Este imposto é cobrado aos hóspedes de 13 anos ou mais. Está sujeito a um montante máximo de EUR 14 por pessoa. Our apartment provides a comfortable stay for 4-5 persons. It is perfect for a family or two couples, with(out) a child. Located in the very city center, the apartment is a part of a historical 19th-century building, completely renovated and adapted to the needs of the modern lifestyle, still keeping the original stone-tile facade. The apartment includes a very nice private courtyard - ideal for reading, relaxing and eating. It has two bedrooms, a toilet with a shower, a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchenette (microwave, fridge, dishwasher and all cutlery and serving sets, that you might need). In the apartment, you also have a washing/drying machine, high-speed Wi-Fi, TV, AC and a Bluetooth speaker. Our guests are kindly invited to enjoy all the areas of the apartment, including the private courtyard, kitchen, and laundry-closet. Our biggest pleasure is when we see that our guests wish to come back, we always try to support with local tips on the best places and walks in the city. Couples and families can count on our preference. Located in one of the most traditional streets of the city, on Rua do Almada, you will be within walking distance of all the interesting spots of downtown Porto, its traditional commerce, restaurants, cafes, cultural and historical sites that make a city with a desire to return ... Metro do Porto, covers the entire city, and connects to the airport. The central station of Trindade is far from the apartment 350 meters. NOTE: City Tourist Tax Please note that from the 1st of March 2018 a city tax of EUR 2 per person, per night is not included in the price of the stay. This tax is charged to guests aged 13 and older. It is subject to a maximum amount of EUR 14 per guest.

Stunning new 2 bedroom penthouse apartment in traditional building overlooking the Jardim da Cordoaria gardens. Portuguese chestnut floors, exposed granite walls, and high-end appliances including Bosch washer/dryer. Floor to ceiling windows open onto balcony with views over the gardens and to the River Douro. Clérigos Tower, historic bookstore Livraria Lello, and many typical bakeries, restaurants and bars are all a few minutes walk. Direct bus to and from the airport (#601 and #602) is 2.50€.

Amazing Flat Over Luiz I Bridge: Historical Center

The apartment is in the historic center, behind Sé cathedral. The flat, inserted into an old building, was totally renovated. From the balcony you may enjoy the amazing view over the Douro river, Port Wine cellars and D. Luiz I bridge, which stands beautiful and majestic in front of you! The emblematic places of the city are one step away. São Bento train station and subway are also near. ATTENTION: the neighboring buildings are under construction from 8 am to 6 pm. Possible noise from there.
