Beachfront holiday rentals in Port d'Alcúdia

We called this place home for 8 weeks (mid-Feb to mid-April) and it really felt like one. The biggest draw here is the location. It’s on the quiet end of Pine Walk so, when the crowds arrive, you still have a sanctuary. The fact that the sea is a 30 second walk away is incredible and the location couldn’t be better. We came as a family with two toddlers and two dogs and the setup was perfect. Large patio, enclosed, plenty of internal space, two separate “wings” so you can have privacy if there’s a few of you here. Yes, there is a bit of clutter and a few things need touching up, but we barely noticed this during our stay. As for Guillermo… an absolute gentleman and incredible friendly and helpful. Despite my basic Spanish, we made it work. Provided coffee, beer, basics, which was a lovely surprise. If you’re looking for accommodation right on the water in Port de Pollença, you’ll struggle to find anything better than this.

Amazing host and even better location! The views were absolutely wonderful, the host was extremely helpful & responsive, and the home wasn’t too far of a walk from the town!

The three of us had six wonderful days in the apartment. Particularly noteworthy is the wonderful large terrace right on the beach. Taxi and bus almost at your doorstep, supermarkets as well. Everything we needed was there. We will be happy to come back. Thanks to David!

We had an amazing stay at this apartment, just steps from the sea, offering breathtaking views of Cap de Formentor. The modern, cozy interior and fully equipped kitchen made our stay comfortable and convenient. The host was exceptionally responsive.

We found a very clean house, which corresponds to the pictures. The service is great! The wifi didn't work in one day and it was fully done within hours ( which would take days in Switzerland)! Communication was great! Conclusion; very well maintained house in a top location (safety), very good rental and great communication! Would book again anytime and recommend it! Just returned from a wonderful stay in Puerto Pollensa, made all the better by this lovely apartment, which had everything we needed, including a nice welcome pack. Large balcony overlooks the pool. Peaceful surroundings and very secure. Short walk to Pine Walk with the beach and restaurants. I would highly recommend this apartment.

everything was perfect. the only comment I have is that Cristobal doesn't keep any consumables. not even salt or tissues. so you need to run for shopping as soon as you arrive.

Great location in the city of a Pollenca making it easy to go out and eat or for drinks without having to take the car. The parking was in the street but easy to find some space a few blocks over. The apartment was large with 3 rooms and 3 bathrooms which is great to have! The only downside we found was limited supply in some basic amenities like soap, shampoo, and toilet paper. Not a big deal but that was the one thing that we found as a con. Otherwise, we would stay here back in a heartbeat! Really recommend.

Blanca is a very friendly host and very responsive to different concerns during our stay (The lock on the front door is quite difficult and the doorbell broke, the little tiles in the pool fall one by one) If I can make a comment about the master bedroom which is beautiful, I would have liked a more neat bed linen and the showerheads in the bathroom is more speed. I regret the lack of privacy in all the bathrooms and toilets in the house as none of them lock. For the rest nothing to say, the house is very well equipped, clean and a special mention for the responsiveness of blanca

A lovely villa with a very nice shared swimming pool. The location is super close to the beach and the host is very proactive in helping with local restaurant and food shopping advice.

The property matched the description exactly - it was extremely comfortable, with all the cooking/cleaning/entertainment/linen & towels amenities anyone could ever require. The property is a leisurely 10 minute walk from the centre of Puerto de Pollenca, most of it along the beachfront through a paved pine-tree lined promenade. There is free parking outside the property, which can be reached easily within an hour from Palma airport. Hiring a car, however, is not imperative, as the local bus station is no more than a 15 minute walk. There is a small (if somewhat expensive) mini-market directly outside the property, with bakery included. We stayed as a couple, so the property was not cheap - but, as a family of five could be comfortably accommodated, the pricing offered is both fair and realistic. Finally, being met at the property, as we were, and 'shown the ropes', was a great bonus, and helped start our holiday on a really positive note. Thank you!

Great quiet location as we were looking for. The accommodation is very well-equipped inside and out. Everything is well thought of, nothing is missing. The accommodation is optimal for couple. Jacuzzi is really enjoyable . Hosts are thoughtful and easy to communicate. We highly recommend this place to stay on the island. Eric and Sandrine

We were on vacation with our family in Mallorca (2 adults, 2 children (1 year and 4 years)). Before that, we spent a few days in an all-inclusive hotel, which was much too loud and hectic for us. This place was our salvation, finally peace and a view like a dream. It has everything you need, even toys for the kids and mosquito nets for the windows. The area is quiet, there are restaurants and shops within walking distance. We were traveling without a car, which worked well. We all liked it very much, we would love to come back :) Toni responds very quickly to messages and is very accommodating and helpful, we felt right at home.

We were very satisfied with the stay. We especially liked the proximity to the beach and the fast uncomplicated communication. The only downside: unfortunately, there is a very strict and bad smell from every bathroom. Otherwise everything was great

Maria provided the perfect stay for us. We were there for a week of cycling and the location is excellent. Easy access to every route on the island and there's even a lovely cycling based cafe across the street. The apartment is really nice with a lovely garden. It was had everything we needed including laundry facilities. The apartment is on a really quiet street but also everything is walkable. All the restaurants, bars and shops are 5/10min walk. Maria was also a really great host. Quick to respond, really helpful and also happy to accommodate any request we had. This will be the first apartment I look for if/when I return to Mallorca.

The property was exactly what we wanted and the location opposite the beach and within easy walking distance of the Pine Walk was just perfect. We will definitely try and book this accommodation again. Also Eva could not have been more helpful.

Great Views across the bay Quiet location short walk from restaurants Very spacious - would be very good value of money with more than 2 people well equipped kitchen 2 flights of stairs mean you need lighter suitcase than we had !! Handy washing machine for clothes Was a good location for cycling heating worked well to keep us warm in the cold weather we had whist in Majorca - we didnt use air con so cant say how well that would have worked handy electronic gate and front door access, and lock box to get in Shower good in bathroom - but it did run cold fairly quickly meaning you had to stagger having showers. we will look to stay here again

It’s been very nice staying at Viviendas wonderful place next to the beach. Awesome shoreline, nice Architecture, well equipped. Maybe a little fresh in the winter despite the heating system. Other then that: perfect! Viviendas is very nice and has been super helpful & flexible, too. All the Best!

Very comfortable home in a fantastic location. Would love to return. We went at the end of the season and so it was quiet and peaceful but restaurants were still open
