macaws in the trees above the rooftop deck was the best way to end our trip! Rosana was a great host. She was very responsive and took great care communicating everything we needed to know to find her place.

This property in Bajamar was nice and peaceful. The location is hard to beat. The Sand and Ocean as your backyard was very nice and peaceful. The Ocean isn't safe to swin in, but Sitting on the sand listening to the waves and watching the sunset is hard to match. The Home is very well spread out, with the bedrooms apart from the Kitchen and rancho were you can hang out and cook. If someone wants to sleep in or go to bed early, the rest of the group can be at the other part and not bother those wanting to sleep.

Chris was a great host. Very helpful and responsive. The place was great for our family of 4. The kitchen had all the cutlery and utensils. Chris brought some groceries from their kitchen to help us out. Hollie baked some delicious cupcakes for my family. The place is a little off the beaten path and a little tough to drive to during heavy rains. However, the view from the balcony and the bedrooms is just amazing. We sat there almost all of our time just looking at the jungle, the ocean in the distance, and listening to the sounds of nature surrounding us. My kids loved reading their books in the hammock listening to the birds and the rainfall. This was a great place to unwind and recharge. We went to the beaches and restaurants in town (about 15-30 minutes away), but for the most part we preferred staying at the cabin. My wife and I enjoyed our morning walks on the mountain road seeing the colorful birds fly by. We would love to come back in the future. Thanks Chris and Hollie.

Hersol went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, including a bed for our toddler! Beds were comfy, the kitchen had all necessary appliances, and dishes. The pool was refreshing after a hot day. This house is RIGHT across from the beach! The balcony had a constant cool breeze with a beautiful view. The traffic was a little rough with nearly constant, fast traffic but it was really one of our best stays! Would recommend Hersol's home to anyone!

The photos really do not do this place justice. It is UTTERLY stunning. The house is so unusual, beautifully designed, filled with light and the vista to the ocean/out door tables/ pool were insane. The kitchen has literally everything you would need and really we didnt want to leave. We felt like we were in some unbelievable palace/castle. I dont think you will ever find anywhere else like this. Highly Highly recommend.

I had an amazing stay , located right on the beachfront. The location is unbeatable, with stunning ocean views and direct access to the beach—it’s perfect for anyone looking to relax by the water. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway by the sea, is the perfect choice.

Wonderful secure and clean new building with great amenities within a few steps from the beach and many restaurants. Unit is spacious, view is amazing, and host is friendly and responsive.

The place was very clean, spacious, safe (gated residence with entry code) and less than 5 minutes from the beach and main strip. Chance was very responsive, and the free concierge service was amazing. We booked our airport transportation and three excursions through the concierge (Damien), with all scheduled pickups at the AirBnb arriving right on time. I will 100% stay here (or at another one of Chance’s properties) when I return to Jaco.

It was great to stay at Sira’s place. I enjoyed walking to Jaco beach 🏖️ it found myself at the beach 🏝️ every morning 6-7am or 7-8am doing fitness on the beach with a local fitness trainer Daniel. It was near Jaco and many quaint places to eat. The house is super safe and beautiful. I loved the garden and extra touches. It felt right at home and would recommend this house to anyone visiting Jaco. Thanks Sira. It’s a beautiful dream beach home and there is lots to do in Jaco and various wonderful grocery stores as well!

Excellent location, place and amenities

Our stay at this condo was absolutely amazing! The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location couldn’t be better—just steps from the beach and close to great restaurants, shops, and local attractions. The host was incredibly responsive and provided great recommendations to make our trip even more enjoyable. Waking up to the sunrise over the water and enjoying coffee on the balcony was truly a dream. We can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect beach getaway. Five stars all the way! Be sure to pack water shoes, the beach is rocky in places.

Close to downtown, the apartment is super clean, the hosts are very attentive and friendly. I liked it.

Great place to stay! We had a view of Jaco Beach from our balcony. This place was modern, safe and walking distance to the beach. Parking was very safe and private. I highly recommend to anyone going to Costa Rica. Anytime we had questions they were very quick to respond.

We really enjoyed our stay. Erik is very professional, and willing to assist if necessary. I will gladly recommend him and his place to others, and I will be booking another stay for later this year. Thanks Erik for everything!

Jose’s Penthouse was perfect. This was our third trip to Jaco and we came with more people so needed a larger place and this definitely met our needs. We had 7 people and there was plenty of room for everyone to hang out together or even find some alone time if needed. The view was amazing and the pool was extraordinary; it was well maintained, nicely designed and there was always a lifeguard. Thank you so much…we will be back!

It was my first time in Costa Rica and it was a great experience. The condo was very clean and spacious. We were comfortable as if we were home. Everyone was so polite and helpful if needed. If I ever go back I’ll definitely stay here again

Christians place was fantastic! The villa was very clean and comfortable. The pool was lovely during the hot days in Jaco. It’s a short walk to the beach and many local restaurants. I would definitely stay here again :)
