Holiday rentals with beach access in Port d'Alcúdia

Great apartment, as seen in the photos, Puerto Pollensa is a beautiful place. This location is ideal, an extremely pleasant stroll along the seafront into the centre of town, and beautiful swimming spot on your door step. Prestige Villas where very easy to do business with and would not hesitate to use them again.

Such a beautiful apartment in the perfect location. Porta Pollensa is a wonderful town with beautiful white sand beaches and aqua seas. There are lots of lovely shops, restaurants and bars. The apartment is situated so close to it all that you can easily walk everywhere but it’s just out of reach of all the noise and bustle. It’s right by the sea but not overlooked. It is a large apartment with air conditioning. Very clean and Antonia was a friendly and helpful host.

It was a wonderful stay. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. The kitchen had enough cookware to feel like home. One of the most comfortable Airbnbs I have stayed in.

Perfect stay! The apartment is as lovely as it looks on the fotos. It was perfect for a week of remote work. The internet is very fast and the apartment has everything you need. The bed is super comfy, which I hardly experienced in any other Airbnb. The kitchen equipment (like pots and pans) is a bit basic and there are only two stove tops. But it’s definitely sufficient for cooking standard things. The area around is very cute, in winter many places were closed but it made the stay very tranquil. Thanks for everything!

The Airbnb has exceeded our expectations and is even more beautiful than in the photos! The view was fantastic and the apartment clean and well appointed. In the surrounding area there is also everything you need (supermarkets, restaurants,...) and the place is perfect for resting and walking. Martina was also always available and very helpful. We returned to an area we know well so knew what to expect. We had a lovely stay and Claudia was a great host.

Lovely place, just a few steps from the beach, another beach just round the corner and shops, cafes, restaurants all within a few minutes. In case people aren’t aware (I was) this resort totally closes on (around) October 31st and becomes a ghost town until Easter - all shops, restaurants, hotels shut (except for maybe one or two restaurants that open on weekends) - out of season a car is essential here.

The short trip with my girlfriend and my daughter was lovely. Around the house was everything that we needed. The Check-in was also easy and very fexible. I would highly recommend a car, because there are not that many restaurants nearby. The garden had also a lot of fun activitys for our daughter and us. We thought the little house would be a bit bigger, it's just one big room with everything within. So als couple (with a small child) it's perfect, for every person more it would be a bit small. Miquel and Magdalena also hat a babychair and bed ready, and in general they were very nice!

A very nice villa in a quiet side street of Playa del Muro! Lovingly and stylishly furnished. A beautiful garden with outdoor kitchen! Lots of places to stay in the garden. We were two families and still had a lot of privacy. A super well equipped kitchen! You feel like home. A very friendly and good communication with Kimberley! Thank you so much! Highly recommend!

Incredible stay at this gorgeous pool villa! The house itself was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, including a really well-equipped kitchen. The villa is located in a quiet neighborhood - it's the perfect place to unwind. However, you will need a car to get around. Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway in Mallorca!

We felt very comfortable in the spacious house and appreciated the jacuzzi in the garden this time of year. Antoni is an extremely friendly host and provided us with all the important information in advance. Only criticism: The sofas are a bit saggy and the house is very clairaudient.

Great home directly at the beach, wonderful location, porch with seats overlooking the water. All required amenities, including dishwasher, washer and dryer, and daily used juicer as oranges were in season.

A very spacious, well set up house in an excellent location. Handy to the airport shuttle and local buses. A quiet few minutes walk to a lovely beach. A street back from the busy road and good parking. We spent every evening enjoying the outside dining space which was perfect for our group of 3 couples.

Everything went perfectly, we appreciated the possibility of self-service access, we had a big delay in arrival, and we arrived at the place around the clock. The instructions were clear and accurate. Parking right in front of the house, the sea in sight, shops a few min. walk. We enjoyed the 3-hour ride on the beaches on horseback, the ranch is really close and we love the horses. Thanks for the dream come true.

Stephanie was a fantastic host—very responsive, proactive, and helpful. The flat is well-equipped, though there was barely any soap and no shampoo or shower gel provided. The kitchen, however, is fully stocked with everything needed for cooking (check the shelf under the cooker hood for salt and spices). The space is generally clean, though there’s a slight trace of sand, but it’s not an issue overall. The main drawback is the lack of direct sunlight in the apartment. When we arrived in early November, it felt a bit chilly and humid, but thankfully, there’s a heater inside. The location itself is magnificent, especially if you’re a cyclist. It’s very calm and cozy, although you might hear some faint noise from a nearby hotel disco around 11 p.m., which isn’t a major concern. Overall, it’s an excellent choice if you’re looking for a calm and pleasant place to stay. My recommendation!

This place is great. It has a very nice view especially at sunset, and has everything you need to feel at home. The kitchen area is a good size and has lots of pots pans etc. It was super easy to check in and out. Luis is an awesome help and was really helpful throughout my stay. I would certainly stay here again!

We had an amazing 4 week stay. Very child friendly and spacious apartment. The outdoor area and pool were widely used. Had everything we needed. Jasmina was nice to communicate with and responded quickly to messages. Would love to come back!

Cozy and very clean apartment in the peaceful area just few minutes away from the promenade. The appartment had everything necessary for a comfortable stay, though having coffee and tea for the first day would be a nice bonus. The apartment was overall quiet as there are no neighbours above. As we visited Mallorca in December possibility to use AC as a heating was a real bonus, the apartment got warm quite fast. Xisco provided very clear instructions how to find a place, there was also a free private parking near the entrance, which was very convenient. We felt ourselves like at home, great experience, thanks!
