Maria Grazie's place is a beautiful depandance immersed in the greenery of the Parma plain. Beautiful spaces, cozy, warm, like being at home. I had a comfortable and quiet night, very comfortable bed! Highly recommended if you want to visit the Parma area or, convenient to everything and close to good restaurants. More than a positive experience!

I, my partner, and my baby daughter stayed for 3 nights. The accommodation is very quiet, clean and equipped with everything. Stefania is very friendly and is very proactive in responding to our requests. Upon our arrival he made us find homemade sweets and jams and every treat possible for breakfast. The kitchen is very well equipped like the rest of the house. A variety of books are available to guests. We also took advantage of the fireplace. Unfortunately, there is not much nearby, given the period, but we will definitely be back in the spring with the possibility of taking a few walks as well. it was really a relaxing holiday!

Our stay was perfect. The accommodations are comfortable and the house is large, very convenient and pleasant. The surrounding towns with their castles and town centres are beautiful and perfect for leisure strolls. And it is close enough to Parma so we spent a lot our time in Parma. Patrizia is a perfect host. She provided everything we needed, and great recommendations as well.

Perfect apartment to spend a few days in Parma and enjoy being close to the city, whilst having all the convenience and on site parking

We had a lovely stay at Marty’s B&B! Everything was spotlessly clean and well maintained with so much attention to detail. The host was very friendly and helpful. There was great breakfast provided as well as lots of information materials about the area. We would definitely love to stay at this very unique B&B again!

Very good location, close to the Cathedral and Baptistry. Co-host was there to greet us and let us in. The apartment is spacious. It is on ground floor. Kitchen is small but well equipped. The bathroom is small, the shower area is over the toilet so the bathroom floor is wet most of the time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Getting into the apartment was very straightforward and we were provided with very detailed instructions including videos and photos, which were extremely helpful. The unit was perfect for 2 people.

I stayed at Emanuele’s place during Pontremoli’s medieval festival. It’s a perfect location, quiet but close to the center. Everything you need in a very large kitchen, sitting room and bedroom. It’s on the second floor of an historic building. Emanuele is very nice and responsive. I would stay there again.

Going back to Claudio, even if I move to Piacenza for work, is like going home. clean rooms, excellent location, friendliness. It's a guarantee now! highly recommended!

Our stay with Mila was very nice. Everything was very clean and looked nice. Breakfast was fantastic, very well taken care of! The surroundings are magnificent, really recommended.

I really liked the accommodation, an organized and equipped place with everything and more, impeccable , very cozy , with beautiful details , safe, easy to get to and Carla is very friendly with initiative above all lends itself to helping that was very significant. The very old accommodation has a lot of charm and tastefully furnished. Rooms and bathrooms are very comfortable, spacious, and bright. The bedding is perfect. We were able to take advantage of the kitchen to spend the evening and play some board games...we felt really good, a bit like home! The place is peaceful. It's a great stop to relax. Cinzia is very inviting and accommodating. We enjoyed her speaking to us in French. Thanks to her. Homemade pastries were served for breakfast as well as a really nice coffee! If we come back to this area, we would be happy to stay at Cinzia's place again!

Giampaolo is very kind and helpful, even some products waited for me in the fridge at the arrival. Every week there was a cleaning of the room. The kitchen part was enough for me, and the bathroom was also okay. Sadly I could use rarely the balcony because of the weather. I highly recommend this room. :)

Room very nice, clean a quiet.

We were passing through and booked very spontaneously. We were welcomed warmly. The house is an experience. We enjoyed the view of the trees. Everything was very clean and we got a lot of tips for exploring the area.
