Apartment holiday rentals in Porto

We got the place for one month. The apartment had all the basics covered. Comfortable bed, modern functional bathroom and kitchen. Everything was clean and functional. Curtains blocked off the light( for those sensitive to it) and windows blocked most of the noise ( but the street is quiet even though it is close to the park and restaurants). Having washer and dryer in the building is very convenient. The apartment is on the fourth floor so not for people with limited mobility but allows for the beautiful view of the river and sunlight. We had everything we needed inside the apartment. Location is convenient. 15 min to the São bento station, little Spar grocery store up the street is very convenient to get eggs, bread and pizza. Uber eats works great in Portugal and so is Uber. Mafalda (manager) was responsive to our requests and always answered within couple hours. We got change of sheets and towels every week. I recommend this apartment.

Great place to stay clean and stocked with everything you need. Particularly useful is the possibility of parking the car in a closed garage a few meters away at no additional cost. In a few minutes on foot you can reach the center of Porto. Absolutely recommended.

Fantastic apartment. Ideally located to metro and bus routes. Right in the heart of the city. Bathroom door needs fixing though and the toilet cistern malfunctions on occasion meaning you have to ‘shake’ the toilet (as per the receptionist’s instructions). Other than that, a perfect place to stay in Porto.

Good location, walking distance to many of the sights.The accommodation is comfortable as well. Recommended.

Very lovely apartment. It has everything you need for your stay. A very nice touch to include earplugs, because sometimes you can hear bells ringing in a church across apartment or a noice from a street. Also a big plus that there was an electric heater. During my stay there was a terrible weather, so without it could be cold. Also nice way to dry clothes after being in a heavy rain. One little minus was a heavy smell from a drainage in the shower. There was an air purifier but it didn’t do much. The smell was worst on the first day, opening the windows helped. Overall a very nice stay and lovely team. It was nice to have an early check in.

I really liked the apartment, it is very well located, close to all the places to visit in Badajoz. Very clean the house, and cozy, the owners were very nice and friendly, they gave us a bottle of wine and advised places to visit. Overall unbeatable accommodation but I see some points, like the garage which is a bit narrow for very long cars, I would advise putting gel and shampoo in the bathrooms and for the two-bed room, two pillows a little better. Tips for improvement, not for criticism. Enchanted with the apartment 🤗🤗

Great overall experience, excellent location, very large apartment and great service from hosts, would only recommend cleaning the upholstery of the apartment, which are already half dirty

The perfect point Has everything you need for life. There is a historical center and many restaurants nearby. Private parking and its availability is a huge plus for us. We are stay here in early March and we liked everything. Thank you and we recommend it.

We had 4 adults and 3 children staying here for a few days and it was perfect - plenty of space for all of us to hang out together or to have privacy in our rooms. Very walkable location, lots to do and restaurants all within a 20 minute walk, along with the riverfront, and very quiet in spite of proximity to everything. Great location, host, space, etc. to have for a group visiting Porto!

My wife, our daughter and I had a great time in this apartment. We had enough space, a great kitchen and everything we needed to feel comfortable in Porto. It was only a 15 minute walk to the city. The accommodation was also absolutely suitable for relaxing days. The communication and handling with Vasco went wonderfully. He greeted and said goodbye to us more than polite and courteous. We had the feeling of being well cared for and welcome at all times. Definitely recommended 👍🏼 Thank you for the wonderful time we would be happy to come back.

Great location, on a strip that comes alive when the sun goes down. Great washing and dryer facilities, large kitchen and everything was spotless! If you are a light sleeper this stay is not for you, the clubs underneath are open until 6am and it is almost impossible to drown them out if you are in the front room. However if you have good earplugs and sleep well then it shouldn’t be a problem.

We had a really great time. Everything was perfect. The apartment was well equipped and spacious enough for 6 people. Also it’s very central and everything you need is nearby. We would come again. Highly recommend!

I’d recommend Susana’s place. It’s a great location in Porto and the unit itself is really spacious. She was super helpful and accommodating for us with recommendations and was there for our check in even though it was later then expected. Great experience!

Great apartment in a good location with lots of space. I was met by Ricardo who gave me a storage locker for my bags until my apartment was ready. Would definitely stay again.

Henrique was an excellent host. We asked for early checkin and he accommodated. His recommendations in the area were helpful as well. The apartment was just as described. Spacious and everything we needed for our stay. Perfect location. Would stay again!

Isa’s place was wonderful, clean, and in a perfect location between Porto, Gaia, and Afurada. The apartment was clean and as-described. Small issue with the washer machine but totally beyond everyone’s control. Overall you should be happy to stay at Isa’s.

A very well-organized, hotel-style managed apartment that we all loved during our five-day stay. It was great to find such a reasonably priced, clean, and comfortable apartment in a bustling area. Location is perfect. The variety of entertainment facilities provided was a huge bonus. Every time we waited for an Uber, we enjoyed playing games in the pool room downstairs, which was a lot of fun. The hot water, which we were initially worried about, was never an issue. The apartment is also spacious with the high-quality furnitures. The kitchen was well-equipped and beautifully designed, though you need to provide your own laundry detergent and paper towels. Worth mentioning is that this apartment doesn’t require keys at all—it’s entirely controlled via smartphone for opening and locking doors, which is incredibly convenient. One minor drawback was that both bathrooms had some water leakage, leaving the floor wet after showers. However, it wasn’t a major issue for us.

We did an extended stay at Joaquim's Luxury apartment -- and we extended that stay from 9 to 12 months, and again for 4 more. It is very spacious w/ plenty of closets. The hot water is on demand, so there's always plenty for showers. Beds are comfortable and nighttime is restful. There is a lovely and extensive park out front and the apartment is conveniently located to supermarkets, a major shopping mall, the metro and a soccer stadium if you're game. Downtown is just a few stops away and the train station one stop away. Joaquim is always responsive and friendly.

A beautiful Villa with a nice pool and barbecue outside we all love it we are definitely coming back again. Highly recommended.
