We loved the neighborhood with its many restaurants, easy walk to the beach, and accessibility to the truly outstanding art galleries PV has to offer. Another amenity is Juan Fernando himself. He is as gracious a host as one can imagine and we look forward to returning to this charming condo.

Such a great space and the best host ever! Her family also was around for anything we needed and so friendly. The space was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

My wife and I stayed at Barb’s place in the Loft 268 building. It worked out perfectly for us. Our unit was exactly as described and prestige. Check in was a breeze and the lobby staff were always friendly. The rooftop pool was spectacular and all the other guests were very kind. The building it itself is in a perfect location. You can walk to wherever you need to go in a few minutes.

We stayed for a week and it was absolutely amazing! The condo has everything you need—every little detail is so thoughtfully done, and nothing goes unnoticed. The location was perfect, but our favorite part? Waking up to the sound of the ocean opening up the sliding glass doors. Tim was a total rockstar of a host! From before we even booked until after we checked out, he was always available for any questions or needs we had. I had a small health issue during our stay, and he went above and beyond—recommending a local house doctor and even checking in regularly to see how I was doing. Alfredo was also so helpful and kind, greeting us upon arrival and even helping with our bags when we left. If you’re looking for a place to stay—stop your search. This is it!

The hosts are friendly and always willing to help at all times. They make you feel at home from the first moment. The place is beautiful, with a breathtaking view. Every corner is taken care of with great affection and it shows. Totally worth it! I will definitely be staying here 100% again.

Perfect spot for a getaway. The unit was clean, comfortable, and nicely appointed. It’s an interior unit so the balcony faces into the building which helps block noise from the surrounding bars. The building has amazing amenities with two pools, two hot tubs, a gym, and lots of places to lounge and enjoy the surrounding views. Great location near bars, restaurants, and only a short walk to the beach. The host was proactive and responsive, making for an easy check in and check out process.

This is a premier location! The view is stunning and having the heated attached infinity pool made our trip so memorable. The location is very walkable to the beach and activities in town. The place was very well kept and lived up to all the photos. Each room was very spacious and accommodated our family of 7 perfectly!

We had an amazing stay at Richard and Gabrial’s place! Everything was as described and the unit was wonderful. It’s a great location, close to everything yet quiet and restful. Gabrial was a great host, always attentive and quick to respond. We would definitely stay again, and hated to leave 👍

As always, we had another fantastic and great week staying in this luxury apartment of Luis. We always stay at his place when we visit Puerto Vallarta. He is a wonderful host and his hospitality is excellent for us. We will be back again during Thanksgiving timeframe this year.

Our stay was great for the four of us. The home was clean and had everything we needed for the week. The private pool is perfect for lounging around and cooling off in the middle of the day. We loved the location, easy to walk to everything we wanted and a taxi stand about a block away if we wanted to go any further. Easy access nearby to the beach. Overall a great time.

Amazing location and spacious airbnb! Devin was super responsive with any issues we had and even accommodated with our later flight with a later check out time. Highly recommend!

Ralph and Mark were very easy to work with. They provided all the necessary info up front to help take the guesswork out of coming there. The condo was perfect the size, perfect location, with a beautiful view. Alfredo was very welcoming and accommodating. We would definitely request this bnb again!

The place was very nice and cozy, with an excellent location that facilitates transportation and allows you to explore the city with ease. I felt very comfortable throughout my stay. I would definitely consider it for future visits as it offers everything necessary for a pleasant and convenient stay. Also, the hosts helped make this an amazing trip, giving us recommendations and support at all times.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo! It was clean, comfortable and had a kitchen that is well stocked for a broad range of cooking. It felt like we were able to settle right in. Each room has so much storage, and all appliances and utilities were working well, which just makes it that much easier to just enjoy our time. We just had to be prepared to have no laundry service, but otherwise felt like we were ready to go immediately. And the pool was great too. It's not too deep (for my two kids) and was not very busy while we were in town. Luis and his team were all very responsive and kind in their communications. Also, the area is fantastic. We ate breakfast pastries from La Comer almost daily and ate Gelato around the corner literally daily. The neighborhood has so many restaurants of different types, plus with Costco and grocery stores so close, you wouldn't need a car (maybe for a beach trip). We were already discussing how to come back again before we checked out.

We enjoy the Vidanta facilities and the pool at the facilities as well. We Uber to Vallarta and to other places. Beautiful place as described!

Wow! What an amazing week at this beautiful home. The place is larger than the photos, the hallways and living area have more space than the photos can even show. With only 12 units in the whole building we basically had the rooftop pool to ourselves the whole week. Certainly a kid-friendly place but even without kids this would be a great place to stay. Oscar and the team at the front desk made us feel so welcomed and were so kind the whole week. If you're thinking about booking Javi's place I'd say go for it! We'll definitely be trying to stay here in our next return visit to PV!

Lu was a great host. Very easy to communicate. The place was as described. The only thing I would say is the washer dryer is one combo unit and if you plan on washing and drying plan on 6 hours for one load and even then it doesn’t dry all the way: it is extremely slow and long. We did have some issues with hot water the first days there. Lu came and reset the water heater and it worked. Other than that the place was great it had everything we needed.

Very beautiful lodging

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was gorgeous and spacious. The grounds were incredible. The private pool was used multiple times a day and all of the pools within the resort were incredible. The beach was calm with no waves perfect for our little kids. The grounds were incredibly quiet with very few people, and the staff was very accommodating. It was super easy to use Uber to take us into sayulita for a day trip and Bucerías for dinners, and we loved walking along the beach to the Cruz for a breakfasts. I would highly recommend Jonathan‘s place for a quiet tropical getaway perfect for families and relaxation.

Nice, clean, nice place. As described in Greece, Ella tries to make you feel comfortable and at ease in your stay. What I did find exaggerated are the “rules” of the place. I can understand that it should be like this, but, they exaggerate in some of them. So much so that for some we all pay!!!
