Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Polk County

I had a great stay at this Airbnb in Des Moines. The house was super spacious and easily accommodated our group of ten. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax and spread out. One of my favorite things was how many games they provided which made our stay even more fun. The kitchen was beautiful with really nice appliances that made cooking easy and enjoyable. The water was always warm which was a huge plus. Everything was clean and well-maintained and the host was very responsive. The neighborhood was quiet and felt really safe. It was the perfect spot for a comfortable and stress free stay. Would definitely book again!

Matthew was great and House Divided was a fabulous place to stay. Immaculate, cozy and every amenity you could think of. Grilled out a few times, a little friendly competition in the game room, capped off with a relaxing soak in the hot tub. Couldnt have asked for more. Matt was a great host. Immediate response to any questions. Highly recommend!

Loved this place. The host was super and helpful and responsive during our stay, and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was lovely and a very safe place, plus plenty of parking for our group. Absolutely loved our stay and would come back if given the opportunity.

This place was clean to a very high standard. All potential needs were met. I was constantly impressed by the thoughtfulness of the supplies and setup. I found their friendliness to be at the top of what Ive ever experienced. They left a hand made card for us and were so inviting. I look forward to coming back again.

This is a super cute home, very clean and comfortable!! We didn’t get to enjoy the backyard and hot tub, but looked very nice! Enjoyed our stay, will definitely be back when in Altoona next!!!

I really loved this Airbnb!! I can see why it’s so highly rated. It’s so homey and comfortable, great for groups! Bringing our pups was a huge plus. Most dog friendly Airbnb’s aren’t that great but Jen’s place was perfect and spotless. The neighborhood was very safe and a great place to walk the dogs! We would definitely stay again!
