The location is excellent and the property note 10: comfortable, clean and structured. In the neighborhood there are good bakeries, market, pharmacy and Taparica Beach was the best of all we went to in Vila Velha. I thank Hedison, great host, who was very kind and attentive, responding to us quickly and giving directions. We will definitely return!

New and nicely decorated apartment. The environment impeccable in cleaning, all appliances work great. The only point it left to be desired was the fact that it was a little hot so something was missing to climatize the room, otherwise it was perfect. Worth the amount paid and I will come back more often.

Very nice and well-equipped apartment. ideal for accommodating two people. A short walk arrives in restaurants, beaches, supermarket, malls, pharmacy, catholic church, SETPES ( place to make the GV card that gives access to the waterway and buses in general) in addition to being close to central avenues facilitating locomotion. What we liked the most was the flexibility of hosts: Pedro and Priscilla who were quick to respond. The staff of the concierge is a cute one. We really enjoyed the experience.

Our stay at Ninha's apartment was simply amazing! The location is perfect, right in front of the sea, which provided us with relaxing moments and stunning scenery. The apartment was cozy and had everything we needed, and the sea view of the room was breathtaking! Our breakfast was at the hotel, we found it very complete, with several options for all tastes. The cost-benefit was excellent considering quality and convenience. One of the things we liked the most was the possibility of running in the morning on the waterfront. The path is beautiful and the sea breeze makes the experience even more enjoyable. For sure, we indicate the apartment of Ninha for those looking for a quiet and well located place in Vila Velha.

We had a great experience remaining in this apartment! From the time of arrival, we have been greeted with hospitality and attention to detail. The space is clean, well decorated and has all amenities for a comfortable stay. Good location, allowing easy access to any part of the region. We especially liked the view of the apartment and the tranquility of the neighborhood. The view of the apto. is beautiful, it is worth getting up early to enjoy the sunrise. The apto. is modern and organized, the late afternoon is especially pleasant. The room has air conditioning and the room could have a ceiling fan to soften the morning heat. But our stay was perfect and we intend to return to enjoy the lodging of Vanessa, who is a very kind and attentive host.

super recommend, the apartment is exactly as it is in the photos, it is a perfect calm environment to rest after a full day of touring the city . The place was super clean, both the apartment and the building and very well located with a restaurant, supermarket , pharmacy and laundry all close by, we stayed just over a month and we didn't have any problems every time I contacted her by message she answered promptly , the building has a very attentive staff team, always very efficient , she offers an electronic key for the main gate but the doorman always opened the main gate when he saw me arrive, this gave me a sense of security which was incredible. i just have to say thank you.

Going to Vila Velha is always an enjoyable experience. Staying at Alexandre's apartment made those days even more pleasant. Great apartment, with a stunning view, having around you excellent restaurants, coffee makers, ice cream shops. Alexandre was requested in everything I needed. Apt matches what's listed on the posting. I hope to come back more often and highly recommend.

The house is very spacious and excellent for the whole family (including children). The location is quiet and reserved, exactly facing the sea. Me and my family felt like Casa! The place is great and Very well taken care of. Complete kitchen as few. The same area of the barbecue. All very clean and well-maintained. Livia is an excellent host!!! We will return whenever possible.
