John was an excellent host, he helped us with a mishap we had with the vehicle and was always on the lookout for everything we needed. The apartment was impeccable, it had an exquisite smell and had everything you need for a pleasant stay. It has very good parking, and there is a super nearby supermarket.

We had a beautiful stay. Great host Lupe, very friendly, prior to check-in gave us the instructions to access the place as well as the rules of stay, we had constant communication. Check-in was flexible in the schedule, we came barbarous since we did not have to make time out; the entry with code a wonder, allowed (obviously with prior notice) to enter the freely agreed time without disturbing the host in that time and without depending on the times of both. Exceptional the cleanliness and availability of kitchen utensils. Beautiful view and location, it is a very nice neighborhood. The bathroom is 100%, it has a very good water pressure really; maybe the narrower shower than usual and the space between the sink and the toilet will not be as comfortable for a person of large context, in case they should take it into account. As an improvement option, the only thing we can think of is having cups of a larger size available for breakfast :)

Everything was wonderful, our family felt at home every day . A place of tranquility, there was not much noise, in the feelings of safety . A great location for both tours and in the center of the city . Ingrid, a kind, understandable person and was always ready to respond to all messages.

The apartment is very nice and functional, it has everything to make a very pleasant visit. Angelica allowed us to enter earlier and that is greatly appreciated. The sector is very quiet, but it is within reach of many places Casino, Mall, etc. I would definitely recommend.

Apartment with good location, close to supermarkets and downtown. At the exit of the condominium is the waterfront. As for the apartment facilities, it is comfortable, safe, somewhat complex to use laundry since it is with cash (coins).

The location is great, close to everything. From the sea, restaurants, and shopping. The view is amazing. The apartment is very bright and it's like in the pictures. They were flexible with check-in and check-out times, and Malte is always very friendly and helpful. We'll be back!!

Good stay, the place is just as seen in the photos, it is very cozy and has all the necessary tools to cook, such as a blender. It doesn't have cable TV, no paid apps, so you have to pay for a subscription. There is also no hair dryer, those could be some points of improvement. We arrived very early in Pucón and Pamela let us in a little before check-in time.

The accomodation was clean and had everything you need. If you want to cook, the kitchen equipment could be a little better, but Mariano responded directly to any of our concerns, was super friendly and gave us great tips for things to do:)

The apartment is super spacious! We were a group of 5 as a family and we all had our space to rest comfortably, the apartment is super comfortable and friendly. Everything was in perfect condition.

The apartment has a beautiful view of Cerro Otto, it has exit to a nice green patio of the entire condominium and is about 15 minutes from the civic center. Inside the apartment everything is A1 sheets, kitchenware, impeccable bathroom, furniture, etc. I highly recommend it.

An easy place to reach with a quick location to reach other places, either a car or walking, very comfortable for two people, it has everything you need to cook, everything is very clean, Paula is very attentive to answer and with the precise directions regarding the stay, we were very happy and we would love to stay here again

We really liked the place, we enjoyed the stay in Pucon. The area is quiet to rest and the bed very comfortable. The pool is beautiful, we could only use it once because it was raining. Everything else is fine

The place is very nice, convenient to go as a couple or family...all services, close to good markets, accessible for vehicles, safe....beautiful views of the volcano Villarrica. If you need to improve some aspects of cleanliness, in corners, frames and doors, and especially in the bathroom and kitchen.. in general everything was very good... Recommended...

From before our arrival Gabriela showed what she is, an excellent host. The apartment is untouched, with everything you need for our stay. From the quality of the toilet paper to the comfort of the mattress, everything was perfect. Gaby left us a guide with all the places to go and restaurants to meet. I answer all our concerns and were super attentive to what we need. Conclusion, don't go because I want to go live myself.

Luis a 7 all the time, visit this place with an 11 month old baby and I care about having the apartment well heated. The space is accurate and functional, has everything you need to cook and have a comfortable stay. We ski and Plaza TATA is 200 meters walking and there is also transport from the condominium to the ski center and the very, very friendly concierge. Every morning seeing the visit to the snow forest and starry nights was a gift from the living room. We were very happy with the stay, we will definitely return.

great location, close to everything. Clean and comfortable apartment. Hosts, Peter and Tajiana are very attentive to everything. I recommend this place to spend a few days in Pucón.
