Top floor apartment within gated resort, overlooking the swimming pool and with amazing sea views. Recently refurbished. Two bedrooms (each with ensuite bathroom), living room with open plan kitchen and large terrace. High speed fibre wifi & smart TV. The resort has direct access to the paseo (pedestrian ocean walk). The closest beach (Playa Bastian) is 250m away along the paseo. Close to shops, supermarkets, bars & restaurants. In front of bus stop to centre of Costa Teguise and Arrecife.

Ocean-view duplex

Duplex located in a quiet and safe complex close to shops and restaurants, the water park, and the golf course. The beach is 15 min. on foot, with a beautiful walk along the sea. Opposite the complex there is a small supermarket and the Santa Rosa Sport gym is 10 minutes away. Due to the situation, the car is not essential since there is a bus stop 5 min. from the house, which will connect you with Arrecife capital but if you want to rent one there is free parking in front of the house.

We are in EL GOLFO, former fishing village, just 30 meters from the sea and 100 meters from the beach. Near Timanfaya National Park, Lago Verde, Los Hervideros, with more than 10 restaurants, specializing in fish and the best wines of the island. You have beaches, mountains, Volcanos, fishing, walks and other activities. My apartment will like because it is cozy, location, people and climate. Recommended for couples, adventurers and people looking for peace and relaxation.

My accommodation is good for people who are looking for rest and privacy. If guests want to, they don't have to have direct contact with other people. The bungalow is in the front row of the sea and has amazing views. We provide clean towels every 4 days and clean sheets every 7 days. If traveling with children, there is a sofa bed in the living room so that 2 children can sleep comfortably (supplement of 10€ per day for extra child).
