Private newly upgraded full time vacation beach cottage . Full kitchen w granite & stainless steel appliances. Beautiful tiled glass enclosed shower, queen size bed, two televisions with DirectTV. Expansive decking in private backyard. Outdoor private gas BBQ with ample seating and space to move around. Walking distance to all the best of Pismo. Parking is on the street, anywhere around the cottage. The city allows overnight street parking. Once you park you can pretty much walk everywhere.

Your suite has a Cal King bedroom, breakfast room, bathroom, and a covered patio with a fire pit. Each room has a door. A friendly Australian Shepherd lives upstairs with me. We share the entryway with you. Enjoy kayaking, beach walks, pickle ball, golf, whale watching or wine tasting, and return to watch the indigo night sky while sitting by a warm fire on the patio.

Beautiful, brand new tiny home on the Central Coast situated in beautiful downtown Nipomo, half way between Los Angeles & San Francisco. 10 minute drive to Pismo Beach. Walking distance to Birchwood Beer & Wine Garden & Jockos Steakhouse. Queen size loft bed with a very comfortable Casper mattress. I have 2 dogs & 3 chickens & my neighbors have a rooster, goats & sheep so I hope you’re ok with fresh eggs & farm sounds.
