Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Province of Catanzaro

We had a great time, the apartment is super comfortable, equipped with everything, and is in a perfect location near the center and the sea. They are very caring people, they made us find, in addition to something for breakfast, also some figs harvested in their countryside, very welcome. Highly recommended.

I spent close to 2 weeks recently at Laura’s place and I must say I found the home to be pleasantly immaculate in every way. The pictures she posted of the homes interior were just the way I found it upon my arrival. Everything was operational, modern, up to date, sanitary, convenient with the use of electronic keys, gate openers and WiFi; the place was obviously well kept. Although not absolutely necessary, a car is very helpful to get about for shopping and enjoying the nearby beaches as it is very pleasantly secluded and quiet. I hope everyone doesn’t rush out too often and too long to stay at this place, as I will be looking to come back for future visits if the home is available…thank you very much Laura!

I've used AirBnB for many great stays over many years, but Fatima's place has truly provided my best experience. The apartment is immaculate--*extremely* clean, well appointed, and comfortable. Fatima's parents--who managed the apartment on-site--are some of the most considerate, kind, and thoughtful individuals you'll ever meet. The grounds are beautiful, with blooming rose bushes, beautiful trees, and a well-kept lawn. It's clear that much thought and care goes into the upkeep of both the apartment and its grounds. Even as the apartment is situated in this serenity, important amenities are very close: A large grocery store is a 3-min drive away and the center of town is about a 10-min drive away. My family and I were genuinely sad to leave Fatima's apartment, but we look forward to returning!

We had a great girls weekend and were able to enjoy the time to the fullest. We were picked up from the airport and also had a small rental car to do smaller errands on site. The view and the pool with pool house is just perfect. If you want a lot of shade, however, you should equip yourself well, as you will not find shade directly by the pool.

Great apartment, two large bedrooms with large beds. The balcony opens on three sides, access to the balcony from all rooms and the kitchen. It 's clean and there 's everything you need . The sea is 200 m away, a great beach. Restaurants on the shore. Everything is great! I recommend it!

Staying here was lovely...with a boutique feel...and at night the pretty lighting around the pool and restaurant area was quite magical Everyone was friendly, helpful and welcoming The cottages were a very good balance of private and being part of this small complex Grounds were well maintained Great facilities...pool, seating around it, parking outside and well equipped gym Great to have a washing machine too Restaurant for dinner was high end quality with locally sourced, very tasty and beautifully made meals Breakfast was also lovely Great to be able to balance self catering (great supermarket nearby) with eating on site Getting to places we wanted to visit was generally an hour or so's drive away, but that was fine All in all I would recommend staying here, and would be very happy to cone to stay again. It was like staying in our cosy little home from where we could explore the beautiful coast! Giorgio is a very friendly and helpful host!

We had a great stay at Sahs’ place in Pizzo. The appartment is in the upper part of the town. The highlight is its big terrace with amazing views of the sea, including the sunset every evening. It was big enough for a family with two kids. All the furniture seemed pretty new and good quality. Communication was always easy and we had no problem when we asked for an early check in and late check out. They even organised the taxi to pick us up at the Pizzo station. We didn’t have a car but didn’t have any issues in walking to the Center and shops (10-15 mins) or to the beach (20 mins), be prepared for the slopes, but it was a good exercise to walk back every day. The apartment also has access to a shared pool, which kids enjoyed a lot. Finally we had a bottle of wine waiting for us as a welcome gift. We recommend this appartment.

Fantastic place for 2, well located in the heart of Soverato. Very clean and tidy with some handy amenities and little nice touches like juice in the fridge. Great communication from Vittorio, always responsive and helpful. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
