Holiday rentals with a balcony in Porto District

A spacious apartment, situated in a major artery with very regular transport available, making it easy to navigate the city. The Botanical Gardens and the City Park are nearby via walking or bus. The apartment itself has good facilities, with large kitchen, balcony, two showers, generous-sized bedrooms, plentiful storage space and views across the whole area.

Amazing location in Porto, with everything close by. The views from the balcony were incredible, couldn’t beat it! Overall a clean, comfortable and beautiful Airbnb, would stay again! Thank you for making our trip so special! :)

Clean, comfortable, and quiet. About a thirty minute walk to the Old City but we Ubered because it’s so inexpensive in Portugal (around €5). Be aware that while the apartment is very well equipped with appliances (dishwasher, washing machines, coffee maker, etc), no coffee pods, laundry detergent, or dishwasher pods are included. There is no salt or pepper either. Not a big deal but good to know. Would recommend for anyone who is driving a car to Porto as there is a safe parking lot behind the apartment building.

This apartment is wonderful. Small but perfectly formed. When we arrived there was torrential rain and there were no towels for a shower. But this was sorted out a few hours later after contacting the host. The location is perfect, close to everything. Very good quality apartment.

Very modern and comfortable apartment.

I stayed for 3 nights and 4 days. The house is in a great location within walking distance of attractions nearby. It's very clean and exactly as it appears in the photos. The Vitoria observation deck is right next door, so you can get there in 2 minutes. Minipreco grocery store is nearby, so it's convenient. Self-catering utensils are available, and there is a dishwasher, oven, and washing machine. (There is no detergent) There is a dedicated parking space where you can park for free. The car was only in the parking lot while in Porto. We were able to walk everywhere, so we didn't have to come out with a car on the narrow road. It was easy to move bags from the parking lot to the accommodation by elevator. Two sets of towels are standard, so we recommend bringing additional towels.

The apartment was cared for and bigger than we expected. There were 2 bathrooms and a large dressing room. It is in a quiet neighborhood but still within walking distance of everything. I recommend the apartment!

We loved staying in Gaia. It was easily walkable to the attractions in Porto. We loved the river view and watching sunsets from the apartment. Many eating options within easy walking distance. Great host!

Amazing stay in this house! The view is absolutely beautiful, even more beautiful than in the photos. The place is spacious, clean and very well equipped, perfect for enjoying Porto to the fullest. The host is very welcoming and responsive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Without hesitation, the next time we come back to Porto, we will book here!

The address is beautiful. Espaçosa, amazing cuisine, a wonderful view and tranquility to rest. Easy access to nearby cities. The rooms are excellent, clean all with their own bathrooms. The responses of the housekeeping company are very quick. The house is impeccable. Our family loved the stay.

Very nice modern house, very well-equipped. Inviting pool with lots of amenities. The laundry room and outdoor toilet are very convenient when swimming. Accessible to Porto in 35 minutes. Excellent local restaurant within walking distance of 2 houses and very warm staff. It's worth visiting Solar da Brita!! Enjoy your stay at Casa Pelourinho in Louredo :)

Very well priced Airbnb. Facilities were good with a good view of the river. Had all the amenities needed which was needed for a good stay. Pool was dirty but didn’t matter as it wasn’t the right weather anyways, had an unpleasant odour when first walked in but went away after a day or two. Would definitely recommend apart from the above two points, was a good experience. Location is about 15 min taxi to the city centre (Costs about €7), Good quiet location with nice bakeries and convenience shops around.

Our stay was excellent! Elsa was over the top in every way! We had a gift of wine and custard tarts when we got there, Elsa arranged a reservation at an amazing restaurant and she responded quickly to any inquiry. Would definitely come back to this beautiful sanctuary.

I had a great time during my stay in Porto. The apartment is superb and modern with balconies on both sides. It’s also very central. Definitely recommend if you’re staying in Porto
