Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Pratovecchio Stia

Eleonora's little house is a property surrounded by nature away from any external "disturbance". If you're looking for a place with these features to completely disconnect from the world, this is the right choice. You'll be in the middle of the Casentino forest park with several viewpoints nearby. The little house has all the essentials and what you can expect from a mountain house. Attention because there is no mobile network coverage in the house, with some operators you have to get away a few meters outside the walls, but in my opinion this is an advantage :) Eleonora and her husband couple TOP

Our stay here was perfect! It is such a lovey Tuscan place that made us feel right at home. It is a short 10 minute walk from the center of Greve and it provides lovely views of the surrounding areas. Luana is very kind and quick to respond to our questions. We highly recommend this place for future guests! The only advice we can give for guests staying anywhere in Tuscany is to pick up some mosquito spray - they are everywhere.

Both beautiful and cozy, tastefully and thoughtfully decorated throughout. We felt right at home. Gorgeous views of the countryside. We were so lucky to take a pasta making class with Ema and Tammy, delicious! It was even more fun just getting to know them, they are so kind. We would love to stay again.

Eugenio was a great host. His place is super authentic, located in the most charming medieval village with spectacular views. Everything in the house was to our satisfaction. Eugenio was super responsive and helpful with accomodating some extra requests that we had. We were travelling for work, filming a wedding at nearby castel. Location was great for us. The public parking is only about 100 meters from the house. We were teally happy with everything. Thank you Eugenio. P.S. There is an amazing restaurant with spectacular views right in the village. They only do lunches. But wow, It was such a great find. Everyrhing in that restaurant was made from their own produce, wine from their vineyard in the valley, olive oil from their trees, all vegetables from their garden. Different set menue every day. Really recommend it. It was delicious.

We used two apartments because we were a group. Clean, quiet, with fenced garden and very close to the Arezzo Equestrian Center. We had a good time and plan to come back in the summer to take advantage of the pool. Luca is a very friendly and fair owner.

Claudia was wonderful, welcoming us and helpful during our stay. Very helpful and friendly made us feel at home, as a family. The places are beautiful, both from a landscape/naturalistic point of view (the Casentino National Park is an enchanting place) and historical cultural (Arezzo is about 40 minutes by car and several villages nearby, in addition to the Hermitage and the monastery of Camaldoli). If we have a chance to return to the area, we will choose Claudia's house again.

The place is stunning. Wonderful cozy and private house in the middle of the Tuscany hills, just 10' away from Florence historical city centre. Perfect for families with small children or young couples. Beniamino is a wonderful host, always responsive and ready to help. We had a wonderful time

We stayed here for a couple of days. We felt right at home, the apartment was tidy and very clean had everything you need. The host was very kind and caring. We'll definitely be back for a summer stay.

The apartment has a great location, close to all relevant points, reasonably close to the train station. The apartment is large, super-equipped kitchen, very comfortable. For a couple is perfect, for more people, a bathroom only at the top can be tricky. The hosts are very responsive and attentive.

Perfect location, amazing apartment!

Lapo’s apartment is beautifully renovated and well equipped. The terrace and the view are fantastic. The bed is firm which is perfect for us or anyone with back problems. We like to walk and we didn’t have a car and really enjoyed walking down to the town square and cafes and restaurants in 15 minutes - going back up the hill about 20 minutes. If you are not fit you may need a car but also taxis and Uber are available. We recommend walking and hiking around Fiesole with beautiful views to see everywhere.

The view was incredible!! just like the pictures. The apartment was immaculate with everything you could possibly need. This was part of our honeymoon tour of Italy and we will never forget it! I highly recommend this place for everyone. The only thing I could add is to have earplugs as it is directly in the heart of Florence.

Marzia is a superb host! She accommodated to our earlier check in time. We could drop off our luggage earlier and jump right into the city to start exploring! She was helpful by suggesting local places to visit and to eat out. The rooms were clean and colorful. One of the rooms is on the main road, and although it is triple glazed, if you’re a light sleeper you might want to take earbuds with you. Thank you Marzia!

Our wedding at Villa Cini was truly magical. The venue’s blend of natural beauty and elegance provided the perfect backdrop for our stay during the week and our special day. The gardens and stunning views created a fairy tale atmosphere and allowed to us have both an Indian wedding and an Italian Civil one. The arches ballroom, offered a romantic and inviting ambiance. We are incredibly grateful to have a chosen a place which has passed down for generations and has such a heartfelt attention to detail. Our stay at the villa felt like living in a postcard- breathtaking surroundings! The historic villa was charming and comfortable for our group of 5. The area is idyllic and the onsite winery is a fantastic plus. We enjoyed the fireplace and the outdoor areas. Great laundry facilities as well . Vicky was very helpful and gave us great advice on local sites. We would definitely return !

We had an amazing time staying at La Fonticina. Such a beautiful house and location, which came with everything that we needed. Cesare was a fantastic host and made our stay even better. He couldn't have been more responsive, accomodating and friendly. Highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to return!

Our stay at Villa Chiara was nothing short of delightful. Nestled in the hills it offered a picturesque view of the Tuscan countryside. The villa itself was spacious and well maintained. It felt like home away from home. The pool and back patio are surrounded by lovely flowers, herbs and olive trees. Offering a spectacular view of the evening sunsets. The location was perfect to take short day trips to Siena, Florence and Montepulciano. Highly recommend for a serene, peaceful and relaxing getaway.

Villa Bellavista is a true gem in the heart of Chianti Classico. Its location, overlooking the beautiful "Conca d'oro" valley, offers stunning views and unforgettable sunsets. Surrounded by olive trees and vineyards, the villa provides complete privacy and peace. The spacious interior, with a large kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and a fully equipped bathroom, ensures a relaxing stay. The host was very helpful and always available. He provided a secure space to store our bikes, which was very convenient. The outdoor area, with a pool and relaxation space, is perfect for enjoying the Tuscan sun. The property is well-secured, making it ideal for guests with pets. The walk to Panzano in Chianti takes just a few minutes. Overall, this place is a perfect getaway with breathtaking scenery and a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Lovely place in the middle of Tuscany. It’s a beautiful home. It’s about 30-60 minutes to get to all the major places in Tuscany. He made us a great dinner upon checking in as well!

A truly stunning place with incredibly welcoming hosts. The villa exceeded our expectations in every way. The interior is filled with beautiful historic furniture, details, paintings, and books.
