Maydel’s place was grand and beautiful! We stayed here with 3 generations (6 adults, 4 children and 1 infant) and had plenty of room! The pool area is wonderful with the games, salt water canal and full kitchen. Very kid-friendly home. Quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed every minute of our stay! Thank you!

The house we rented was clean and tidy. Kristina is an attentive hostess who has provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. She quickly answered questions and resolved some questions that arose. We are grateful for the vacation spent at Kristina's house.

This home is absolutely stunning if you’re looking for a getaway with your family or evening another couple. The home is very spacious, the pool is absolutely stunning and perfect and the beach is just a short drive away! Very local to many things! Bonnie was so sweet and quick to respond to whatever we needed! Would recommend this place to anyone !

The Port Charlotte home has a charming view of a small lake from the enclosed screen area surrounding the pool. It was a nice place to sit and read, and see various birds, including pelicans and flocks of cormorants (I believe). Two things to mention: There is an additional charge of $25 per day to heat the pool, payable directly to the owners. We understand that other owners do this as well but seems a bit strange. The suggested payment mechanisms are not available to non-US residents. The cooktop is an induction model; those not familiar with this type of appliance may wish to look it up in advance since there are no instructions for the rather obscure icons. There were some inconsistencies between the long pre-stay messages on rules and those in the on-site book.

Firstly, our host Sabina was remarkable. She ensured that we were well taken care of and was fast to respond when we needed her. Thank you Sabina!❤️ We spent 9 weeks at this home. It was very nicely decorated and clean. We had everything we needed for a super comfortable stay. We enjoyed the screened lanai and spent a lot of time there. We enjoyed watching a lot of wild life and activity in the canal. The area is very safe and clean (Sherif lives 2 doors down). We enjoyed using the walking path and park on parade circle. The park also had pickle ball courts which we used. There is 5 golf courses near by to choose from. Our favourite beach which was 15 minutes away was Boca Grande. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores near by to enjoy. Thank you Sabina and Regina

Family of four traveled to South Florida for the first time for spring break. We had an incredible time, location of the house is close enough to some beautiful beaches and cute little towns. The house itself is everything the description says. Very spacious and comfortable…the pool was a huge plus for my daughters, the water was very clean and warm. We loved the screened in porch, ate many of our meals out there and didn’t have to worry about bugs bothering us. We LOVED our stay at Yeb and Lubas place and will definitely come back!

From first communication to last , it was a wonderful trip and overall experience. Rachael was great at providing recommendations. House was amazing..we enjoyed many lazy days by the pool. 45-50 mins from Fort Myers and Sanibel ....would absolutely stay again!!! if I could give 6 stars for the whole experience, i absolutely would. Tom and Rachael, thank you again for a truly memorable trip ! Kids cannot stop talking about when we are coming back!

ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS HOME! Loved the interior design and the pool was clean and amazing. Private backyard! Host was very responsive and friendly. Would highly recommend this stay!

10/10 Absolutely loved Dave’s place! Honestly the best stocked out house we’ve ever stayed in. house was clean and functional. It was great for our 3 family group of 12. (6 kids & 6 adults) We easily fit 2 boats (22ft bay boat & 25 ft offshore boat) on the seawall at Dave’s house. The outdoor living spaces were the best. We spent the majority of our 6 days outside on the pool deck. The pool was great, we all thoroughly enjoyed the pool. Dave was super quick to answer any questions and resolve a little issue we had. The beds were cozy. Plenty of bathrooms which was great since we had 12 people in our group. Huge island in the kitchen, and plenty of places to sit and eat. It was very comfortable even with so many people. You can’t beat the location. Just a few minutes to Stumps Pass by boat. A little bit longer you can be to LGI or Cayo Costa. We would absolutely rent Dave’s place again

The Punta Gorda Villa was beautiful, there was plenty of room for our party of 14. Pavel was very responsive to questions I had, even on Christmas Eve when Amazon decided to deliver a package for us early. At some point he was able to bring our package in so when we arrived it was in the house. It was nice to come and relax at a home after our boys’ baseball tournament instead of a hotel room. If we are ever in the area again we would definitely rent this beautiful home.

Pelican's Nest is unique, a beautifully constructed and decorated house with two levels. Each level has its own bedrooms, kitchen, living room, dining area and bathroom, as well as patios and decks with ocean views. It is perfect for or extended familiy or friend groups. There are restaurants, grocery stores and coffee shops a few minute drive away. Or, take one of the two bikes that are available for your use. The nearly-deserted and lovely beach is a two minute walk away. The house is well stocked with beach gear, chairs, beach toys for kids, towels, umbrellas, etc. This is a luxury location. It was our second stay at this amzing property. Alena is helpful and friendly and will answer all your questions. One more thing: There is a toddler bed in one of the bedrooms, and a Pack n Play in the closet and high chair so you are covered if you have babies or toddlers, as we did. If you are lucky enough to stay in this beautiful house, you will love it and definitely return.

Our family loved our stay. It’s our second time renting this home, and once again, it didn’t disappoint! The home is beautiful and well-maintained. It’s comfortable and has all the amenities we were looking for. It’s absolutely spotless. We love the outside kitchen area and pool/lanai!

We wanted a relaxed and peaceful setting to spend our vacation. We loved being right on the bay, watching dolphins, mana tees and local bird life. The pool was lovely, clean and cool. It felt good to relax there when we didnt feel like going to the beach. The management left us all kinds of beach equipment, chais and umbrellas, even including a little picnic ice chest, and beach towels. There was a little path to a beautiful secluded private beach and wonderful restaurants all over the area. We cooked in the apartment a few times and found the kitchen very well stocked. Everything was pristine and brand new. The beds were very comfortable too. This was a great stay experience.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We really appreciated having the beach gear, including a wagon the transport everything. Very convenient! Beautiful beaches within 30 minutes. Wellen Park and Warm Mineral Springs worth checking out! Irina was very responsive. Pool temp was a little cooler than our comfort level and some of the outdoor things are a bit warn (basketball hoop broken, pool floats, etc.). Other than that the place was just perfect! Highly recommend!

Rays place was as listed..Nice location with in Rotunda West..My wife and I enjoyed the walking around the park.20 to 40 minutes to the beaches. Would like to come back at some point. Thanks Bill G

We had a really great stay at Lucrecias’s place!! The pool and porch areas the highlight! My kids were in the pool as much as possible. The fact that it was heated too was a huge bonus!! The house was great, spacious and the beds very comfortable. Everything was described as it was. The neighborhood was perfect for my daily morning walks, even got to see alligators! It was a great trip and Lucrecia always responsive. She even let us check in early. I would recommend staying here and I would visit again in the future

The home was very nice and as described. Very peaceful especially sitting by the pool and watching the canal. It is about 10 minutes from activities but it was perfect for us

Given the circumstances, the house and its amenities were more than adequate. Very clean and well-stocked (especially the kitchen items and towels). This was not a vacation. We were dealing with the aftermath of Hurricane Ian that damaged our family home and the sudden death of our mother. This also affected our stay Rotunda West due to the damage repair to the neighborhood and the lack of street signs because they were blown over. A GPS is very helpful in this neighborhood. Aside from being almost 30 minutes from town, we were very comfortable at the location. The owner sent us emails to alert us when people were coming to spray for bugs or look at the roof damage. The people that were the contact folks were responsive.

Stayed many times in the past 10 years. Updated recently. Absolute dream to visit. Quiet location great neighbours very friendly. Good restaurants close by. Owner is very quick to respond to any questions. house is very clean and well maintained. Will be booking again.
