The 24 m2 studio (+ 7 m2 terrace) has a light, airy open-plan living space including a fully equipped kitchen-diner, lounge/bed room with a top quality Italian fold-down sofa bed. Separate bathroom with spacious shower, WC and washing machine. It is on the 1st floor (US: 2nd floor) with an elevator. In the heart of the tourist district, in old Nice, superb renovated studio. Bathroom walk-in shower, very well-equipped kitchen, sitting area with TV, sleeping area with bed facing a TV and a fireplace. The apartment is well soundproofed, in the heart of a pedestrian area, close to the beaches, Cours Saleya and the flower market. Very quiet while being at the heart of the liveliness and Niçoise life with its restaurants, shops, Niçoise specialties. The tram is 2 minutes away.

30 m2, recently renovated, in the heart of Nice. Independent accommodation (building pass and keys) - SNCF station and tram 5 minutes away. Street parallel to the main avenue (tram) with all shops. Large Mediterranean market 10 minutes north and beach 15 minutes south. Welcome, I will welcome you personally and I could, if you wish, give you indications about the city or the surroundings. You will find plans and all the good plans corresponding to your stay.
