Nice and quiet home. The house was clean and homey. Walkable restaurants and coffee shops. The host was very responsive as well and kind. There was no loud noises, very peaceful at night. Both rooms and bathrooms were very spacious as well. The parking is a little hard if you have a large car it is pretty tight. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you 😊

Our family enjoyed our stay here! It was an easy walk to the beach where the kids loved to play. It's a nice big house with plenty of space for all of us. The house had excellent kitchen facilities for cooking and baking. We recommend this place and would happily stay here again!

Beautifully located apartment with a balance of sun and shade. Nice place to relax with children. Everything is perfectly clean. Availability of cooking equipment. Convenient location - close to grocery stores, restaurants, a small village market. Extremely sociable host, really 24/7 communication, so to advise many additional facilities such as transfer, places to visit, restaurants outside the settlement. I was vacationing with a family with three children of different ages, everyone was happy and the apartment was very satisfying for their stay.

An unforgettable stay in Villa Esmi! I celebrated my birthday at Villa Esmi by Micaela and it was just sensational! The villa was super clean and all our wishes were read from our eyes. The decoration, the DJ and the private chef – everything was organized perfectly. The transfer and activities were also excellently coordinated. Particularly impressive was the dessert surprise for dinner, which was simply brilliant. A huge THANK YOU to dear Micaela for this limitless ingenious stay for my birthday. I would highly recommend Villa Esmi to anyone who wants to celebrate a special occasion. Every wish is fulfilled here and you feel completely comfortable and pampered.

When we arrived, the place was a little dirty. However, after we informed the host, a cleaning lady was sent within a short time and we were served a traditional meal as compensation. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

We had a great time and are definitively giving a deserved 5-star rating - but please be aware of a few things before you book: - there are only 4 double bed + 1 matress + 1 small folding bed - even though there is some equipment, the kitchen is not fully equipped for 10 guests and a few extras are missing like doormats - a few things are not well thought out (some windows cannot be opened completely and the whirlpool function in the pool does not work) - we had as much mosquito bites as never before in our lives, so better come prepared :) Nevertheless, we really enjoyed our stay, as the pool and the living room were perfect as well as having such a close distance to the beach. We got also offered to check-out later, so thank you very much!

This Vila is absolutely beautiful, in peaceful surroundings with gorgeous views. We loved our stay here and definitely recommend to anyone visiting Albania. It would work well for both a young group of people as well as a family. The pool is enormous and there are 2 very large outdoor Jacuzzis. Gym, sauna and massive speakers also a nice bonus! The Vila is a little tricky to find but Rebecca is a brilliant host and gave us clear directions. I recommend using the terrain option on maps to help find it. It's about 40 min drive to Durres and 30 mins to Tirana. Cleaners came and tidied every day with a fresh supply of bedding and towels. They were always very respectful of our space and very kind, they even gave my baby a little toy. Ample space for parking and lots of shaded areas for those wanting to avoid the sun. We hope to come back and stay here again.

Hands down the BEST Airbnb host I’ve ever had! My friends and I (a group of 10 guys) just got back from an unforgettable trip to Tirana, and a huge part of what made it so special was our incredible host, Eugene. From the moment we booked, Eugene was nothing short of amazing—super responsive, genuinely caring, and incredibly hospitable. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed throughout our stay. The Airbnb itself was fantastic—clean, spacious, and perfect for a group like ours—but it was Eugene’s warm welcome and attentiveness that truly made the experience one for the books. He was always available whenever we had questions, gave us great recommendations, and treated us like family. If you’re planning a trip to Tirana, do yourself a favor and book with Eugene. He’s the gold standard for what a host should be. 10/10 would recommend and definitely looking forward to staying again!

The place beautiful, location is great, 1st row of the residential village. The host is great. Highly recommended.

We spent the last week of 2024 with family (12 people) at Blerta's. The house is very well-equipped, each bedroom has its own bathroom and toilet, and are beautifully decorated. Laundry (washing machine, dryer) is available. The location of the house is ideal and you can enjoy a 180° sea view. The mild weather allowed us to have meals in the garden: garden furniture, tables and chairs in sufficient quantity. The kitchen is very convenient, lots of dishes, large dishes and pots. The large living room was decorated in Christmas mode with a beautiful tree. Blerta and Koly are friendly, available and attentive.

We had a very very nice stay at Viljam's! He communicated fast and clear. Also the pool was lovely and everything in the house worked well and expected! Beautiful surroundings and lots of supermarkets nearby.

Very nice villa, located 30 min walk to the center of Tirana. We enjoyed the space, the pool, the private garage… Kevin and Taulant were very responsive following an air conditioning failure. We had a great week at Erisa's house. The pool was very clean, sunny for a good part of the day Fully equipped kitchen, clean We slept great in the beds, the sheets smelled like laundry Very quiet residence, with caretaker at the entrance Direct beach access on foot! I would recommned this property.
