Great place to stay. I would say that it’s more geared towards couples rather than families as it’s located next to a large club. The beach was nice and the hotel staff were very friendly. We did have two nights where music was playing extremely loud. This was not the hotels fault but something to be aware of. It was very walkable but far enough out of the city to be a little more peaceful. The only other part that got annoying was there are a lot of guys that try to sell you drugs constantly outside of the hotel property which got a little annoying. Overall confortable place to stay. Just a few things to be aware of.

This place is in an excellent location! Not too far away from Malacon, but just far enough to escape some of the noise from downtown late at night. This place was incredible, looked just like the photos and Jorge was great at communicating quickly! Definitely recommend if you are looking to stay in Puerto Vallarta.

Great location. close to everything

We absolutely loved our stay here. Gabriela is a wonderful host who was very responsive and communicative! I even forgot an item and she was kind enough to help me get it back. The location is about a 20 min walk from restaurants and the beach, there is quite a bit of elevation so be prepared for the walk back! However, it is quite easy to Uber to and from the location too. We wish we could’ve stayed longer, this was the absolute perfect place for our group and I miss waking up to the views from the balcony! Have zero complaints and hope to be back soon.

Excellent location, simple apartment with all the amenities you need. Daniel was very responsive when we needed something. Two blocks away from the beach. Walking distance to the beach clubs, bars and restaurants. Apartment is adjacent to a busy street so you hear a little bit of traffic noise.

I highly recommend Gerwin's place, everything is as in the pictures and the place is perfect, it is very walkable and close to everything. Gerwin was incredible, he was always attentive to what we needed and for a lot, allowed us to check in at the place. Actually, a good place to stay.

Beautiful modern apartment with a king-sized bed and rooftop pool with spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean and mountains surrounding Puerto Vallarta. Chris and Karla are the host and hostess with the mostest. I stayed at their place for an entire month, and it was very well stocked with everything I could possibly need, including beach chairs and an umbrella, which I got a lot of use of. The beach is only a few blocks away, and there are plenty of local restaurants and cafes nearby if you’re like me and don’t like to cook too much. I highly recommend Tacoquila & Market next door, where I would buy daily necessities and had some of the freshest and most flavorful guacamole and tacos I’ve ever had in my life. Jackson is a great chef and bartender. Polo, who helps manage the apartment, was super helpful. The neighbors are all lovely too. 10/10 highly recommend.

Rob and Host Alfredo demonstrated extreme attentiveness to our arrival preparations and a clear thorough explanation of new keyless entry instructions. We were impressed by the unit's well-stocked supplies, which included soap, trash bags, and other necessities. Moreover, Rob's supply of fresh water was a thoughtful touch, greatly appreciated, as it eliminated the inconvenience of having to carry numerous water bottles for cooking and drinking purposes. Upon observation, I found the coffee maker to be slightly outdated, necessitating a considerable amount of scrubbing to align with our preferences. However, I am delighted to say that it successfully delivered a delicious cup of morning coffee throughout our stay. This marked our second stay with Rob, and we eagerly anticipate planning our next visit, hopefully securing his unit, which boasts one of the best views to watch a sunset and hear the ocean waves crash against the shore, making it a truly relaxing destination.

From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed. Laura personally greeted us at check-in, gave us a tour, shared local tips, and even left some thoughtful goodies to kick off our vacation. The location was perfect—just two blocks off the Malecón in the heart of the art district. It was close enough to some of our favorite restaurants (No Se Nada, Melissa’s, Pipi’s, and Gaby’s) while offering a peaceful retreat from the lively energy of the Malecón. We loved starting our mornings with a walk along the waterfront before heading out for the day. The condo itself was spotless, the beds were comfortable, and having laundry facilities was a great convenience. But the true highlight was the private rooftop terrace—the perfect spot for morning coffee, soaking up the sun, and even getting in a workout. We travel extensively and have never experienced such kind and attentive hosts before. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on our next visit to Puerto Vallarta. Highly recommend!

Stefano's condo is super comfortable. We enjoyed the terrace with the pool, the spectacular sea view and the beautiful sunsets. The building is very well maintained thanks to Juanita who is regularly present on the premises. She also takes care of Stefano's condo; she is trustworthy and reliable. Stefano is committed to the well-being of his visitors, he makes sure everything is fine and notifies us at events when necessary. It is responsive and in solution mode, we really appreciated them. Although the condo is located on a hillside, we enjoyed our stay.

Apartment was much bigger than the pictures made it look. Nice rooftop view. Great communication and very helpful.

Amazing rooftop pool but the drinks are pricey, service is great though. Elevators are confusing at first. Was a little annoyed how many times the management group asked for the same information. Overall would certainly stay here again! Tip, walking out the front entrance, walk to the right and there are some stairs that get you down the street without having to cross highway on the corner if there is traffic.

A good place to get to Puerto Vallarta. Quiet area. You walk and very close to downtown and you also find everything very easy. Luis was always very friendly and was careful to get to the location easily. Very good host Similarly the cleaning girl was always very kind. Thank you Luis, definitely recommend this place. I hope to return soon.

My stay at this air BNB was great! Lovely to come home after a long hot day outside into a relaxing spacious and air conditioned apartment. Ayman was very flexible with check ins and letting me stay another 3 days. Good location and on the first floor so you don’t need to haul your suitcase up and down.

I am not one to write reviews for anything but I just had to after staying at Jame's 2 bedroom condo! Even though I gave the stay 5 stars and it was; that is only if you are not into a pool scene. There isn't one. There is a cute small pool that we used twice. Location - Its basically just outside the heart of the Romantic Zone...5 minute walk to my favorite bar, Margarita Grill and another few minutes until you hit the beach. And everything is basically a 10 - 15 minute walk from there. Now to the how great this condo is! You are on the top floor (4th) facing west looking at the city. One of my biggest fears when I rent an Airbnb is how is the bed! And this condo has one of the best/firm beds I have ever slept on! 2 full baths and 1/2 bath! There are individual built into the wall A/C units that worked great. Only used the one in the bedroom at night. The condo is just like the pictures!

Excellent accommodation, everything is super clean and no problem to get into the building. The host if you had any questions, was quick to respond. We were delighted and obviously we recommend the super.
