Beautiful place to stay. Feeling at home. Great attention to detail. Large spaces both in the living area on the ground floor and in the living room on the second floor. Having one bedroom on the second floor and two on the ground floor with respective bathrooms allows, even if you want, privacy in the case of two families or parents/ children. Very pleasant garden with a very pleasant pool after a day dedicated to the wonders of Rome easily accessible by the train that leads to Piazzale Flaminio. On the stad between the house and the train, a great supermarket for shopping that combined with the delights offered from the garden allowed us to have very pleasant dinners under the pergola equipped with table, chairs and lighting. Ability to also relax with ping pong and soccer. Thank you Lucia for the beautiful stay that we hope to repeat with our children too.

Awesome villa outside of Rome… a great deal of very good restaurants five minutes away. Getting into Rome takes 30 minutes to an hour, but worth it to be able to stay in a peaceful setting

Great address, a few steps from the Vatican, a short walk from the metro (2 minutes) you will easily get to the heart of Rome. You are also just steps away from grocery stores and restaurants. The accommodation is perfect with all the necessary amenities to spend a few days in Rome, a small well-equipped kitchen that allows cooking meals. The residence is secured by a gate, you then enter a courtyard with some outdoor furniture to enjoy the sun. The place is very clean, the decor is tasteful. With nice touches. We would recommend it without hesitation. Baraba is a great host who guides you throughout your stay, she is very responsive. Thank you for this beautiful place. The second room in the fountain means to return to Rome one day. And if we return to Rome without hesitation we will book with Baraba 🥰🫶

An unforgettable stay in a cozy , beautiful home I had the pleasure of staying at this absolutely charming Airbnb, and it truly exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I stepped in, I felt right at home. The place is impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully designed to ensure guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay. One of my favorite parts was the outdoor space. Whether sipping coffee in the morning or relaxing in the evening, the patio area offered a peaceful retreat with beautiful views. It's clear that the host has put a lot of thought into every detail, from the decor to the amenities, making this a perfect getaway spot.

We were in Rome for an extended weekend. We didn't arrive until 7 pm but that was no problem, as you could easily communicate with the host. The property is easy to reach from the train station and you can walk to the Colosseum in half an hour. The apartment was clean and tidy. We were very pleased!

Unfortunately the "LOVELY BLUE" apartment was not available due to a breakdown however our host provided an alternate location that was very nice, comfortable, and had a beautiful view of rooftops in the surrounding area. The apartment was very affordable and a good location (walking distance to the Metro Subway Station, close to a Grocery store as well as a few restaurants in the area). The one bedroom / sofa bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was very well-equipped. The bathroom was clean and the shower was nice and hot. Our host was excellent in addressing the numerous questions we had as well as offering tips for travel and restaurants in the area. We would stay here again!

Paolo is a great host! He is very responsive and checked in with us regularly to make sure that we have hot water and sufficient heating, especially since it was the winter period. He paid attention to our requests and always acted quickly, e.g. when we asked to adjust the timings for the heating to be switched on. We are very thankful for Paolo’s flexibility and help 🙏 We felt comfortable and at home from the moment we arrived. It is a very peaceful and serene neighborhood, and the neighbours are friendly. There are also some cats in the area which is great as I love cats. Although it may be slightly far from city centre, the travel is not too bad. This place is close to Tivoli which we did a day trip to and we loved it there! There is a washing machine and drying racks for laundry which was a great help. The place is close to a LIDL and fruit stand, which is convenient for us to do our grocery shopping. There is everything we need here 👍🏼

We had a very pleasant stay. Daniela was very helpful and allowed us to leave the house after check-out time. The house was super clean, well cared for and furnished, quiet and equipped with everything you need. Indoor parking is also available. Roads in the area improved dramatically after the recent Ryder Cup golf championship, which took place on the golf courses near the house. The house also has a nice terrace, furnished with table and chairs, perfect for being used in the hottest months.

Fabio has created a wonderful home in Rome, fitting the description of a little eden. The location was well connected via metro, and accommodation was a private lodging with a beautiful shared patio. our unsociable arrival and leaving times were catered for, and our run-ins with fabio were always pleasant. it would be our privilege to stay again!
