Listing was exactly as described, being next to the 7-eleven was perfect and it’s on a walkable street that is filled with food vendors, cafes, and restaurants. Host was very respectful but does not speak English so u will have to use google translate but no problems my entire stay!

The host was very responsive all the time. Whenever you wanna make the room, need anything, they provide you an instant help. Small businesses and local food, good massage with reasonable price are nearby. Safe walk. Very satisfied with my longer than a month stay.

Thank you for a pleasant stay, the apartments are great for a longer stay, they have everything you need for a longer comfortable life, as well as a part of the terrace that gives the feeling of home. Shopping mall right by an apartments which is did stay more comfortable and easygoing. The price also corresponds to the quality, a little far from the center, the journey is about 30 minutes, but there is a sky train right next to it, which allows you to travel without traffic jams 👌🏼 I had a little inconvenience with the payment, but the owner agreed to wait and trusted. Exceeded all expectations, thank you and good luck

This is a great option for short or long term stays in Bangkok. The host and staff are extremely helpful and attentive. Walking distance to the train, many food options if you decide to walk or take a short lift. I walked to and from lotus everyday with no problem. The room was very comfortable and cozy. All amenities matched the photos. I would definitely recommend and I will be back to stay in this comfortable studio.

Great staying , so spacious for whole family. And It is so convenient to go to the Palace etc,I will definitely introduce this apartment to my friends .

Can’t say enough great things about the places run by this host or about the host herself. I have been coming to her apartments for over seven years. As a business owner and as a human being she has always gone above and beyond what you would reasonably expect. These are fun, clean, and practical rooms. The ones at House 22/Charoen Krung are in a quiet alley right off the main road. Be mindful that there is no elevator and the stairs are steep when booking the room. A short walk to everything from convenience stores, restaurants, and of course the light rail station. I would and often do suggest this place to any visitor.

It was a great stay—the place was very clean, and the location was very convenient, especially since it was close to the company I was visiting for my business trip. The surrounding area also had great amenities. However, the noise from the neighbors at night was quite loud at times, with occasional sudden noises, and the soundproofing was not very effective. Overall, though, it was a great place. The only downside was the very narrow staircase, which made it inconvenient for large luggage.

Really nice place, great view. The facilities are amazing. Gym well equipped with 270deg view. Rooftop on the 37th floor is stunning with an incredible view on skyscrapers. The condo is well equipped. Best spot so far 😊

I have stayed in this condominium several times, and I will do it again. For me, it is perfect because it is easy to get to the BTS and move where I want. Inside the condominium there is a restaurant with good and cheap food, the swimming pool is very good,small gym but enough to exercise your body during the holidays

Good area for people who want to be away from farang areas but you can get around easily due to the BTS being close. Pool is nice and in the shade, so great to cool off. The room is not modern but it's big and clean. Nice host.

June & Pop were so friendly and great communicators. The apartment was exactly as it looked in the photos and the building amenities are incredible…especially the amazing pool! Which I had to myself every single morning of the 34 days I was there! I 1000% recommend June & Pop’s place and would definitely stay there again! I’m part of a large travel community of older and retired people who travel full time or almost full time. And I’m recommending June & Pop’s place to the entire community of several hundred members!

Great place near the airport and good value for money. A bit out the way from MRT, but could definitely walk around and explore a bit.

The place was amazing. It was accurate to the pictures posted. The neighborhood is quite peaceful and the rooftop area was relaxing as well. I highly recommend this place. Not only the room was clean but also the entire building. I'll definitely rebook here if I were to come back to town in the future.
