The appartment is great, super clean, have a bus station and a grocery store that you can reach by walking. The appartment have a great kitchen and a cute terrace. Our only negative point with this place is that it’s far away from the center so you absolutely have to take the bus which is not always there on time which makes the traveling time consuming. Other than that, this place is great!

Andrea's place is spacious, functional and pleasant. The terrace is nice. Andrea cares about the well-being of her hosts. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend it. We parked our car at the bottom of the residence, it was convenient.

This apartment is very nice and clean and has a really nice and big balcony. The kitchen has everything that you need in a kitchen, a nice and clean bathroom and there is a lot of space in the rooms. Everything works fine! It is quiet in the evening and night, which was really nice after spending the whole day in the center of Rome. Maurizio who manages the place is very friendly and helpful - he answered our questions very quickly and he was there to say welcome when we arrived and he was showing us everything in the apartment and told us how to go to the center and so on. I will recommend this apartment - thank you for a very nice stay!

Such a cute studio and a great host! The location is perfect...super close to a metro station and easily walkable to/from so many things. We would definitely stay here again!

Daniela was a great host. She was always responsive, always ready to help and support. Apartment was very beautiful and cozy with all needed amenities. On the last day, she took us to the bus station in her car. To reach out the city center you should take a bus, then metro. Bus station is just near the house. Also there is a supermarket not far from the apartment. The area is safe and comfortable. Will return here for sure.

This is a lovely place. Despite being in a cultural hub beside the Pantheon, the bedroom in the apartment is totally silent. Comfy bed too! Everything in the apartment was well-maintained (good kitchen, good bathroom) and Lucia is a great host!

Francesco is a great host, very friendly and responsive with any questions I had. The place was easy to find with clear instructions to get in. Everything was spotless and matched the photos exactly! Good and safe location, very close to bus stop (5min) where you can go easily to city centre. Highly recommend! ⭐️

We had a great stay. Stefano was a wonderful host. He made sure we were happy and taken care of and he was very responsive. The apartment was clean and comfortable. If we ever come back to Rome, we would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is 100% recommended! It's as it appears in the photos! It has a very large dining/living room, the room is also large and has a walk-in closet! Enrico is a good host who is attentive to you, he responds very quickly and makes the stay easier for you!

We enjoyed our stay at Fabrizios apt. The apt was a great size with all amenities at described plus the 2 separate bathrooms were ideal for 2 friends travelling together. Whilst not central the apt was within very easy reach of both Central Rome, Trastevere and Trastevere station with its direct link to Fiumicino airport and the main attractions are just a leisurely walk from the apartment. The check in process worked well and the apt was always warm and comfortable at the end of a long day. Many thanks Fabrizio

An unforgettable stay in a cozy , beautiful home I had the pleasure of staying at this absolutely charming Airbnb, and it truly exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I stepped in, I felt right at home. The place is impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully designed to ensure guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay. One of my favorite parts was the outdoor space. Whether sipping coffee in the morning or relaxing in the evening, the patio area offered a peaceful retreat with beautiful views. It's clear that the host has put a lot of thought into every detail, from the decor to the amenities, making this a perfect getaway spot.

We had a lovely stay at Iris’s place, the place is. Bit small for long stays, however it is clean, cozy, close to the Vatican and is walkable distance away from almost everything beautiful in Rome. Iris is an amazing host, very responsive and super friendly. I recommend this place with a heartbeat and can’t wait to be back again.

We had a great time at Gabriele's place. He was very responsive, considerate and available to our requests. The apartment is as described. The accommodation is very clean, very well equipped both in the kitchen and linens. Everything was ready for our arrival with small touches. Easy access from the city center with the metro. A small supermarket is near the metro exit and allows you to shop for food. Other food shops are easily accessible. Note a very good pizzaria nearby (we were able to eat despite our late arrival due to the schedule of our flight). The place is located in a secure private courtyard. The terrace is very nice. Gabriele's parents have a decorating shop overlooking the street and are also present if needed. Another big thank you to Gabriele and her parents for their kindness and attention to our daughter

The apartment was really nice and tidy, everything we could need was already there. For the 5 days we stayed in there we had a really great time. Pietro was a really great host, he always replied to our messages within minutes and the instructions were always on spot, he even alowed us to leave our bags earlier than the check in time which was truly a blessing because they were really heavy :)). 10/10 for the entire experience. 100/10 for Pietro for being such an awesome guy and i highly recommend him and his lovely apartment. Cheers!

Great apartment with terrace on the ground floor. And with garden where there is also a large lemon tree. There are mosquito nets in front of all the windows and garden doors. Great! Plus the central location a few hundred meters south of the Vatican. Perfect for exploring Rome. We will gladly come back. PS. Dear Anna: The grid in the kitchen is easy to open by two turns clockwise. 😉😁
