Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Princeville

A perfect oasis for our multigenerational vacation. This is a vacation style home - bedrooms on the ground floor and living space upstairs w/ views. Upstairs has a huge kitchen w/ island, dining table, tv area with couch and double daybed inside and a dining table and couch area out on the porch. There is also a 1/2 bath. Downstairs are the 5 bedrooms w/ a little sitting area in the entryway. Room 1 - queen Murphy-bed w/ sliding double doors to shut off entryway (share hall bath) Room 2 - queen bed w/ regular closet (share hall bath) Room 3 - king bed and full pull out couch (actually rather comfortable but not ideal for anyone very tall or elderly as it slants towards the foot of the bed) w/ large walk-in closet and attached bath. There are also air mattresses in the closet. This room has a door directly to outside. Room 4 - 2 twin beds with regular closet (share hall bathroom) Room 5 - king bed with enormous bath and closet. This room has a door outside to a back porch.

There are not enough great words to describe how wonderful it was to stay here! The house is even more gorgeous and spacious than the photos show and the flow of the space itself is truly divine! We enjoyed our meals and hanging out on the spacious lanai and did yoga on the wrap around lawn! There was great space for our group to sleep, and the Hawaiian breeze through the home felt so nourishing and enlivening. And I’m saving th best for last because all this wonderfulness is located literally just a two minute walk to what I believe is one of the most glorious beaches in all of Kauai - Hanalei Beach. I woke each morning and took a dip in the ocean before coming home to have breakfast in our spacious kitchen - a total dream! Ann was a lovely host - after trying to book other houses that were managed by companies, I loved the human touch of connecting with Ann directly who is a long time Kauain resident and a delight to work with! I’m so happy for you if you get to stay here!

What a gem in Kauai! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jenna’s home and would not hesitate to stay there again. I love that It was on the northside and close to Hanalei. Super cute place that you can go to for dinner every night and it’s away from the major crowds in the south. The house is fully stocked with extras so therefore no need to have to run to a grocery store for every little thing like sandwich bags, which I discovered after making a sandwich and trying to figure out what to put it in. My daughter loved looking at the stars at night from the backyard, which is just gorgeous, surrounded by mountains in the distance! Thank you for a wonderful stay !!

Great little Airbnb in Princeville. Amazing location, easy parking, and clean space. One thing to note just in case you missed it, is there is no kitchen sink. Only the bathroom sink, so if you want to do dishes of any kind it is in the same sink. We did not cook so this was not an issue for us, but since some might want to I just wanted to mention it. Place is exactly as advertised, and everything was well communicated.

Our stay was amazing. Close proximity to Princeville shops and restaurants along with a quick and easy drive into Hanalei. Sat on the patio drank coffee and watched the whales put on a show. The place was clean and Cash was very involved making sure we had an amazing excellent stay. Will recommend to others and will be back!

This is a beautiful condo located within walking distance to the beach. The kitchen and bathroom are gorgeous and super clean. The king-sized bed was very comfortable. We appreciated the snorkel gear, lounge chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, washer and dryer. We would love to stay here again and again and again!

After spending a few days on two other islands, Cash’s Kauai location was the absolute shining star of our vacation. The view is exceptional - ocean waves and lush mountains abound. The Princeville neighborhood is charming, and Cash’s unit had everything we could ask for - from a stocked kitchen to super comfortable beds. Make sure to take the quick drive into Hanalei, the idyllic surf town with great food, shave ice, morning donuts and acaii bowls. Zero regrets about this stay!

Amazing place and well worth it! Everything went smoothly because of Kim. Area is safe and the home is spacious. House was clean and the pool was a hit with everyone. Lots of fun stuff nearby. Definitely a gem on the north side of the island.

Loved this little place was perfect what we needed wish we spent more time here

Our family really enjoyed our stay, the home is beautiful and fit the needs of our group really well. It is in a quiet neighborhood but not far from the main road. Our kids loved the comfy gray couch and want me to buy one for our home and Kevin was kind enough to share where they purchased it! The private yard and lanai got a lot of use during our time there. The assortment of beach toys and gear was very helpful for our stay as well. We highly recommend this place!

We spent a wonderful week here. The home was better than the pictures - very well appointed. We loved both the indoor and outdoor living areas - plenty of room for our family of 5 adults. We walked to Princeville town center for groceries and ice cream and enjoyed the many nearby beaches. Highly recommended!!

What a wonderful place to be! This was the perfect home base for our family, and the view from the lanai was gorgeous—exactly as pictured. We loved the pace of the north side of the island. Being out near the end of the road in a more rural setting was exactly the right place for us, between the hiking, scenic beaches, and quaintness of the Hanalei township. I was worried it would be tight for the five of us, but it was totally fine and worked out well—we didn’t feel like we were encroaching on each other at all. There were plenty of towels and equipment available for day trips, and we had a lovely time.

The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. The view is even better in person. If you are a plant person you are in for a special treat with the garden. There was more beach gear than we realized so talk to the host and prevent over packing! There is not really AC anywhere but the master (which works great), but there are many fans throughout and part of the upstairs can open to be “open air” space. The downstairs rooms can stay pretty cool if you set it all up right. We felt very safe and even with 6 people there was enough room for us all to spread out and have privacy and space. Great for a family.

The place was spacious and beautiful, we had 4 lizards/geckos come in during our stay. We manage to catch and release them. Everything needed to cook was available. The backyard was nicely kept.
