A stay at Sylvia's is the assurance of having a great holiday in every way. The welcome is kind, the accommodation welcoming and very well located for visiting the conchland, Pisa, Florence. La Spezia train station serves all villages and major cities. Bus stop at the bottom of the property. Sylvie and Augusto are adorable and attentive. I recommend this place 100% we felt at home there and will recommend it to those around us 🤩👌

The best apartment to explore the Cinque Terre! We spent a week there, hiking everyday, and it was wonderful to be able to easily come back and rest in this comfy, spacious and cozy place. Super clean, and we loved having separate big bedrooms. Davide is a wonderful host, very kind and helpful. The apartment is really close to the train station, and theres lots of great bakeries and restaurants to discover. The only downside is that La Spezia didn't feel like the safest at night, but that's how most cities are. I highly recommend staying in this apartment to explore the Cinque Terre!

Chiara gave us great directions and met us to get us the rest of the way. She was very organized, friendly and helpful. Aside from neighbors dumping glass bottles at all hours, and the church bell every half hour 24 hours a day, it was very peaceful. Those things can’t be helped in a village like that.

Nice place, super clean, for 2 people great space. To get there if it's 10 min uphill, if you take a lot of luggage it's complicated. The apartment is very well equipped, good heating and location. Only inconvenience, we were charged a tax from the city of Riomaggiore that I had no problem paying, since it is for tourists and serves the same city, I was charged 3 euros per day, that is 18 euros for 2 people. (I'm staying for 3 days) When the proof was delivered to me, it was only 12 euros tax, indicate that it had been less than the one imposed by tourists by message and they did not respond to me and returned the remaining 6 euros or any explanation. Hence nice place, you can see that they dedicate the care of the apartment for the people who arrived to stay. Very clean.

Lovely apartment, continent to cinque Terre about 20 minutes walk to train station. Would spend less time in La spezia next time. Great host and communication though!

This was an amazing stay! The accomodation was nestled right in the heart of Riomaggiore. The views where stunning and the hosts instructions were clear and easy to follow. The kitchen was equipped for small meals. The apartment was very comfortable. Highly recommended to anybody staying in Cinque terre.

Rosanna and Salvatore are the perfect hosts to a charming and unique apartment with the most spectacular views in Riomaggiore. You will be greeted with such kindness and warmth. They provided us with a lot of information and helped us with our luggage which was very appreciated as there are steps but it was helpful that there are handrails. You have everything you need here. It is so tastefully decorated and really a once in a lifetime experience. The patio views are amazing. It is more than a place to stay.. it is an experience that you will savor in years to come. Thankyou to our hosts for providing this memory.

Fabio, in addition to making us find the accommodation ready long before the scheduled check-in time, it was very useful to understand how better to organize the trip for the 5 lands, giving us very useful tips! Accommodation exactly as in the photos, very clean and equipped with everything you need.

we absolutely loved the apartment and the location. we would definitely go back. only warning would be for anyone that has trouble with stairs...there are A LOT OF STEPS...so pack lite.

Such an amazing space! This place has everything you are looking for including an amazing private rooftop view! Not to mention the bedroom also has an additional balcony view.

Great apartment in a beautiful location. Be prepared to put in some effort to get there though. It's way up the hill, then up a few flights of stairs. We appreciated the balconies. Only complaints are that the upstairs toilet wasn't working (not a big deal) and the bed was pretty hard an uncomfortable (but this was the case everywhere we stayed in Italy)

We were warmly welcomed by Angelo. He provided us with many useful tips around the area and was always accessible and also on site. The apartment is very quiet. It's a perfect place to relax. The pool was fantastic and the garden was very well maintained and you could relax wonderfully. We loved the waterfall nearby. By taking a good bath. You absolutely need a car to get to the nearest village. From the apartment to La Spezia it takes about 1 hour and to Pisa about 1.5 hours. We felt very comfortable.

Lovely location, very peaceful in December but with lots to do and see. Manarola is the nicest of the 5 villages imho and Irma’s apartment is very well located. It was also a bonus being there on Dec 8 when the Xmas lights get switched on at Manarola.

Five-star guests, just like space. Always available for any question and an out-of-the-ordinary sympathy. The location cannot be better: 1 minute walk from the center but in a beautiful building and in a beautiful and quiet place. Near the station and ideal place to base the visits to Cinque Terre. The house was full of details that made us feel good and the kitchen well filled with the precise and much more, including water, drinks, olive oil, salt, paste and even pesto. It couldn't be better.

Such a wonderful location. Both beautiful views of the coast as well as the town of Manarola. The property was exactly as the pictures depicted. Anna was great host and easy to communicate with.

**Review for our Airbnb** We really enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb! A crucial plus for us was the parking, which ensured us a stress-free arrival and mobility during the entire stay. The location is ideal: within walking distance there is a supermarket, a gas station and numerous other shops that have covered all our needs. The city itself has a charming character, and we really appreciated how well everything was accessible by car. Whether restaurants, attractions, or leisure activities, it was all just a short ride away. The place was clean, well equipped and cozy, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this Airbnb and would come back anytime!

We had a very nice stay, the apartment has a beautiful view and the evening in the jacuzzi was fantastic. We were personally and very warmly welcomed and the communication also works well with a translator app. The kitchen was very well equipped and the rooms spacious. we would recommend :)

Great solution in the heart of Lerici. Tidy and well-kept apartment with a beautiful balcony with sea view. Quiet area close to the historic center full of restaurants and bars overlooking the sea. Hosts are responsive in their communications and very helpful. Highly recommended!

Our stay was great and the place was massive! a highlight was taking a bath in the jacuzzi on the evening after we arrived. The apartment was located so close to the piazza and to local shops, cafes, gelateria, etc that we were able to walk to many places with our two year old without even using a pushchair. It was also very close to the train station and I was able to run down to the pier a few times for my morning jog. Davide was always super responsive and gave wonderful local recommendations. The kids were super happy there and there was tons of storage space for hanging clothes etc.

The view from the balcony is magnificent. Everything is very clean. Rossella gave us many tips and was always available and helpful and very friendly.
