Tiddabinda-Relish Peace and Nature at Spacious Bayside Nest

Fully self-contained 2 brm home in bayside Brisbane. Tiddabinda (sister's sitdown) is a contemporary urban Aboriginal styled 2 bedroom totally self-contained home of comfort and modern convenience. With its own front entrance, fully fenced front garden, lounge with excellent entertainment options, a modern full sized kitchen, large bathroom, full sized wardrobes it is home to you. You have your own entrance, full sized lounge, fully functional kitchen (full sized refrigerator, oven, stovetop), a huge bathroom and two bedrooms (both with queen sized beds) with family sized wardrobes. All mod cons are included such as Foxtel, Telstra TV, Google Home and unlimited NBN high speed internet (wifi). This “smart” home is environmentally friendly, uses only non-toxic products and is equipped with two air conditioners and ceiling fans everywhere which ensures your comfort at any time of year. The whole house has filtered water which is delicious to drink. All cleaning products are provided free of charge as this is my home and I prefer to keep it as non-toxic as possible. Smoking area is restricted to the front verandah only. Thank you for respecting this matter. Guests have access to the large covered patio and pool outdoor area – ideal to sip coffee in the morning watching the sun come up while listening to the beautiful sounds of native birds greeting the day or to relax to the waterfall sounds in the evening sipping on some local wine from Sirromet Winery just up the road. You will have full privacy during your stay but I am on hand should you need help or advice with anything. I live in the back half of the home with my own entrance. You may see me coming and going and you will always get a friendly wave. I respect your privacy but if you feel like a chat over a coffee or wine, I am always up for conversation and swapping yarns. I love to find out about other people’s cultures and very willing to share mine. The apartment is located in a quiet neighbourhood with plenty of open green space, walking tracks, and lots of wildlife. Major shopping centres and an entertainment precinct are within easy walking distance, only 7 mins to Sleeman’s Sport Complex and Belmont Shooting Range, 10 mins to Sirromet Winery, 20 mins to airport, 15mins to Cleveland (ferry to Stradbroke Island (Minjerribah) and 35 mins from Brisbane CBD. Walking distance to public transport, local bush walking tracks. Most people use private cars but both taxis and uber are readily available. If you require a rental car, there is a spare car on the property. Located in Capalaba, we are 7 mins from Chandler (home of the Sleeman Sports Complex and the Belmont Shooting Range) with simple public transport to those locations. Walking distance is the Capalaba Entertainment Precinct with two shopping centres, restaurants and cinemas as well as a major bus interchange providing public transport around Brisbane (45 minutes to the CBD of Brisbane). Sirromet Winery (hosting Day on the Green events) is 12 minutes up the road, the ferry to various Moreton Bay Islands is 17 mins down the road, the airport is 20 minutes away, and only 50 minutes to the Carrara Stadium on the Gold Coast. Dreamworld, MovieWorld, Wet n Wild, Outback Spectacular and Seaworld are all well less than an hours drive away. There is one step into the house but all one level once inside. Rooms are family home size. The front yard is fenced and your well- behaved furbabies are welcomed once approved (please advise ahead of time). The home is located in a quiet neighbourhood with plenty of open green space, walking tracks, and lots of wildlife. Manly Boathouse, Self Contained Garden Apartment

Soak up the nautical vibe at an Eco conscience self-contained abode powered by sunlight. Enjoy a modern building, with fast internet, EV charger and quality furniture. Open up the living's sliding doors to catch sea breezes and step out onto the terrace nestled in a shared garden. Ideal for 2, but a foldout sofa in the living allows 4 people (age 12 and above) to sleep in the apartment. The unit is equipped to accommodate people looking for longer stays, but also very suitable for a quick stay. Pool and garden are shared facilities and your Hosts live upstairs for easy access to support. This AirBnB is setup with new furniture, new king size bed, new mattress, new bed linen, new couch, etc etc. All purchased in december 2018. The building itself is a 9 year old house with great views on the bay. The garden apartment is now available through AirBnB and is completely self contained with its own entrance and separated from the rest of the house. The apartment has an open plan living with kitchen which has large sliding doors on two sides to catch the sea breezes and opens up into the terrace and shared garden. There is a portable Airco unit for those warm nights (but generally not needed we have seen most of our guest not switch on this noisy unit an enjoy the cool bay breezes or just the ceiling fan in the bedroom). The kitchen has everything you need, including dishwasher and oven. The living has a comfy couch which can be converted to a queen bed and dining table with 4 (or 6 chairs if requested). In the hall to the bed and bathroom and laundry there is a small desk for work on or recharge your appliances. The Bedroom has one King size bed with bed tables and tallboy to store clothes etc and has a ceiling fan. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and bathroom cabinet with large sink. The laundry has a washing machine and a large freezer to store your food or ice. We use solar power and rain water for the garden, laundry and toilets. Your outside area has 2 chairs and a BBQ. Guests can use the backyard. We just finished building a pool in February, guests are welcome to use it. There is an outdoor shower with warm water. - included is the use of decent Wi-Fi (iinet connection) - Tea and coffee provided (nespresso / george clooney / plunger) - Dishwasher - shampoo/conditioner provided - Hair dryer - Washing machine and clothes line outdoor/indoor. We are often around and happy to have a chat about the local attractions. We are always up for a bike ride along the Moreton bay cycleway, 1 minute away from our house if you are bringing bikes. If you are into kite surfing join me on windy days, and if you want tips on 4x4 or like Jeeps there is lot to talk about. Kingsley Terrace is a quiet, family-oriented area. There is a bus stop in front of the house, the train station is a short walk or cycle away. The boathouse is located between Manly Village with its pubs and restaurants (on 5-10 minute walk away) and Wynnum with more restaurants and supermarkets and also a 5 to 10 minute walk! The bay is just down the road, and is the place to go for a relaxing evening walk! There is a bus stop in front of the house. Train station is 10 minute walk or 5 minute cycle. Manly Village with pubs and restaurants is only a 5-10 minute walk away and in the other direction a 10 minute walk will bring you to Wynnum with a Coles, Woollies and more pubs, restaurants and shops. Please note this is a strict non smoking AirBnB, this means also no smoking in the shared garden. The pool is not heated at the moment. So during the winter months it might be a bit cold, we are working on a sustainable heating solution, but haven't found the solution. We are about 20 minutes away from the airport and 10 minutes from port of Brisbane

Shore Break Shack is a cosy, stylish shack and perfect for a "Straddie" getaway. Located in a bush setting at Allure Resort, it offers access to the resort pool, gym & the Straddie Cafe. A short bush track brings you to Home Beach. You can stroll along the beach passing the Straddie Pub to patrolled Cylinder Beach and continue on to Frenchman’s, Deadman’s and Main Beach. You can also catch the local bus (hourly), hire a scooter or drive. Please note there is no WiFi and milk is not supplied.

The Warragi complex consists of five luxury townhouses perched high on the hill overlooking the Coral Sea. The elevated position (entering from Pratt Court), provides unobstructed panoramic ocean views, spanning from Moreton Island to Cylinder Beach. Warragi unit two is set over three levels, with each of the three bedrooms having their own bathroom. The townhouse comfortably sleeps six, and a trundle bed will cater for a seventh guest. The complex has an infinity-edged pool for all to use.

Our gorgeous studio offers beautiful views of the ocean, and is ideally located within the Anchorage on Straddie resort on Home Beach, with direct access through a lovely boardwalk. During whale season sightings from the terrace are a delight! An easy stroll to incredible beaches - Cylinder Beach (to the South), Adder Rock and Flinder's Beach (to the North) - all you'll need is sunscreen and swimmers. Photos don’t do it justice as we continuously add new touches to offer a unique experience!

Close to the vibrant Manly Village Cafe Precinct, Marinas, bustling weekend markets, waterfront walking, biking, parklands. 10 min walk to train station. Its quiet here in leafy Lota but close to a myriad of activities. We enjoy fabulous bay breezes as we are right on the Esplanade . When at home you can relax in your own fully self contained modern 2 bedroom lower level of our house with exclusive use of the pool & BBQ. A perfect short or long stay. VERY CONVENIENT TO RQYS & SLEEMAN COMPLEX.

'Shells on the Bay'........Right on the foreshore!

This private apartment like space has just been totally renovated and has a private entry with direct access to the pool and plenty of balcony space overlooking the marinas of Manly. Any closer to the waterfront and you'd be swimming. It's fully fitted out for a longer term stay if required. The Manly Village centre is very close but far enough away to be out of earshot. Walking to the centre is via the harbour wall, a peaceful stroll with yachts and power boats less than 50 metres away.

Complete Straddie Beach Retreat

Welcome to our loft villa, 2 minutes walk to home beach with privacy and a native bush outlook. One of the only lofts in the resort with internet access (unlimited and fast). The space has everything you need for a fully relaxing and rejuvenating holiday - a cut above the rest. The stylish pool is seconds away as is a small gym. This is a great place for couples and families (with young kids). There is a roll away single bed in the cupboard, a portacot and Ikea high chair.
