Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Pieve A Nievole

Elegant accommodation, even better than the photos/description. Everything well maintained, very clean, everything working. The hosts are attentive, responsive, present and met my every request/need. I had a plumbing issue that was promptly resolved. I was also able to take advantage of the free late check-out on the day of departure. Unfortunately the weather was not kind during the days of my stay but the cozy home still allowed me to find relaxation and serenity. If you love staying in a well-kept, functional and elegant home, this is the place for you. Congratulations, I felt at home, pampered and never abandoned. Magical stay at Paola's. Hard to describe in a few words all the kindness she showed us, we immediately felt at home. Paola picked us up by car at the train station and welcomed us with a nice bottle of wine and pizza - delicious - hard to have a better arrival especially after a long journey. She was very proactive throughout our stay and even took us half a day to Chianti so we could visit a vineyard because we didn't have a car - we still can't believe her generosity! She is very attentive to all her guests and her property is beautiful, we enjoyed the pool and the apartment is wonderfully well decorated and equipped. We highly recommend staying at Paola's, the best Airbnb host we've ever had. Thanks again for everything Paola, you've been wonderful, and we're already dreaming of coming back! Arrivederci! :)

Eddy was a great host. Met us at checkin and gave great recommendations about restaurants and things to do. The apartment was perfect for 2 couples and we would definitely stay there again!

The apartment is located in a very nice area. Inside is well furnished, clean and confortable. Susanna described well the checkin and always answered punctually to any question.

The location of the apartment is ideal for those who need to reach the Pisa hospital, which is a hundred meters away, walkable. The apartment is well maintained and clean and the host is very kind and helpful. Convenient parking inside the private park, bordered by a bar that can be operated by a convenient remote control provided along with the keys. It's about a 15-minute drive from the center of Pisa.

My family had such an amazing stay in Florence! This apartment is perfectly located and was excellent all around.

I would wholeheartedly recommend these hosts and the apartment. Convenient location: close to the train station. There is a bus stop nearby. The apartment itself is comfortable, quiet, warm. There is everything you may need in the kitchen. The TV works great, the internet is instant. In general, there are no shortcomings. But most importantly - wonderful hosts, hospitable and helpful. It was especially great to get sweets from them after a long journey. Thank you Teresa and Francesca!

This spot is in short walking distance to many attractions and great restaurants. It was very cozy and private. Great find!

Simone was great during our stay. Super responsive and helpful. The space was beautiful and comfortable for 2 people. Also, central to bus stops that get you into the city within 10 or so minutes. Would definitely recommend!

We were in the apartment for a full month. Sorry about our home very quickly. It is perfectly equipped. I highlight the kitchen and all its utensils. The radiator heating works very well, even on cold days; along with the double glass, it maintains a very comfortable atmosphere inside the apartment. The door is armored, which makes you feel very secure. The location is a few minutes walk from the historic center. The Plaza Libertad area seemed very quiet and less noisy to accommodate us. Very convenient access from the airport or train station, thanks to the proximity to the tram (just 50 meters away). Marco's communication and kindness were unbeatable. Without a doubt it will be our accommodation in Firenze the next time we visit this beautiful city. Thank you!

Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay! The house was very clean and extremely well stocked with everything we needed to cook wonderful meals! The location could not be beat! We hope to return someday to enjoy another stay!

the appartement with the beautiful Garden was really pretty. my little son enjoyed every corner of that beautiful Garden. I also appreciate the sens of communication of Pamela, she was very friendly.

We are 2 couples from Australia and we don’t want to tell you how much we loved this place in case it’s not available for us to book again! Everything about Lorenzo’s place was perfect. The rain had caused a few problems but it was all sorted v. quickly. His instructions to arrive via Google Maps worked v. well. We felt like we were truely at home in a luxury hotel. The fireplace was fun - outdoor bbq great -beds so comfortable- showers lovely. Just note:- one bathroom is downstairs from the bedrooms. Everything we needed for cooking in the kitchen for 2wks. The restaurants in San Miniato however are fabulous especially our favourite bar Ethan’s. It’s a 10 minute easy walk into the old centre. We enjoyed an amazing Farm-cooking experience at Francesco’s place - ask Lorenzo about it.

Comfortable house in the Tuscan countryside. Beautiful views, and easy to manage day trips to surrounding areas. Nada was great at communicating and had many recommendations. Her daughter coming for a cooking class was a fun afternoon activity.

Our family recently stayed at this property. It was exactly as described; very clean, modern and large with a dedicated workspace. An extra bonus was a dryer as many rentals have washing machines but no dryers. The location is in a residential area across the street from a park and the river. It is 15-20mins walk from the city centre but worth it to be in a quiet neighbourhood with restaurants and cafes. We walked to town each day no problem. The check in process was simple and the hosts were very responsive. All in all we had a great experience here and would recommend staying.

We enjoyed our stay at David’s and would recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Florence! If you’re hesitating to stay on the other side of the Arno “Oltrarno”, don’t! This neighborhood was wonderful to walk about (go get a sandwich from Schiaccia!) and had easy access to cross the Ponte Vecchio! The apartment was spacious, had great size beds, black out shutters, and a quirky laundry room. You’ll see! Thanks to David for a great welcome! Hope to see you again!

What can I say. This was a great Air BNB for our first stay in Rome. It is literally 50 feet from the Trevi Fountain. We could hear the crowd yelling each night at times .....BUT that just meant that someone had just gotten engaged. I didn't mind. It was nice to be right there to see the fountain at day and night and if you wanted solo picture opps you could definitely have to fountain to yourself in the wee hours of the a.m. The hosts were waiting for us when we arrived and helped us get our luggage in. They ere also very responsible to anything we had questions on. The host was also gracious enough to let us leave out luggage there until 7:30 p.m. We had booked an early a.m. tour and out didn't get back until 7:30 at night. Great place and highly recommend if you like to be in the middle of everything!!!

Ilaria was a fantastic host. Not only was her place pristine and beautiful, but it was walking distance to all of the main stops in Florence. The space was so nice, the bathroom seemed brand new. It was spacious and clean. Ilaria was super responsive and kind, and very friendly. Thank you so much Ilaria! This space was definitely worth it!

One of my favorite AirBNB experiences. Marco and Lorenzo were wonderful hosts - Lorenzo met us at the door and showed us around. We had a lovely bottle of wine and snacks as a welcome gift. The bedrooms were very comfortable, the living room quite large. The 2 bathrooms were a godsend, as I was traveling with my 18 year old niece, and she definitely enjoyed the privacy. We made good use of the washer and dryer, as we were halfway theough a 2 week trip. I loved every bit of my stay - not one thing I would change. Simply wonderful!

Out of this world recommendations for local eateries; especially the pizza restaurant. We felt we avoided tourist traps and had a more overall authentic experience. Location and space felt tucked into the history of Florence. Highly recommended. Not having to meet the host at a specific time for check-in was helpful for flexibility driving in. The stairs going in were charming and part of the feeling of the building round the corner from the Duomo. Perfect fun adventures, Thank you!

Superb location - both getting to and from the airport by tram as well as day to day tourist locations. Great cafes/bars to use minutes from the apartment.

Needed a quick, last-minute place to stay for the night in Florence, and this place was perfect! Host is super friendly and responds quickly. Right in the center of town too. Definitely recommend!
