Great place to stay for a family w 2 adults and 3 children. Fresh breeze from the lagoon and a nice marina with a few places to have a coffee or icecream. The Marina itself is nice but Kamien Pomorski has very little else to offer so come here for a relaxing few days.

Konrad is a true superhost, taking care of 8 houseboats on a beautiful, big lake. All houseboats are well designed from inside and outside. And look and feel inside like a real apartment. While the outside is strong enough and well isolated so that even during a windy night we could sleep peacefully and quite. Being able to drive the houseboat on the lake, after one hour training, was a big plus! As it allowed us to explore the cities and beaches around, or having breakfast in the middle of the big lake :-) Thanks a lot, Konrad, and we are looking forward to come next year again!

We felt very comfortable and everything was okay! We were passing through and enjoyed the stopover very much. The view with sunset on Szczecin, the trip to the carnivals opposite with the children was certainly the highlight :) and the breakfast in the morning by the water was very nice before it went on for us. However, it was also relatively noisy at night. You are very central and right on the promenade. You can hear everything! Just when it's very warm outside and you have to open all the windows. The carnival also went until about 23:00 and is probably always in the summers. You have to keep that in mind. However, it was not a problem for us, but just the right thing to end our trip!

it was very relaxed and chill on the houseboat. Great location in the small harbor. Unfortunately, we did not drive because we were only there for a very short time, but explored the area by bike, which is highly recommended. Rad is super accessible, friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back, then it will also be on the water:)

Definitely worth an experience. Super small harbor. And the possibility to sail with the houseboat all over the lake. Also with kids and even dog a great adventure.

We had reserved the houseboat Porta II for 3 nights. We liked the stay very much and we will come back again again! Unfortunately, the houseboat could not be moved at the time, so we were only in the harbor. The harbor and boat were in a very clean and tidy condition.

We didn’t get to stay in the water-house as it needed maintenance so we were moved to glamping dome. Glamping dome was lovely!

The stay with Artur fully met our expectations. We (2 adults & 2 infants) stayed with Artur for an extended weekend. The two houseboats are located on a holiday complex with numerous trailers, a very good playground (trampoline, climbing opportunities), a large covered barbecue area, sauna and hot tub (you could certainly have requested use) and a small beach section from which a jetty leads to the 2 houseboats. Since our travel time was at the end of October, we were able to enjoy peace and privacy. The boats are really idyllic, with views of the water from the bed. In the morning, everything is enveloped in the fog and experiencing the sunrise from the houseboat roof, was really worth it and will remain unforgettable. It was the first sunrise for our son (3 years). Shops can be found in 10 minutes. Thanks for your hospitality. We wish you all the best.

If you want a peaceful retreat for a few days this floating cabin is perfect. We were there on a gorgeously warm Easter weekend and sunbathed on the roof, barbecued, sat in the hot tub, canoed down the lake and read. We never saw another person the whole time our own private oasis. The cabin is well stocked with some food essentials, all the cooking stuff you could need and other fun things like a projector, portable speaker, paddle boards. The hosts were so responsive and helpful. All in all an amazing stay. Just stock up on food before you arrive as the local sklep is small!

A great place to relax, privacy, peace, quiet, you can go fishing (the host is happy to help :) available kayaks and vultures included..you can sail to the beach from the cottage...about 10 minutes by the lake, a great place also for trips..we visited Toruń and Malbork and the surrounding castles. close to A1 so logistically good location. A house on the water is great, the rooms are air conditioned, clean and beautiful views. I recommend it and will be sure to come back next year.

Well-equipped water house, interesting experience, and beautiful view

Great stay. Krzysztof responded immediately to questions. Location unique, the boat was very easy to find and very easy to reach from the main station. I'd love to come back!

It is a beautiful floating house surrounded by water on three sides. It has everything one could ask for. There is a rowboat, kayak, bicycles, barbecue grill, nice grassy area to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. There are small villages/towns within a 20-minute peaceful drive for shopping and restaurants with excellent food. I fished everyday from the floating house's dock, swam daily in the lake and relaxed while looking out at the lake and wildlife. Most of the time it was just me and the ducks. We cooked some of our own meals in the well equipped kitchen. We have stayed at several Air B&B properties over the years and this is the winner. We plan to return again.

Very pleasant and unusual holiday. A floating cottage can swim and moor in a secluded mmis to make a barbecue. I also managed to make a bonfire. Inside, there's everything you need to live: an equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet, hot water. It's nice to be on the water, and I find it appealing too. As we sail just a little further from the harbor, we find a secluded, tree-lined place away from people. At the same time, you can get to the cottage by public transport, which I also consider an car. The host is friendly and helpful - he provided good advice, and his advice made it easier for me to acclimatize to the cottage. If someone wants to spend a night or a few nights in a different place than usual, the floating cottage is definitely for them :) It's also worth considering swimming for a few days :) I think so, especially since you don't need to have a sailor's patent to bounce off the shore :)
