House holiday rentals in Polk County

Beautiful large home was very clean and comfortable for our family stay. The grandkids enjoyed the pool! The kitchen was well stocked and had everything you need to prepare meals of any kind - including grilling. Would highly recommend this to groups/large families.

We rented the main house and the guest house and our stay was fantastic. If you are looking for a property where you and your friends/family can have a great time without having to leave the house this is it! Robert was easy to get in touch with whenever we had questions and everything was as described. We really enjoyed hanging out by the pool and cooking in the high tech kitchen. If we come back to this area we will definitely be renting this house again!

We had an absolute great stay at this Airbnb. The home was spacious with plenty of rooms and comfortable beds for everyone in my family. It was a perfect setup for family gathering. The home was spotless! There were a lot of fun things to do inside the home. The neighborhood felt very safe. The host was very responsive. If we are ever in the area again we will definitely stay here again.

This place is amazing. The house easily accommodated 3 guests. The kitchen had just about anything you needed. This location has 2 toilets, but really only 1 shower (but the shower on the main floor has 2 shower heads). The upstairs has the tub as shown with an old fashioned handheld sprayer. I would stay here again.

I really loved this Airbnb!! I can see why it’s so highly rated. It’s so homey and comfortable, great for groups! Bringing our pups was a huge plus. Most dog friendly Airbnb’s aren’t that great but Jen’s place was perfect and spotless. The neighborhood was very safe and a great place to walk the dogs! We would definitely stay again!

Great spot for a small group of people! The home was very clean and kitchen/bathrooms were nice and modern. Nice to walk to La Mie for breakfast. Flexible check-in was a bonus! Would stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay! Jared was very responsive and had great communication from the initial booking and throughout our stay. The house is roomy with great spaces to accommodate a family or multiple couples. Jared gives his guests a heads up that the property is occupied by him and his kids when not booked (in case something is out of place) but all we felt when we walked in was a sense of a lot of love and fun exists between those 4 walls. We were welcomed with a card and chocolates which I thought was a nice touch. He also provides a binder showing and describing the location of appliances, extra towels, linens, etc. The backyard is amazing and if you have a basketball baller, the court has a free throw and 3 point line. Pretty cool. Also in the back, are nice grilling options that unfortunately we didn’t get a chance to use since our son’s wrestling tournament ran so late. However, my husband was happy with the charcoal options provided. 5 minutes to Ignit Facility!

We really enjoyed our stay at Nicholas's house. The home was clean and had such character! The phonograph and records were also a very nice touch! Nicholas responded quickly to any questions I had prior to our arrival and everything was as expected during our time there. The garage was a nice bonus for keeping the cars in and the neighborhood comfortable.
