Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Phra Khanong

The house is very clean and jist as described in the listing. There is ample space for the 7 of us to lounge, enjoy full group meals and rest. The air-conditioning, bathrooms, kitchen and washing machine all worked well and made us feel like staying at home. Gems and James were very helpful in fixing all the minor issues we encountered, from sending a plumber to replace the kitchen faucet, purchasing an additional hair dryer and toilet paper, bringing over a match for the kitchen stove, to helping check the shower heater & Netflix on the living room projector. The house is in a very inner area of Ekkamai so there was no noise pollution at all; just make sure to double confirm the pick-up and drop-off locations when booking Bolt / Grab because one road to the next is 3-5min drive. We visited right after the Songkran festival so it's the hottest time of the year - chose not to walk around at all!

The location initially gives you a jolt being in a very down to earth location but which is a 350 yo community close knit friendly clean and bustling around the concepion church and beautiful statue. Once you get to PK’s place you realize what a marvelous piece of heaven he has carved out here and true to his creative spirit designed and maintained it beautifully. I was with friends traveling from around the world who lived and enjoyed the best of the best places and PK’s place with its gorgeous views literally on the water makes for phenomenal coffees and breakfasts ( Grab makes it so easy ) and outstanding sunsets and gorgeous evening lights and parties . Loved the place and really enjoyed our stay Thanks PK for being so responsive and thoughtful in all the little details you provided at check in

The house is very cosy and nice. The location is relatively easy to get grab rides as well!

Nice quiet subdivision close to downtown for multiple people

We had a lovely stay at vasin's place. The host was very helpful and quick with responses. loved the whole house and it was perfect for a family of 8 including kids. will love to visit again and stay here. highly recommended.

Tom and his family were wonderful and gracious hosts, very helpful friendly, and accommodating. Tom kindly brought us some delicious fresh fruit, and I had a very pleasant conversation with him one day. Highly recommended, very comfortable stay in peaceful quiet location, top marks all around for Tom and his family, you could not ask for better hosts!

Really unique accommodation that’s peaceful, clean and comfortable. Very responsive and friendly host. Only slight inconvenience is the mosquitoes that come along at night - so better to bring some mosquito repellant with you if you and your fellow travelers intend to sit outdoors.

Lita was a fantastic host. She was great at accommodating our needs and was very responsive. The home was exactly as described. Lovely home and our family had a great stay. There is plenty of room for our dogs to run around the house and also go for walks outside in the courtyard. Definitely would stay again and highly recommend.

This is a great place to be - it is a peaceful place with essential amenities, and a balcony with a great view to relax & enjoy the cool breeze, especially in the mornings. There are lots of shopping places (malls, convenience stores, restaurants, street food, massage, etc.) right next door. Mega Bangna, a very big shopping mall & BTS station (Sukhumvit line) are about 10 mins drive. We mostly used Grab to move around and found it efficient. The swimming pool in the building and the rooftop Pororo Aqua park (just a few minutes walk away) was a big hit with our granddaughter (4 yrs). We found it very convenient to travel to places such as the safari, amusement park, Bang Saen beach without having to navigate the crazy inner city traffic. We highly appreciated the host receiving us with Bhutanese cuisine (in Bangkok!) - that was a very kind gesture & a pleasant surprise! This is a great place for a small family on vacation.

I only have nice things to say about staying in this lovely home. Stayed for a full month and we all really enjoyed being here. Near grocery stores, lots of local food places, very near the BTS. I would truly recommend staying here to anyone! Thank you so much Joyce and Ed for having us. It’s been a really great pleasure. Wishing the best for Umahouse365! We had a wonderful stay at this townhouse! The gated community is very clean, quiet, and beautifully maintained, with few people around and great amenities like a pool and a well-equipped gym. The house itself is spotless, bright, and stylishly decorated, featuring very comfortable beds and pillows. It’s also conveniently located near a huge shopping center with countless dining options and just a short drive from the airport. The hosts are incredibly polite and hospitable, making sure everything went smoothly during our stay. We highly recommend this place and would love to return in the future!

The :condo is in a great location. Walkable to the skytrain. The house could have been cleaner. Dust and hair in the furniture. Many of the lights and plugs and lights do not work.

We had a great stay, and it was a walkable distance to the MRT station with 7-11 and other restaurants all nearby. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Whenever my family and I are in Thailand we would stay at Vina's place. It is in a very nice location. There's a weekday market downstairs with fresh food and fruits among other things. It is very near the metro, and very easy to get grab taxi. Many nice eating places around. It is also near a 711 and mc Donald's. The staff in the building are all very polite and helpful. They give off a feeling of welcome everytime we pass by. The unit itself is very comfortable, spacious and it has everything one could possibly need. Thank you to my hosts for hosting us again. Till our next Thailand trip.

We had a good stay. Accomodation near the 7eleven and many massage shop. Also got many local food nearby. Gym also. House very clean and nice. I enjoy staying there

Humble Abode was the perfect listing for our family vacation in Bangkok (9 people). The property is modern, clean and well equipped. The 2 bedrooms / floor provided ample space and privacy. The location was perfect. BTS is easily accessible - 5 min walk. Shopping and restaurants are walkable as well. The team were very responsive and helpful - from arranging airport transportation, to providing local recommendations. P’Poo, the home helper was the star of the show. She went above and beyond to help care for one of our guests who was not feeling well during our stay. She checked in on them while and prepared lunch while we were sightseeing. We will be back!

My friends stayed for 4 nights and they really loved the place and the location. check in was easy. the place is clean, spacious and very comfortable. close to Chatuchak weekend market and lots of food stalls and convenience store nearby. We'll definitely book this again if we come back to Bangkok.

We are very happy to stay in Tanitha's house, the communication is very smooth, the house is very clean, very spacious etc, and has all the necessary facilities. Next time I come to Thailand, I will choose their house again.

I rested well and felt at home in a quiet residential complex, a 6-minute walk from BTS On Nut Station. Five people occupied one bed and were more comfortable than a hotel. It was enough space for 10 people and well equipped with air conditioning, etc. The kitchen was well done. If there are a lot of people next time, I will definitely book it.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Getting here was a challenge, so I advise you to follow the host's directions carefully, which they provide clear and detailed instructions for. I also suggest at least one Grab ride either going to or back from the property. I felt like a local hanging on the back of motorcycles and taking in the views. Checking in and out was super convenient. They also provided bicycles for you to use free of charge. I was able to use them to go to North Park and back, which I also recommend you visit while staying here. Awesome experience with great hosts!
