Holiday rentals with a patio in Province of Massa and Carrara

I absolutely love this apartment...and La Spezia! Silvio is a great host, very responsive and flexible. My booking was last minute during the holidays and he was quick to respond to questions and just very helpful overall. I spent new year's eve here and caught glimpses of fireworks safely from the comfort of the cute balcony. The apartment is also centrally located, fully-equipped for short or long stays, and is walking distance to everything. It's well-connected to other towns in the area with public transport, even during Christmas! I really enjoyed my time discovering this surprising city on the gulf of poets and would highly recommend staying here. Grazie mille and hope to stay here again!

Franco & Elisabetta were awesome hosts. the instructions to find their place were perfect and easy (which is great for Riomaggorie's streets!!). The place was perfect for a family to rest up after a big day exploring Cinque Terra. Highly recommend

Our holiday in Campiglia was really very nice. The apartment was furnished with everything you need for an extended stay. There was really nothing missing. However, I wish there were covers for the duvets. But otherwise everything was great. In about 30 minutes you are on a very quiet stone beach. However, moderate fitness is required here. Perfect for people who like to hike. By bus, it takes about 25 minutes to get to the train station in la spezia , where all trains go towards Cinque Terre. However, the bus only runs in the afternoon on Sundays. But the people in the village are very helpful, an older couple took us down to La Spezia. Our favorite was the garden from which could look to the sea and the restaurant Piccoloblu, where you can eat and drink very well and inexpensively. Giulia was very helpful and we were picked up right at the bus stop. Even a later check out was no problem. I'll gladly come back. 😊

We stayed at Eugen's place for 5 nights and everything was great! The apartment was really clean, everything important was available and the communication was impeccable:) a small highlight was a cooking evening in the outdoor kitchen, with Italian dishes and organized and hosted by Eugene. In addition, we were helped with a penalty ticket, as we drove to the highway without a ticket. Since we don't speak Italian, it was hard for us to act here and this was almost taken away from us. This is not a given and only emphasizes the hospitality for us. We will be happy to come back!!

Brian’s place was a beautifully remodeled apartment in a great location with a direct walking path to the center of Lerici and the marina area. Great view of the bay and the surrounding area. Easy to enjoy an aperitivo on the terrace and enjoy the scenery.

Great place very clean, functional with a private space to park the car. Perfect geographical location for visiting the region. Only small downside away from the station on foot. Otherwise everything was perfect. I would highly recommend.

Niccolos place was great, the location is perfect, plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, close to the harbour and not too far from the train station. We had a wonderful week here, the balcony is very useful-especially as we had a lot of rain we could still sit outside but be covered! The stairs are hard work, especially after a long day and the noise from the street below might bother some people but wasn’t an issue for us, the windows do a great job of blocking out most of the sound. Also-fab little bakery on the ground floor that we were happy to discover :)

I cannot stress enough how amazing Simone's house is ! We came for one night on our way from France to Rome. We discovered this absolute pearl than Viano is, got a very peaceful stay and the most Italian warm welcome at the local restaurant... Truly amazing place ! We highly recommend !

Great place , exactly as described. Sarah is super nice, was always available and could always help. We especially loved the covered seating in the garden. Here we could also sit in the rain. We enjoyed the 14 days and can definitely recommend the place.

The location of Emanuele's house is great for walking in just a few minutes both the beach (5min) and the pedestrian area (1 min) of Carrara Marina. It is very comfortable, renovated and furnished with great taste, impeccable cleanliness and very well stocked with accessories. Very comfortable outdoor area, ideal for lunch and sunbathing, consisting of a small garden, a covered terrace and the laundry area. Thank you to Greta, very kind and very willing to support us by providing great references. We had a great time. Great structure that I highly recommend.

Alessio’s apartment was perfect for our trip. It’s located within the older city area on a hill so not suitable to walk further than this area, but very easy to find parking around and I liked that it was tucked back. The windows and deck open out to a natural area that was beautiful and quiet. Alessio was always great at responding to my questions and was a pleasure to communicate with. I would love to stay here again in the future.

We urgently needed to look for a place near La Spezia. I wanted to relax surrounded by nature. Salvatore responded very quickly to the request, gave all check-in recommendations. He and his wife met us at the gate, told us everything and showed us. They even baked an incredibly delicious pie for us ( it was hot for our arrival). Everything in the house smelled clean and fresh), the interior is made with love and the patio as well. We had an incredibly pleasant evening in their house )

We enjoyed our stay, clean, comfortable, spacious, with free parking steps away. There are several restaurants close by, a lovely canal and easy walk to the beach.

Large apartment well maintained and above all very clean. Two large double bedrooms, a large kitchen, a large living room and a large outdoor space, although we have taken advantage of it little since it is at the end of December. The house is immersed in the spice countryside between olive trees and vines, this means that there is a tranquility and a silence that you do not expect if you arrive from a big city like us. Convenient and private parking available, even considering that the car is almost essential for getting around the area. Let's say we'll be back considering that both we and our small children had a great time!

Monica was so lovely and helpful. She came over quickly for extra blankets when I was cold and to change the propane when I ran out. The space was lovely, and I got to spend two weeks totally unplugged in the mountains reading, cooking, hiiking, and exploring the nearby mountain towns. The whole experience was amazing.

We were looking for a quiet place to spend New Year's Eve with our dog and Fabrizio's place was ideal. A few minutes from the picturesque village of Bagnone, it is in a strategic location to visit the Lunigiana area. The apartment is equipped with everything you need...we had New Year's Eve dinner in the house and the kitchen was really equipped! Very clean, tidy and cared for in every detail. The highlight is the breathtaking panoramic terrace where you can relax in an atmosphere of peace... even our dog really appreciated it! In the evening we were able to admire the fireworks that came from all the towns in the valley. Fabrizio is a very friendly and helpful host. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment, which fully met our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the host made us feel very welcome. Denis was friendly, attentive, and took the time to explain everything we needed to know about the apartment and the surrounding area, which we greatly appreciated. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped. The kitchen, in particular, was perfect for our dinner plans. While the road leading to the apartment is a bit narrow, we didn’t find it to be an issue. It’s a minor detail that doesn’t detract from the overall experience. We would happily recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and well-hosted stay. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable!

Very friendly welcome from Matteo and his mom. They were smiling and gave us lots of tips and recommendations on city and surrounding services. The accommodation is ideally located 10 minutes (by walking kindly) from the train station to go to the Cinque Terre. I highly recommend it.
