Ammersee-Atrium - walk to reach the lake

The modern garden accommodation (barbecue) with 3 terraces invites you to experience Ammersee: in about a 12-minute walk, you are at the swimming area in Stegen. On the shore there are beer gardens, restaurants, ice cream parlor and boat dock. There are many foot and bike paths such as to Lake Wörth with turquoise water. In the village you can walk in 6 minutes. Munich can be reached via the A 96 in about 25 minutes (35 km). Neuschwanstein Castle and Zugspitze are about 1.5 hours away. The neighborhood is home to chickens and roosters.

Cozy accommodation in the Blue Land on the Murnauer Moos

Our small 60 square meter apartment integrated in the house is located between Murnau and Oberammergau on the Murnauer Moos. The area invites you to take mountain and bike rides, hikes and swimming trips to the surroundings. Lakes such as Staffel, Kochel- and Walchensee. Also day trips to Austria, e.g. Lechtal, nothing stands in the way, since in about 1 hour reachable. The apartment is on the 1st floor with a balcony and a view of the Estergebirge. Our village shop takes care of the culinary and can be reached in 1 min from 6:30 am.

Bright & quiet with marvellous 3-summit-view!

My flat is ubicated in a quiet and modern, alpine residential area of Garmisch-Partenkirchen, close to the Historical Center, just on the bottom of the mountain Wank. A huge balcony is providing sun from early morning to sunset, if it is not snowing :-) You can start hiking tours directly from my home, find cute cafés and restaurants within 5min walking distance, as well as supermarkets, gas station and nice little shops. If you come for alpine skiing, Garmisch Classic is only 2 km away.

Newly renovated ground floor apartment in 500 years old house with separate entrance. Each room has a special touch. Some of them are stocked with antiques. Additional wood stoves conjure up a cozy flair. The bathroom is modernly designed and to the latest standard. The location is with the proximity to the lake (5 minutes walking distance) and at the foot of the Herzogstand ideal for nature lovers. Behind the house flows the Kesselbach. Starting point for many activities in all seasons.

Very nice apartment in Benediktbeuern on the Alps

Lovingly furnished apartment on the second floor of a detached house. Very spacious western balcony for your own use. The entire floor is available to them alone. Quiet location at the foot of the Benedict wall. 500 meters to the monastery. Large supermarket with bakery and butcher in 100 meters. Five restaurants are available in the village. Beautiful surroundings in the five lakes, the region offers numerous cultural highlights such as Franz-Marc Museum, Buchheim Museum, etc.
