Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Port Lympia

The flat is extremely close to a grocery store, great pizza take out (Bambina), Tram line 2 and very walkable to the old city. The view is outstanding and worth the stay. Both Susana and Marcella were very friendly and very helpful.

The apartment is good and clean, there is security, I liked it. Free parkings around the house!

We arrived late because of our plane, Gregory had to change what was planned and his partner welcomed us with a smile despite the late hour. The apartment is a 5-minute walk to the port tram, making access to the airport or city super easy. At the end of September the apartment was quiet and the temperature was ideal.

First time in Nice, Nico and Liza’s place is in the heart of the city with walkable routes to both the promenade, old town and the train station. The apartment was spacious and in pristine condition, with the hosts being responsive to any questions we had. If you’re looking for a trip to Nice or Monaco, I would highly recommend staying here.

The apartment is 1 floor up from the ground, with an elevator. There are many tall windows, so there is plenty of light (plus the walls are white). There are 2 bathrooms but only 1 toilet. The bed was large & comfortable. The kitchen has everything you would need. The Nespresso machine had a very generous supply of pods. But the dish soap, kitchen towels & toilet paper were not plentiful. I nearly ran out in the week I was there. Plenty of towels. The TV worked well but there are no lamps in the living room, just 1 sconce. The balcony & picnic table overlook a community area for retirees to play boule. Lots of activity but not loud. The bakery below was very tempting every morning.

A serene and tranquil haven in the hills around the Cote d'Azur, kitted out with all the modern conveniences you could want (wonderful kitchen, heated salt water pool) but with that inimitable French rustic charm and a garden and grounds to die for. No more than 10 minutes from the beaches of Cannes, Antibes, Juan le Pins and the hidden gem that is Le Cannet, plus an abundance of boulangeries, patisseries and hypermarkets for fresh produce all within walking / short driving distance. Patrick is a host as charming as his home and made our family holiday that much more enjoyable because of his humour, responsiveness and kindness. A truly magical Airbnb for all the family!

Beautiful cottage off the coast of Nice in the heart of Eze. Perfect space for four guest. We were able to walk to Eze village as well as many restaurants, grocer and bakeries in under 10 mins. On a rainy night we found comfort in this cozy cottage making our own dinner from food we got at the grocery in town.

Cindy is very responsive and thoughtful. Very pleasant stay, very spacious house, very well appointed exterior not overlooked and very very quiet . I would recommned this property 👍

Gorgeous home in perfect location. The photos do not do this home justice Stayed with my family for 6 nights . Super convenient and on a quiet street. 30 minutes from Nice and 20 minutes from Cannes. 10 minute walk to beach .

‘one’ is a beautiful place. There were 7 of us and the place was perfect and comfortable. Each room had its own shower. We rented a van, however, this isn’t necessary as you can Uber everywhere. We went wine tasting at local wineries. We went to the market almost daily and cooked fresh and wonderful meals. We basically lived in the outdoor space and made ourselves completely at home. I cannot say enough about Simon’s and the rest of the ‘One’ team. Always responsive and accommodating. Thank you for sharing this beautiful house 💕

A successful stay at Jeremy's beautiful home. A very responsive host when we had a little problem with the gate, and very accommodating when it came to our late arrival time! quality bedding, a very well-equipped kitchen, and the major asset, the very pleasant outdoors!

We had an exceptional stay at Stephane's place. The check-in was done independently thanks to our host's very clear and precise instructions. The apartment was beyond our expectations, it was very clean, we had at our disposal all the necessary appliances, we were also able to enjoy the terrace very well exposed. Regarding the location, the building is very well located (everything is doable on foot), moreover the residence is quiet and very secure. Stéphane is a very welcoming host and attentive to his guests, communication is very easy and he is very understanding. To conclude, we had a great time, we would highly recommend it!

We had a great weekend in Mylene's apartment. It was clean, cozy and comfortable and it was easy to relax there. The location is perfect with walking distance to everything in Nice. Super lovely to stay so close to the sea. Mylene was nice and easy to communicate with and we were given access to the accommodation earlier which we really appreciated. Thanks Mylene!

This is the perfect to stay when visiting Nice. It is right in the heart of the Old Town. Beware it is a walk up hill to reach the apartment and then another 3 flights of stairs. Not a problem for us and actually felt good after all the wonderful wine, bread, cheese, pastries and the list goes on. The view was unbelievable. I spent all of my time on the balcony with a glass of wine or a cuppa! I could not get enough. The apartment was exactly as described. Plenty of room for the two of us. The bed was so comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. Our hosts were very helpful with restaurant recommendations and other information about the city. Excellent hosts. 5 minutes walk to coffee, pastries and restaurants. The seafront is 10 minutes. It is a 5 minute walk up the hill (directly from the apartment) to the Colline du Chateau (Castle Hill) with stunning views of Nice and even the snow covered Alps. Can’t wait to go back. Thank you.

The place was very convenient with its parking space and the Lidle supermarket just downstairs. We enjoyed our stay very much and the apartment is very well-equipped: electric shutters, kitchen equipment including Airfryer, washing machine/dryer etc. Perfect for a family. The accommodation is spacious and very clean. We were able to cook, do our laundry etc. and the living room TV is great and there are Netflix accounts already set up for guests in multiple languages. The decor is modern and the LED lights make the apartment even more pleasant. We'll be happy to go back!

Amazing home, exceeded our expectations. Andrea and Fredrica were so helpful, nice and flexible. The apartment was fresh and you got that little extra with everything you need in both the bathroom and kitchen as well as drinks in the fridge. Amazing service and wonderful views from the balcony!

Despite the bad weather when we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised by the fact that the balcony could be closed by large windows and we were able to enjoy this space and the sea view. Great welcome by Marie Hélène with some good restaurant tips that we were able to enjoy and can validate!

The place was as comfortable as my home! The view was really good, and the heating was very good. The kitchen was fully equipped with a variety of tableware, so it was nice to cook by yourself:) The garage was also accessible, pleasant, and had privacy and safety! In particular, the host was so kind that I felt good from check-in to check-out! The pool was also pleasant to use and the view is great I highly recommend this place!
