If you find availability to book this slice of paradise, don’t hesitate. My girlfriend and I stayed here for 1 month and Betty is literally the best host you could ask for. She will always go above and beyond to make sure your stay is more comfortable and accommodate your needs. I was working remotely here and was worried about the wifi and Betty went ahead and upgraded the internet to the highest speed to accommodate me and it was perfect for work. Betty’s place is perfectly located in the best part of Santa Teresa, just far enough from the dust and noise of the strip to have peace. It’s a short 7 min walk to the beach and the walk back is uphill (ATV recommended) but is worth the spectacular view. The place is very clean and well designed, with fans provided. One of my favourite things to do was watch the sunrise from the property’s helicopter landing pad in the morning. There is a worker onsite that helps with cleaning and made the place feel secure. This place is a hidden gem.

Lovely and spacious apartment for two, 5 min from the beach and close to restaurants, shops and bars. Apartment was just like the photos, and had a lovely balcony to enjoy breakfast. Alejandro was very responsive and helpful during our stay. We really enjoyed it and can highly recommend this place! We hope to be back in the future!

We really enjoyed staying in this Airbnb. The nice pool was perfect during the hot afternoons and we were able to see a lot of animals. The beach is super close and therefore ideal for early morning surf sessions. The apartment was very spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed. Natalia and Scott are very kind and helpful hosts - we could event rent a surfboard with them. We highly recommend staying in their Airbnb!

Looked like the pictures, nice gated community, close to the beach. The pool + restaurant were nice! No wash cloths, hand towels or hair dryer, but that’s just me being picky. Overall, would definitely recommend!!

we only stayed one night so we didn't get to do alot but it is a nice walk to shops and dining. there were a few glitches with the icemaker and batteries in the remotes were dead in some fans and the main TV but we could live without. Thank you!

Really enjoyed our stay at Lucia and Nicola, awesome meeting our hosts too who were very kind and helpful. The accomodation is located in a beautiful spot, there are walks starting from the property and it is at walking distance (uphill) from delicious restaurants, beautiful beach and the Montezuma waterfall. Very chill and friendly atmosphere !

Mandatory stop in this area of Costa Rica. Everything is nearby. We don't leave the house. It was our break in the middle of our trip across the country. The hostess was top notch from the start. How we don't travel in 4 x 4, they took us from where we left a vehicle to the house at the entrance and at the egreso. And always available to reach from the village what was needed. The environment is wonderful. And howlers never leave you alone. We would definitely come back. And the entrance path is a nice adventure too. All of 10! Thank you!!!

The location is absolutely perfect, making it easy to enjoy the ocean whenever we wanted. The house itself is extremely well-equipped, with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay—from a fully stocked kitchen to cozy living spaces. Maud was welcoming and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a relaxing, beachside retreat!

This property in Bajamar was nice and peaceful. The location is hard to beat. The Sand and Ocean as your backyard was very nice and peaceful. The Ocean isn't safe to swin in, but Sitting on the sand listening to the waves and watching the sunset is hard to match. The Home is very well spread out, with the bedrooms apart from the Kitchen and rancho were you can hang out and cook. If someone wants to sleep in or go to bed early, the rest of the group can be at the other part and not bother those wanting to sleep.

Our stay at Elisabeth and Michael's home was fantastic! We felt as though we had stepped back in time to the early 1900's. They have done an amazing job restoring the place while retaining the original character. Their home is truly a work of art. While there are a few modern conveniences one might find missing, we had everything we needed, were very comfortable and felt completely at home. Michael's breakfast was wonderful and he was always ready to help in every way possible. Our conversations with our hosts were captivating and one of the hi lights of our time in Costa Rica! It is quite apparent that Elisabeth and Michael love Puntarenas and Costa Rica. That affection is quite contagious and we found ourselves more in love with their country having visited with them in their home for a few days and would definitely stay with them again.

We stayed at Sharon’s place for nine weeks. Perfect location; everything was walkable. We were 151 steps from the pool and 1000 steps from the ocean. We had three small issues while we were there and Sharon was right on it. We highly recommend Sharon’s place. We loved our time in Jaco!

We absolutely loved this place. Best thing about this house Is the location as it was so close to the central area. The property was very clean and very well maintained. The host was very proactive in reaching out to us and making sure our stay was very comfortable. The two best things about this property is the security - Victor was amazing. He was on the property for our safety and was invisible when it came to privacy. The daily cleaning service was awesome. She was so good, thorough and complied with all our request. I would love to stay here again and will share the information with my friends. Hope to see you soon.

What an incredible stay! It was stunning. Very clean. The staff is so nice and friendly! The grounds are beautiful, the garden is very well maintained. I highly recommend this place.

We went for a girls trip and had a great time! This location was a 10 min walk from local clubs/bars & restaurants. Everyone in the area was very friendly. Marcel was a great host and was only a text away if we needed anything! And the place was beautiful & squeaky clean. Would 10/10 recommend for anyone planning to stay in jaco.

Excellent stay. It's a quiet place, with easy access to restaurants and supermarkets. Very close to the beach for enjoying the beautiful sunsets. The host is very attentive, excellent communication is available. The house is very tidy and the kitchen has all the necessary cooking accessories. We were very happy.

We stayed at Chantal's house for 3 nights. Clean house, it does have a pool, which is awesome. Close to the beach and city of Jaco. Air conditioning is a bonus. Would stay again.
