Excellent location, in a very quiet place, but close to everything!

Beautiful place. we really had a great time. Everything was perfect on our stay. Angelica and Stefano were very nice and kind. Fluid and instant communication. They always worried that we have a great time here. Everything clean and tidy. Best of all, the location. Walking distance to everything Very nice for days when you want to relax, enjoying the balcony taking air. Thank you very much, we will certainly come back !!

We had a wonderful stay in this flat with direct view of the sea. Fanny's parents are really nice and welcoming people, who made us feel right at home. They taught us how to prepare mate and left us a delicious home-made confiture. The flat has everything you need. It is fully equipped, comfortable and with great views of the beach and sea. In colder nights, we used the little heater provided. The position is perfect, with everything reachable on foot. Some suggestions to make the flat perfect: the single-pane windows might need renovation as they don't isolate the flat properly. Unfortunately, the bathroom floor becomes all wet easily during showers. Some of the kitchen equipment, in particular the pan, may need a replacement soon. In summary, we gladly recommend this flat for a stay in Puerto Madryn!

Well equipped dept, the best is the beautiful view of the sea and the sunsets, the beach is crossing the street. Ideal for a few days of vacation and close to several tourist attractions in the area.

Place that complies with the listing. Nice view, central location, a palafitos experience. If you leave by car and you want to park there it's a little tricky due to traffic in some times. Everything else is ok.

Beautiful place! By the lake, with great jacuzzi and kayaks to enjoy the lake. The view is superb! House is really nice. Service and atention by Claudio is impecable.

The house is beautiful and exactly as it is in the photos. Super cozy and spacious with a lovely lake view. The location is amazing, 20 min from the cathedral hill and the civic center of Bariloche. There are several beautiful restaurants very close by that avoid the muvuca and the lines of the center. In addition, the house has two indoor barbecues (one gas and one charcoal) that are great for colder days. We had small setbacks with the house's heating and hot water system that were promptly resolved. The host is very attentive and is always willing to help with. It was an amazing stay and I hope to come back more often. Super recommend!

We had a wonderful week in fog the cabin had a terrace with a spectacular view, in the mornings and in the afternoon there were 3 tiuques per food, we decided to rent something without a tv to disconnect and it was the best of the week totally recommended

We fully enjoyed our stay in Patricia’s house! The view from the balconies is stunning and the beds and couches were super comfy. The house is very well equipped and we did not miss a thing. Patricia provided two bikes that we were able to use, which was perfect to get fresh bread from the minimarket each morning. The vicinity is lovely and the beach was easy to reach. We would definitely come back!

Beautiful place! Highlight above all the beachfront location on a very quiet beach with few visitors. The cabin is beautiful and impeccable, everything Very clean and functional. We had a great time. Solange and her husband are excellent hosts. Thank you!

A lovely quirky (to us anyway) home. Super comfy and well equipped. Really good communication and in reach of local amenities and attractions.

What a gem of a place, we arrived very late from airport and Marcelo met us at 12:30am with key and we settled in. When we woke up and saw where we were the next morning was mindblown, so fantastic to feel like you are in the trees with a view changing across the cake to snow capped mountains, sunsets sparkling across the lake and the big terrace, the steps down to private port, access to kayaks for free, proper argie bbq, the list goes on. Don’t even think about it, book this one.

Best place to stay in Puerto Madryn! The flat is on the top floor of one of very few high rising buildings overlooking the entire beach with a fantastic panorama! It could not be more central with shops, restaurants, cafes and many alfajor and ice cream shops and the beach front. Our kids loved the place too and were intrigued by the "traces" of other kids. They had their own room and bathroom which they adored. PM is a superb location to venture out on day trips to discover penguins, sea elephants and other wildlife which is why we came and also to get a glimpse of the vastness of Patagonia. It also has a really funny history as a Welsh colony which is still visible when you observe the faces of the habitants and come across quaint Welsh tea shops and being served Christmas pudding or "Welsh Cake". We loved our stay.

Mariana, s place was great. She had provided nice touches such a real coffee. Also we were able to get English channels and sports which she had paid for and a rare find on her direct TV cable channel. Lots of utensils so easy to cook in when we wanted to which we did one night. About 10 mins walk to the nearest supermarket. It was one of the best Air bnbs we have stayed in .

Nico’ apartment is beautiful. It is in a new building with parking and elevator. The apartment is super modern and spacious with a beautiful kitchen and balcony. Everything was spotless and Nico was always responsive and friendly. The location is great 10 minutes by foot to the Main Street with all the cafes and restaurants. Highly recommend this place!

The apartment is very well located, very close to the center of Pucón, the private beach is very comfortable. Patricia is always attentive to the phone, demonstrating her commitment. We had some issues with the access, but it seemed like it was a problem with the building in general as the app was not working. The rest is fine, the guards in the concierge very friendly.

The apartment is wonderful, the view it has towards the sea is beautiful, it is fully equipped with everything you could need and it is also very modern. We highlight the autonomous access that was very simple and with clear instructions. The hosts Carmen and Paulo are very attentive, they gave us good recommendations for places to visit, and despite the fact that there was a small technical problem in the building, they resolved it quickly and communicated to us at all times what we had to do. Would definitely go back!
