The house was just what we needed when we were in the area for a wedding. I really appreciated the easy communication with our hosts.

My husband and I (and our little dog Kiwi) truly enjoyed our stay at Elliot’s garden apartment. The location is fantastic - just a quick walk to all the shops and restaurants yet the street is in a quiet peaceful neighborhood. We loved the deck views of the creek and it was great having the backyard and garden patio for the dog. Elliot was a great host -he gave us suggestions for restaurants and we were able to meet he and his adorable dog Foxxy when we arrived. The home is just as it appears in the listing and was very clean and comfortable. The steps to the garden and down to the yard were not a problem for us (or our dog) and the parking spot is directly across from the door on the street level which is helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely book Elliot’s place again!

Wow, what an amazing gem of a property in the heart of Old City! The home included 2 private units, each with 2bed/bath which you access directly from the elevator..... so cool! This home was perfect for us as we were traveling with a multi-generation family. The two units were more than enough space for the grandparents, parents, kids and even our dog joined us in on the fun. 100% recommend this property if you're looking for a place in the downtown Philly area! - LOCATION: steps away from all the amazing historical sites - FOOD: so many great local restaurants within walking distance - PARKING INCLUDED: worry-free parking as there a secure and gated parking lot half a block away under the bridge. - CLEAN and NEW: just as pictured - it was like walking into an open-house of a brand new condo unit - RESPONSIVE HOST: never took more than a few minutes to receive a response back from our host. Always nice and courteous. Needless to say, we'll be back!

What a wonderful stay at Jeff's place! The whole place was stylish, cozy, and I immediately felt right at home. The kitchen was massively stocked with extra appliances and a wealth of spices and sauces to get you started. I basically lived in the bay window overlooking a perfect view of the river, and Jeff was incredibly responsive with great recommendations and helpful tips. Super lovely place, I'll miss my cozy coffee mornings watching the boats go by!

What a unique property! We really enjoyed staying in a colonial building. The apartment was more like your own little house. John and Marilyn were extremely responsive hosts and the caretaker Jimmy was such a nice guy. They thought of everything one might need, including night lights and snacks. Very cool place for a weekend getaway.

Great long term stay at Ani and Liam's place -- the apartment was cute and charming and as described and walking distance to the center of town and all the stores. The apartment was always warm even on cold nights. Ani and Liam were great hosts and a great neighborhood!

Loved this place! Great location right on the canal, easily walkable to Lambertville (canal path takes you right downtown) and then over the bridge to New Hope. Very peaceful, scenic, relaxing location. Lots of room and very clean inside, comfortable beds, great deck and backyard. Would love to stay again!

I so enjoyed the quiet beauty of this hidden gem in the woods. From the moment I booked, Jen was a fabulous hostess, giving thought and care to ensure a positive experience. The home is beautiful, and I was happily surprised by the gorgeous holiday decor and cheer. Everything was just as described, and I couldn't have felt more at home. Having grown up nearby, I have no doubt this would be an oasis in the summer months, though even with ice on the lake, it offered peace and beauty. The beds were ridiculously comfortable, and the warmth of my host permeated the entire home. I recommend it to anyone seeking nature, beauty, and comfort.

This is a lovely sized property nestled in a quiet neighbourhood of Princeton. The property itself has everything you need and would make a great staycation for large families and friends. Anvita and Shreya were extremely polite and friendly and very helpful in addressing our queries. Both made clear effort in ensuring our stay was pleasent and comfortable. I would recommend staying here as it's local to BAPS Akshardham, Robbinsville (30 mins easy drive) and Princeton University (10 mins).

What an amazing place to stay! Qing has everything you need ! The place is full of character, spacious and a lot of extra things to do! We really enjoyed the privacy you feel out back! The lake is beautiful! Kids enjoyed their stay as well! Probably my favorite Airbnb so far!

Amazing lake views. The fish were biting. A beautiful peaceful getaway. We thoroughly enjoyed our time. Quite a memorable and special place. Book it- you won’t regret it. Sweetwater Marina also a nice spot to each. Bikes were fun to ride around and the porch deck made for a lovely spot for coffee and drinks. Plenty of parking and secluded at the end of road. Will rebooked already. 🎣 🏖️ 🛶

Let me start by saying I wish I could’ve been here during warmer weather. Even in the winter this house is great! Between the view of the river, the bbq out back, or simply getting warm around the fire pit. Theres so many great things about this place. Highly recommended to anyone and everyone.

We are so thankful to have found this place! We were visiting family about 20 minutes from this spot and it was so nice to have a sanctuary to rest and recover in. We were traveling with 3 kids from 6mo to 6yr, so it was great to have space for them to run and play. The place came with all the amenities for the baby - pack n play, sound machine, black out curtain for the window, high chair, and a few toys. The beach is pretty, but the location is a little out there, so just know if you’re looking to go out to eat or for a quick grocery run, your options are very limited - not a problem as long as you plan accordingly. A big thanks to our hosts!

My friends and I enjoyed staying at Gabe’s apartment. It was greatly renovated, extremely clean, had all facilities and amenities we expected and the distance to city center was walkable. Gabe &Jon were always responsive to our queries, and also accommodated a request we placed last minute. I would definitely recommend this place.

We had a fantastic time staying at Frank and Angel's beautiful penthouse! The location was close to almost everywhere you'd wanted to go. Very clean, comfortable and well stocked with drinks and snacks or what you'd need after a long night crawling around philly (advil and coffee). Again thank you guys for your hospitality and the friendliness shown to my wife and I. We will be back.

Pratt's place was great and looked just like the pictures. Very clean and confortable and felt just like home. Fresh flowers left on the dining table made us feel welcome. It was a nice touch. Supermarket and plenty of eateries near by and surrounded by beautiful scenery. The neighbors were extremely friendly and we would definitely visit again!
