I had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The space was exactly as described in the listing—clean, stylish, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The peaceful location made it the perfect retreat, allowing me to relax and unwind. location was convenient to get to and from the convention center. The apartment was spacious and clean. The interior of the building was a little confusing to navigate, especially as the back entrance has a different code than the front one. Overall, it was a perfectly fine stay for the short days I was there for a weekend convention.

Originally we were suppose to stay at a different house that I booked with them but the day of check in about 2 hours before, we had to be moved to another house. Host was very responsive and communicated the no hot water issue with the first property. It was a bit inconvenient however we ended up enjoying our stay at the second property anyways. I liked that the first floor was very open, everything was clean and my favorite part of the house was the movie theater set up in the basement.

It was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed.

Lovely 2 bedroom TWO BATHROOM condo in the heart of Philly. All the comforts of home. Gladys is a great host and communicated well. My mom and I had a great stay and will stay here again next time I’m back in Philly.

Very clean, glad there was codes to get into every door so you don’t have to worry about keys. Was able to walk to several restaurants near by and only a $10 uber to the convention center. Inside of the condo looks great!

This place was great super quiet great food all around walking distance from the zoo and the museum ,he was very nice and responsive he made sure we had everything we needed to have a great stay the house was very clean.would definitely recommend staying here .

My family and I love Philly and part of what makes it feel like home, is using Airbnb. Gabriel's house was wonderful. It was easy to get to, in a quiet neighborhood, walking distance from the water. Gabriel was very easy to communicate with and get answers from. Check in was very smooth. The place was clean and spacious. My kids LOVED the little arcade game in the living room. The decor was very tasteful and modern. We would stay here again.

We had a fantastic time staying at Frank and Angel's beautiful penthouse! The location was close to almost everywhere you'd wanted to go. Very clean, comfortable and well stocked with drinks and snacks or what you'd need after a long night crawling around philly (advil and coffee). Again thank you guys for your hospitality and the friendliness shown to my wife and I. We will be back.

Great location to restaurants, stores, a park and Cooper River Park, where my son was participating in an event.

Host was easy to communicate with and responded to all questions quickly. The place looked just like the pictures, was clean, and , although parking was a bit difficult, felt safe and was convenient to downtown. This place is perfect for large groups. Each person in our group of 7 had their own bed ( and there were even additional cots in the closet space) and there were also plenty of bathrooms for us all.

Ania went above and beyond to accommodate my stay and that alone is worth 5 stars. Her place was immaculate, she was responsive and thorough in cleaning. I appreciate it again, Ania!

Exactly like the photos. There weren't any other guests (at least, none we saw), so we had the space all to ourselves. Everything was clean and there was a lot of shops nearby. Accessible to public transportation. Fair warning on the family living upstairs. They had a young child that was stomping and crying for a while on our first night there. Luckily it was only that one time.

Jason’s place is wonderful! Great location, we love the greater Fishtown area! Easy to use parking spot and VERY well stocked Airbnb. Perfect if you have a longer stay, but we were only in town for 2 nights so always ate out. Also, was one of the cleanest airbnbs I’ve seen in a while. Nothing smelled mildewy!!! Mattress is also really comfy.

One of most enjoyable Airbnb experiences. Johnathon was a wonderful host! He was very personable and genuinely kind. He was also very proactive checking in on us and quick to answer any messages. The space was as described and pictured. It was incredibly clean and the furniture and decor were well done, not the cheap furnishings you can find at many Airbnbs. We were short walks to a number of things to do as a family. Even the kids loved it... my daughter asked me to message the owner to tell him to make more units because it was awesome. They were easily able to pull out and setup the couch bed and got to watch TV or play the 3D tic-tac-toe provided firing the times we weren't out exploring.

Muslim is a great a host! I enjoyed my stay, safe neighborhood, wonderful lake, and it was peaceful. A great location, gym, restaurants, groceries stores, cinema, bars; all within 10-12 minutes’ drive of the location.

Fantastic place in a great location. Samantha was kind and flexible for our check in and out needs. Highly recommend her place!
