Beachfront holiday rentals in Point Lookout

We were delighted to have such a peaceful and private place to rest. Kirill had everything you needed to feel at home. We definately will come again.

We loved our stay at Frenchman's Folly. The cottage is homely, comfortable and very well equipped. It is fully fenced and is very well located at Point Lookout: close to beaches, shops, cafes and the pub. Lots of wallabies and birds to observe and wonderful walks to be had. There's a decent bus service, so with or without a car is fine. Linda is a great host too!

This is our second time visit Andrea's place. This time the weather is good. Andrea is a good host and we would love to come back again. Thank you!

Absolutely amazing to be right on the water, watching the tide come in & go out, seeing boats & yachts passing by. Peaceful, bushy surrounds blissfully listening to bird life. Clean & comfortable furnishings, & has everything needed (& more) in the kitchen & other living areas both inside & out. Peter & Raisa were communicative, helpful, responsive & lovely hosts. It was great to get out & explore the island with lots of hidden gems, fishing spots, & friendly locals. Catching mud crabs was a bonus with the supplied crab pots. Yum! Great house & location, would definitely stay again & recommend to others.

The accommodation was great, clean, close to Brisbane René was very nice and even brought us breakfast Everything was perfect, I highly recommend

We had a great time at Pat’s retreat. The house had everything we needed for a family beach holiday with our dog. It is very well-equipped and comfortable. The location is close to everything in Point Lookout- beaches, shops, and walkable to the start of North Gorge walk. We only used the car to transport all our beach gear down but you can certainly walk to everything. For us, Straddie is not a place to go when you want good Internet access. It is a place to have good nature based quality time with the family. We love having no Wifi and being able to switch off. There was enough mobile data to check the weather and the ferry timetable. Thanks Christine for a great stay!

Fantastic Trip and a wonderful little spot. Perfect for relaxing. Kayaking was a much loved activity over our stay. Tony was a brilliant host and super helpful with any questions we had. Thank you so much :)

What a perfect space for a couple. Absolutely loved our stay here, right across from the beach and a Koala in the tree next door. With every single amenity and supply you could think of - and the best coffee machine that I've ever seen at an airbnb. Will definitely book again!

Our stay was Superb. Great location within minutes drive to the Harbour, waterfront and quality plus restaurants. Russell's house had everything you could possibly require. A full size refrigerator, latest coffee machine, all TV services and best of all the huge pool in the back yard. Crystal clear with lovely bushland out back. It was so relaxing and tranquil. I can't believe how relaxed I feel. Hassle free check in and check out. The nicest people and place I've come across in a long time. I would recommend this stay to everyone. Very nice place with a great view. Just a short walk to the coast

We had a lovely girls weekend here. The accomodation was just perfect, particularly the ability to socialise comfortably on the super comfy lounge and the outdoor patio with a great view. The place was spotless and the residents in the complex were all so lovely. Pool was a bonus too. 100% recommend!

Beautiful view of the ocean and beach. We were two couples and there was plenty of room. Quite pricey, but an enjoyable stay and the pool was great for a cooling off dip. Very clean and modern. Lovely cool wind off the ocean at night. The bedrooms are upstairs, so don’t book if stairs are an issue.

Such a great location. Easy walk to beech & shops . Once you step in to Chris and Garth’s property, you feel like you are already on holiday . Everything is well thought of (down to my own box organiser for my toiletries !) Facility wise everything you need is here; washing machine, dishwasher, BBQ etc & lovely little pool. Would love to return some day Juliet & James

Beautiful spot. Big enough for all of us (2 adults and 4 kids) Walking distance to great restaurants, fish and chip shop and boardwalk. Woolies is also only a short walk away.

My second visit to Patrick’s’ delightful, clean, peaceful, courteous airb&b. The bayside location is perfect for Brisbane if you’re looking for peace and fresh sea air. I just love this place and will be booking again next year when I return to visit my daughter and her family in Brisbane. A real home from home. Absolutely 5 🌟

Except for a couple of little things like a leaking shower… everything was excellent. The place, the location and the area.

It was such an amazing experience! We thought there needed to be wifi or even some sort of an internet booster. The kids wanted to watch some movies on the rainy day and weren’t able to get any download.

Wonderful, peaceful place by the ocean with a magic view and fresh breeze. I loved watching the moonrise from the balcony each night, and in the morning, walking straight out to the beach via the wooden walkway. No need for a car, everything is close by. The place was clean, the bed was very comfy and the kitchen had everything I needed. Highly recommend staying here! I didn’t want to leave! Thanks Alessia and David
